The place was roomy and well maintained. Jeffrey was very attentive and direct with home rules. Flexible check in and nice detail with plenty of beach towels for us to use. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends

The house was big enough for for my family and me. Everything was clean I fell in love with the view. I would say that my daughters enjoyed the pool but truly we all did, I took my 73 year old grandma and my 80 year old grandpa and they had the time of their lives. Guallabitos beach is just downhill, very beautiful. Restaurants, food was delicious. I want to thank Jeff for everything, I would definitely come again.

We had an incredible time celebrating our son’s 4th birthday! The pool was perfect for the family. Incredible ocean views! Super friendly host. He even made us brick oven pizzas! He even allowed the kids to help with toppings! Definitely will be back!

We thought the house was incredible. It has an excellent view and is just a few steps from the main avenue of Guayabitos, where the bars and other places are. Jeffrey is super friendly. We will definitely return. We didn't have a great time there, so much so that we thought about going to the beach instead.

It is a nice and spacious house, Jeffrey and his son Rice were available to help us with whatever we needed. The house is very close to Guayabitos, so you can walk there. The view of the house towards the sea is very beautiful

The house is beautiful. It's up a small hill that's walkable if you're young and healthy. The location is great. The pool is great. My grandparents loved the place. Jeffrey was great with communicating with us. Reese was very helpful too. He really went out to make us feel comfortable and see if we needed anything. The house is located by a lot of trees so expect random animals but if you can look past that I definitely recommend this home. Thank you for having us

We had such a fantastic vacation at Buen Tiempo! Traveling with our family of eleven was a blast, and Jeff made it even better. He was super friendly and incredibly attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. We can’t wait to return to Buen Tiempo for another amazing time!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Reese was a sweetie pie—so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The home itself was a peaceful retreat, with sunsets that looked like they were painted across the sky. At night, the tranquility was unmatched, making for the most restful sleep. If you have mobility concerns, the walk back up to the house could be a bit of a challenge, but my 75-year-old grandmother handled it just fine! We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise.

The layout of the house allowed for privacy in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is a plus. We received personalized and prompt attention for everything we needed. They provided us with amenities and, as a plus, towel rails, extra sheets, water jugs, even a speaker for music. The Internet worked perfectly in all areas. There was more than one screen.

The place is with rustic finishes, has space for several cars, the kitchens are very equipped with the basics, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the pool is amazing, space to wash and dry clothes. It is a quiet area and little noise, Jeffrey is attentive all day. Jeffrey offered support to do a pizza day and it was awesome. He was always responsive to our requests in a quick time. The place has a great view of Guayabitos and the Mar. Definitely a place to stay again!!! 💯👍

This place was amazing. The pool was great, the outdoor kitchens were amazing and the view is unreal. We felt at home and so relaxed staying in Jeffrey’s place. He was around when we needed him and even brought us some salt when we realized we forgot to buy some. He gave great recommendations and was amazing to talk to. We mentioned we were going to make empanandas and he said he would fire up the pizza oven for us to make them in there and what an experience it was!!! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

The best place for families and it’s PET-FRIENDLY 🤍🐕 Jeffrey and his son are friendly and attentive, my family and I felt right at home. He personally greeted us all and our fur babies, gave us a tour of the house and the amenities, the pool has a beautiful view of the ocean (in my and my dad’s opinion better than if it was a beachfront) and the rooms have A/C for when the heat gets to be too much. We liked it so much my family is already planing to go back! 🫶

Buen tiempo has been one of the best airbnb stays I've had. It easily accommodated my large family, we were 15 total, and our dog. Jeffrey responded quickly and even showed us how to make pizzas, it was really fun for everyone. We will definitely come back whenever we visit Guayabitos.
