Our stay in Cancun was wonderful and the house was just what we needed for a larger group. Ivanna was very thorough with the instructions and house information which made everything very easy for our stay.

Everything was great, including the facilities, the service, the cleanliness, and the food on the beach was very good! I really liked everything in general. Yes, I would come back.

This space was amazing. The pictures do it no justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and spacious. Ivanna was amazing with any questions we had. And we were very very happy with our stay! Wish we could give more stars for this location. ❤️

This place was great and looked like the photos. Clean and a great location. Highly walkable to other stuff. Only downside was the beach was covered in seaweed which caused the outside and the downstairs inside to smell a bit at times (not the fault of the host just more so unfortunate timing when visiting shortly after a storm.) Overall, great experience and very easy to check in and locate, etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much and Ivanna was very accommodating with everything we requested. The home was very charming, functional and comfortable and all our needs were met. The location was beautiful and peaceful and within walking distance to many amenities; and the views were outstanding. Overall, it was a very lovely experience and I would highly recommend a stay with Ivanna.

We had an amazing stay at Ivanna’s Airbnb! The home is in a great private location in a beautiful, quiet area, yet there was still so much to do nearby. It was the perfect balance of peaceful and convenient. The house itself is beautiful and exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Check-in was extremely easy, which made everything smooth from the moment we arrived. Ivanna is a fantastic host! She was always responsive and provided wonderful recommendations that made our trip even better. There were 7 of us, and we all had a great time. This place is truly 5 STARS, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! We will be going back!!!

Beautiful apartment

This place was incredible! Ivanna was an amazing host, always responsive and had great recommendations! Would defined stay here again!

We had a lovely 2 week stay at this villa. Tons of room inside and out with a great location right on the beach. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals, and the bonus of an air fryer. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy, with each having their own bathroom and the living room had a large sectional that could seat 8 people. Bottled water was provided throughout the stay with a dispenser. The beach is nice to walk and the private pool is a great addition. We found it very peaceful and away from the noise and bustle of the resorts. Access to the unit is through a security monitored gate. There is a convenience store a few hundred meters down from the entrance that has snacks, alcohol and prepared food. We had a car and made trips to grocery store and many excellent restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We also used UBER easily for a few trips. There is a bus that runs right by the front gate. Ivanna was an excellent host. We highly recommend and would love to return!

Amazing beach location! The house is large and comfy. There's room for a full family who wants to spend time in the pool and on the beach. We paddle boarded and kayaked from the shore! The double refrigerator made it easy to have fresh food around. Take a scooter to reduce walking time.

Beautiful, spacious home in a gated community, yet steps to the water, and walkable to restaurants and shops. Unique opportunity to stay in the Hotel Zone without the Hotel Zoniness of it all. 🙂 And Ivanna was very responsive. Great stay!

Ivanna showed initiative, she was an excellent host, the services of the place in optimal conditions, in addition to the ocean view for a private family space. I recommend this place that is right on the beach. We would come back again.

This was an excellent house and location for a family get together. There was plenty of space for everyone, with comfortable common areas for all to get together. The outdoor pool area was excellent, offering a relaxing spot to cool down, hang out and enjoy conversation overlooking the ocean views. While the seaweed prevented walking into the ocean, the available paddle boards and kayaks allowed us to venture out to cleaner waters so we could still enjoy time in the salt water. Ivanna was a great host, being responsive and helping us out when we needed. It was far enough away from the hotel zone, offering some peace and 'privacy' while still being close enough to access easily via car or on the accessible bike path (rentable Bird scooters). This house was a great conduit to a successful family vacation.

We had a very good time, it is a very nice house, very peaceful. I highly recommend it for large families.

Beautiful villa!! The area was safe, clean & quiet. Very accommodating for our family of 6. Host was very welcoming & response time was fast. I would stay here again, the view is everything, the villa has the basics for cooking. Grocery is only a couple mins away. Very spacious. Close to ferry to go to the island, we used uber and sometimes the public bus, bus runs every couple mins, only a $1. We really enjoy the villa!!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs on three continents and this was the best. Beautiful terrace with a BBQ and plunge pool literally 4 steps from the beach. The 4 bedrooms and beds are all massive and with their own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need with a huge double fridge freezer. Plenty of paring in a private gated villa complex with a security guard. Ivanna was an excellent host who responded very quickly to anything we asked and gave lots of local tips, especially restaurants. I would highly recommend.

We rented the house to spend the weekend with the family and the house was perfect for that. ♥️ The truth is that the house is in a very good location and practically has everything nearby. The house is left with everything you'll need during your stay, as well as the utensils to keep the house clean. We hope to return soon!

My friends and I were very pleased with our stay here! The house was very spacious and beautiful. The hosts were very responsive if we needed something. We also enjoyed using the kayak and paddleboard and were able to see cool wildlife! The pool was refreshing and the outdoor space was great for a group. Definitely recommend!

Had a great stay! The house is really nice and on the beach. The house is big enough to accommodate groups. Our tours were either able to pick us up directly from the Airbnb or from a hotel walking distance from the Airbnb. The hosts were really responsive and nice. They were having construction on the pool during my stay, and they called me before hand to let me know and discounted my stay. Overall it was a great stay. Great location and size.

The stay was excellent, the house is as seen in the photos, spacious and with a beautiful view, has everything to spend a few quiet days to rest, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay at your Villa.

We stayed at Ivanna's villa during my sister's bachelorette party. We had an amazing time! For an additional (but reasonable) cost, we were able to have groceries delivered to the villa minutes after we arrived and a private cook prepare our meals throughout the weekend. The community is gated and security will call you a taxi, if needed. We were pleased with all the amenities and extra services. The villa was clean and looked exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend staying here.

If you seek a tranquil and peaceful stay away from the bustling part of Cancun, this place is ideal. There are several restaurants within walking distance that offer excellent food, as well as a Starbucks about a 10-minute walk away. The highlight was waking up to the stunning view of the water.

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Hosts were quick and responsive when we needed anything. The only issue was the house shares a back porch area and we had some noisy neighbors who kept us up late every night, but I guess that's Cancun for ya. :)

Ivanna’s place was amazing and one of the best airbnb we have stayed at! Highly recommend for groups to book! I went to Cancun with my family 8 adults and one 4 year old. We had an amazing time and lots of fun at the house. We used the grill, jacuzzi, towels, kayak and the beach umbrellas were really useful for us when we visited the island. Also, we were beyond taken care of!, we forgot our stroller at home and Ivanna and team sent us a new one to use which was beyond helpful. The outlet for the water dispenser also burned out, and a guy came within the next hour or so to fix it! Aside from that, we were greatly assisted with transportation to and from airport as well as help with planning excursions. Lastly the area is really safe! there are guards at the gate that let you into the villas and they are beyond helpful to get taxi and give food recommendations. We will definitely stay here again as We were really treated like real family!

Great location! The host was very responsive and had a chef, and driving service able has well as many other great services. Waking on a beach and being able to go in the water and look at beautiful sunset is always a great plus!
