This is a beautiful property located steps away from a private beach area for residents. The property features an amazing, impressively large, balcony area with a stunning view of the ocean. It has amazing amenities including a private pool on the rooftop terrace. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great rental property on one of Puerto Vallarta's most beautiful beaches.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. The unit itself could use some modern touches but nothing to distract from a great stay. Host was responsive and attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Allan’s condo. The location was perfect, and the condo exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the private beach and how conveniently located it was to so many restaurants. It was also well equipped with everything we needed. The in-unit washer and driver was an added bonus. The staff was outstanding. From the front desk manager to the maintenance team and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even though we didn’t use them, the upstairs private pool and sitting areas were great. We’re already looking forward to returning for another visit next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Puerto Vallarta. The location was excellent — right on the beach and close to everything we needed. We loved the large deck we used daily, and the rooftop pool area was a nice bonus. The condo worked very well for our family. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was so convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were also very handy. A few things could use some repair or updating, which was mentioned in other reviews but nothing affected our enjoyment of the stay. Communication with Alan was very good throughout. We especially appreciated him arranging fumigation for after checkout due to our daughter’s lung sensitivities. Overall, a great family vacation spot in an excellent location.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The large balcony was wonderful to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, and the most beautiful views. We saw a mother whale and her baby jumping. Amazing! We felt very safe here and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good , accessible to the beach and you can walk to the many restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms for our family of 6. Allan was very responsive and helpful. A great location and a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic time! Instead of it being my family, it ended up being just my son and I (two had to stay back for work). The condo was spotless and amazing, the pool up top was spectacular. We have stayed at this building before and it was fun to have friendly faces and staff to reconnect with. This has been the best condo we’ve stayed at by far - 5 five stars all around-we’ll be back!!

Allan's place was very nice and very close to several of the entertaining beach resorts. The private rooftop deck with a pool was amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We were vacationing while the shelter in place happened and I just want to commend the staff and Allan. They were very helpful. Allan also accommodated us until we were able to verify that we would be able to board our flight home. During a scary time, they made the experience much easier and we will always appreciate that.

This condo was a perfect solution for our group of five people. Each bedroom has its own en suite, which was fantastic for privacy and getting ready to go out for dinner. Having the extra large balcony was wonderful to have coffee on in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and listen to the waves. The building has a good security process and it felt very safe. The pool was not that busy and was a great option instead of the ocean.

We had an amazing vacation at Allan’s condo! The views were absolutely spectacular, and the space was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our group really enjoyed this place. It was so nice to be next to all the big beach resorts, but have own private place. We had one small maintenance issue that was really our fault and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. The views are incredible and the rooftop pool was a great little oasis to gather with your people.

Great place in a great location. The condo was clean and spacious. The private rooftop with pool was amazing. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice. And morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the balcony was so peaceful with the beautiful view. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The private beach area was so nice to have and being able to order food and drinks from the hotel beach club next door made it even better! So many great restaurants, shops, and things to do in walking distance. All around great stay and we hope to be back again in the future.

Our stay here was amazing- the penthouse was beautiful and we loved the location. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a fun stay in Puerto Vallarta. This may not be the best location for families as the bars around here are loud pretty much all night.

The location is perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed Allan location. He was very responsive. Like some other ppl have said there are a couple things that need to be updated or fixed. The ppl at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful! Overall i recommend this location!

What a fantastic stay! This penthouse condo is right on Playa Los Muertos. The condo has 24/7 staff, so it was easy to check in, and answer any questions. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly. The condo is spacious with a 30 feet balcony on the main floor, with huge sliding glass doors if you wish to have the sea breeze. The three bedrooms and baths gave us plenty of privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals. The rooftop terrace was amazing! A spiral staircase leads to it, and above you'll find a 4 foot deep pool, lounge chairs, covered tables, an outdoor grill and stove, even a fridge to keep drinks cold! There is a bar/club next door, but they didn't make much noise after 10pm. The AC kept us nice and cool. And the rental comes with a private beach, with bar service from Blue Chairs next door! If you like to be right on the beach in PV, in walking distance to restaurants, and want some privacy with a private terrace, this is the place!

A great location for access to beach and local restaurants. We loved the private beach palapas where you can get food/beverage service from the neighboring beach club. The private rooftop pool deck was also a great place to spend the day. Had spots to lay in the sun or relax in the shade. Walkable to many yummy restaurants and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive to messages. A great vacation!

The place was great. Front desk staff was so nice. Spacious and comfortable. The wading pool on the roof was deeper than expected ( about 4.5 feet deep) but great!!! The pool out front was a nice option as well. Overall a great spot. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful penthouse with lots of space to enjoy with our friends for the week. Really enjoyed the ocean front patio off the living space as well as the rooftop terrace and pool. Very clean and open. Perfect location to many restaurants and enjoyed having the designated beach area so we didn’t have to rush to find space. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. Loved it!

What a view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the whales. The roof top deck is well-appointed with lounge chairs and tables. The condo is in a great location. It's across the street from the beach and walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Because of the lively area, we did experience some days and evenings with very loud music from the bar next door, and the beach was packed. However, the condo has a private beach area which was spacious and sparsely used. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks, Alan!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic—close to so many attractions and restaurants, all within an easy walk. The space was perfect for our family of four adults, offering plenty of room and comfort. One of the highlights was the amazing view, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The spiral stairs to the amazing roof top terrace are tight and would be unaccessible to anyone with any kind of mobility issue. Do note that there’s a club next door that can be a bit noisy, but the music stops around 10 or 11 p.m., so it didn’t interfere with our sleep. Overall, a great place to stay—we’d happily return!

I recently stayed at Allan's Airbnb, and it was a wonderful experience. The property features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy for all guests. The highlight was the breathtaking beach view and private pool, offering an unobstructed view of the sunset and nightly fireworks. Allan, our host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any requests. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and the large dining table and spacious sectional were ideal for our group of five, though it can comfortably accommodate six plus guests. We loved spending time on the balcony and rooftop, which also had a private small pool. The air conditioning worked perfectly in each room. The location was perfect, with easy access to Mantamar and two bars just outside the property. The staff downstairs were very helpful with the keys, which was particularly convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Allan's Airbnb. We had an amazing time and can't wait to return!

A group of seven of us stayed here and truly enjoyed it. If we can get enough people we would definitely stay here again. The location and view are phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Overall we had a great stay! There were a couple hiccups that were entirely out of the hosts control. Our power went out one day which wouldn't be a huge issue, but running water comes from an electric pump so we were without running water for a little bit. Fortunately, this was resolved within a few hours. There was also a sewage smell that wafted in through the drains in the bathroom, which I hear is a building wide issue and extremely common with the plumbing systems in Mexico. Lastly, some of the chairs up in the roof were ripped to the point they couldn't be used, but Allan brought new chairs near the end of our stay. Everything else was beautiful and as described! The proximity to the beach is unmatched. The location is great and very central! It is loud, but that is to be expected with the area. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff were as well!

Another great stay at Allan's penthouse. Wonderful, unobstructed views of the beach and bay. Wonderful location for the activities we were interested in but far enough from the nightlife to give you a restful nights sleep when you want to recharge.

Allan’s place was terrific for our family vacation! It was exactly as advertised. It was private enough that we felt we could be alone, but in a location where you could be right in the middle of everything if you wanted to be. Everything was within walking distance too which was great! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful and we loved seeing them everyday! We hope to be back in PV again someday and if we are, we will be at Allan’s.

This was our third, if not fourth, stay at this Penthouse, and we hope to keep coming back year after year. This place is glorious and a one-of-a-kind location. Building staff is responsive and ever-present. The host is diligent about communicating.

This is a great unit, was perfect size for our group of 6. The location can't be beat. Most things in the condo are renovated. The building is a bit older and has a few small issues, but overall is great. The private rooftop is great as well. Wifi was decent but not great

Allan’s place for 6 of us was fantastic. Bigger than the photos and right on the beach! The private rooftop was amazing. The pool was a little murky but we messaged him and he had someone cleaning it right away. It was such a great stay and I highly recommend! Thank you!

Already planning our next stay at Allan’s penthouse! The space is beautiful and picturesque, located 20 steps from the sand. The rooftop is private and a wonderful added bonus. Allan was very responsive and regularly checked in on us. The front desk staff were kind and super helpful. This penthouse is part of a condo building that has reserved seating on the beach, so we always had a place to sit when we went down to the beach. The showers don’t immediately drain the water at first, but it’s probably a city problem rather than specific to this unit. It wasn’t disruptive to our trip, so we just started the water ahead of jumping into the shower. This spot is right next to Blue Chairs and the penthouse’s rooftop is talking distance to the Blue Chair’s rooftop. Overall, we’d definitely return to this unit.

Directly on the beach, great location next door to Blue Chairs and easily walkable along the beach pathway to the pier. The rooftop deck and private pool is fabulous with an absolutely beautiful ocean view, including the famous PV Pier.

Staying at Allan’s place was a dream. Super comfy beds, amazing sheets, and a view beyond belief! Walking distance to everything. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was amazing!!! Even amidst the humidity! Staff was flexible and Allan was responsive and even helped immediately with minor problems, all fixed same day! Surroundings are relaxing and views were spectacular!

From the initial booking to checking out, Allan was super responsive to my outreach and allowed us to have a flexible check-in time for an earlier arrival time for one of our party. We loved the place and the staff was professional and accommodating. The location is right off the beach in the Zona Romántica and the pool downstairs was well maintained and a treat on hot days. Lots of great spots nearby for all types of interests. Stunning views of the bay, including breathtaking sunsets from the 7th floor penthouse unit. The penthouse is absolutely brilliant: spacious, fully equiped, ideally located and with an incredible view. The rooftop is the icing on the cake, with a private pool bigger than it looks on the photos. Allan was very helpful as we arrived quite late. He helped us carry our luggage up to the 7th floor since the elevator was out of order and a bottle of welcome wine was waiting for us. The good surprise is that the main room is also air-conditioned, not just the bedrooms, which was very appreciable in this very hot season. All the staff in the building, at reception and especially our cleaning lady Rosario who came twice a week, were very friendly. I highly recommend this treasure and hope to be able to stay there again soon.

this place was more beautiful than the pics. the house has everything you need and enough space to be comfortable. The private pool was a big plus, and downstairs pool was awesome too. workers are friendly and informative, the owner meet us when we got there which was great .

Our group of five spent a week in Allan's penthouse at Playa Bonita and could not have been happier. The location is great, the friendly building staff is very helpful (and have been there for the past 10+ years) and the unit is very comfortable, immaculately clean, and having a private roof deck with dipping pool was a great place to hang out in the afternoon. The views from the balcony and rooftop are amazing. Everything was in good working order and well stocked with dishwasher and washing machine soaps, garbage bags, and plenty of bath towels. Can't wait to come back and highly recommend.

What an amazing place! Every night a perfect sunset from the front balcony, or the upstairs terrace. The kitchen as well-equipped and nicely laid out. The three bedrooms were all nice, and having a bathroom, and each was perfect. The stairs to the roof top terrace was a little scary, but the view is totally worth it. Overall, it was fantastic and I would love to stay there again.

If you are looking for a place with a palatial view and plenty of space. This penthouse is excellent. The location is fantastic; It can be a lively part of town but for me, that is what I like about it. The rooftop terrace is your own little oasis of sun, views and paradise. And the main floor balcony has comfortable seating to relax in the shade and with panoramic views. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, which is also very nice. Alan is an excellent and accommodating host. Check-in was a breeze, and the building and unit are very secure and safe. If you want to be in this part of town, and close to the beach, it doesn’t get better then this.

Allan's place in Puerto Vallarta was breathtaking. There is so much to do, with the beach right across the street. Waking up and drinking coffee on the patio and watching the sun rise, words can't describe. Multiple restaurants, bars, and shopping very short walking distance. The receptionists are extremely helpful, with setting up a taxi and all needs. Will definitively be going back again.

If you look in the dictionary for the word breathtaking, a picture of this condo comes up. The first thing that you notice when walking in is the unobstructed view of the ocean from windows in the living room. That alone took my breath away, and it only gets better from there. For a group of 4 of us, this was the perfect condo. 24 hour security and door person, check-in was so smooth and easy and it felt very safe. We each had a bedroom and we loved that each bedroom also had its own bathroom so that everyone could have their space. The A/C’s in each bedroom worked like a dream. The condo had a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer as well, which was very nice. Allan was great with communication and took care of everything we needed before, during and after our stay. The location also can’t be beat, you are steps away from the ocean and several beach clubs, and just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Zona Romantica and not much further to get to the gay bar area. The roof top is the piece dé resistance. Words can’t describe how beautiful it was each night to watch the fireworks or the sunset across the bay. Do yourself a favor, and if you see this condo is available, book it. You will not be disappointed!

Great place and location! Central area doesn’t have AC so it can get a little hot but otherwise really enjoyed our stay!

Allan’s AirBnB was absolutely lovely. Perfect location, very clean and comfortable. We even had some trouble with one of the safes and Allan was so helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
