The place is magnificent. There are staff who provide basic cleaning and shopping services to make your stay easier. The rooms are spacious and the whole house is impeccably tidy and clean. The pool is perfect and the subdivision is very quiet 24 hours a day. There were no problems.

We were comfortable at Adán's place. Ms. Noemí received us and was very kind to help us with questions about places to order food and some other details. The house is very spacious and beautiful. The pool is a very good size, with a pleasant temperature, and since there is a bathroom near the pool, it's much more convenient to avoid going into the house and getting dirty. Thank you, Adán! For entrusting us with your beautiful house.

Excellent place, much better than what you see in the photos, a great space and lots of amenities. We had a great time with the family, and the kids had a lot of fun. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition. The pool's climate control was always on our side. We added service staff, and everything was excellent. We will definitely be back. For some details or questions, Adan was always attentive and responded quickly, even outside of regular hours. Excellent host and a very nice house and stay. 100% recommended

We stayed here in a group for Bahidora festival at Las estacas. Beautiful house just as pictured, close to Las estacas and responsive host!! Only issue was not having hot water during our stay - hope they are able to fix it for future guests, because otherwise the house was perfect!

Luxury vacation/lounging house. The pool is good size and there is a deep part, nice for swimming. Very good patio design. The inside of the house is technological and modern. Fractionation is easy to find, I recommend buying groceries in the nearby village if needed. Parque las Estacas is nearby. The host and gardener attentive to what you need. I would definitely come back.

The house is huge and very nice. It has colored lights and normal light and you can create environments to be calm at night. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. The pool is amazing, one side is quite deep, which we loved. It has a very well-kept garden and a large court inside the property. The house had everything we needed for our stay, we'll surely be back soon.

We had a very pleasant weekend at Adam's house. I looked for several options in the area and it was the only one I found with a heat pump for the jacuzzi and pool, which is a very good option if you're traveling in winter like us. Adam was always attentive from the time of booking. Mr. César very kindly welcomed us and helped us at all times. I would definitely recommend Adam's house for a very happy weekend in Ticuman.

The house is amazing. It's really luxurious. Adam, Reina and Caesar were helpful at all times. Some details of deep cleaning and lack of some household items. A great pool. The area is quiet, with privacy. The subdivision is somewhat neglected.

Everything was excellent with the accommodation, the house is incredible, the only thing that could improve would be the heating of the pool.

From the moment we arrived until we retired, always paying attention to the owner and the person in charge, the house deserves everything, the incredible pool, always very warm, the house in general very comfortable, the luxury services, all the details first, I recommend it with closed eyes.

Everything was perfect, from check-in to checkout. There is a huge patio, and the house is entirely for the guests. It should be noted that I already knew the development, and the tranquility and security are appreciated everywhere. Music at a good volume is not annoying to neighbors. All the services mentioned are available. The only thing missing was Internet, but it's not important, and it always fails in these areas. We would definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay if you are to be around Ticuman. Is very clean, nice and lots of space. Everything works as it should.

Excellent place for a getaway with friends and family. Very spacious, and the pool is excellent for having fun, or for relaxing in the hot tub. There are plenty of stores near the development in case you need anything, and Adán can give you recommendations if you need any help. Las Estacas is 10 minutes away, and it's super quick to get there and back.
