Our 4-day stay in Dominic's loft was unforgettable! The loft is spacious, there are several windows that offer a magnificent view of the ocean and let the wind in. The loft is very comfortable and very well located, there are small restaurants around and we enjoyed the kitchen space to prepare some meals. Popoyo is peaceful, quiet and perfect for surfing! We highly recommend this fabulous loft.

I just stayed at Dominic’s place in Popoyo and it totally exceeded my expectations. The photos honestly don’t do it justice… it’s even more beautiful, peaceful, and spacious in person. The whole property feels tucked away and quiet, but still close to everything. the perfect blend of comfort and that special Nicaraguan vibe. The details of the space were thoughtful and made the stay so easy and relaxing. I had everything I needed and more while still feeling the simplicity I was looking for . I’m already planning on coming back :)

Honestly, didn't have a great experience. The place was mess quite unclean - there was a lot of gecko poop everywhere (including the bed). There was a gate blocking the entrance with no instruction of how to get in and no address is ever given. Just wasn't what I was expecting based on the reviews.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. As you know, the loft is located in a beach/jungle environment here in Nicaragua, and geckos are part of the natural surroundings. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to eradicate them. That said, if you had let us know, we could have resolved this in just a few minutes by sending our cleaning lady immediately. Regarding the gate, I had mentioned before your arrival that it was a sliding gate. Just a simple push along the rails and it’s open. Very easy to do and understand. On the address, our location doesn’t have an official street, which is why I explained you the directions clearly with a picture of the house. You could not miss it. You have broken many airbnb protocols by never addressing your issues/unhappiness with us and not letting us know when you left my place. Leaving the key outside for days without saying anything and putting my place at risk. Very unprofessional. It would have been great if you could have communicated with the Manager on any of your concerns. I truly value your input and will update my Airbnb listing with more details to avoid any confusion for future guests.

Just freakin book it…. Perfect for those hiking to surf and putting in long sessions. Best place in town to rest in between play. By far the best place i’ve ever stayed.

Beautiful location and view! Dominic was very friendly and gave us so many good recommendations. The place was very cute and clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay! We definitely recommend to anyone who wants to surf Santana’s to stay here because it’s about a 10 minute walk and so fun! We appreciated the awesome hospitality and look forward to returning in years to come.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Dominc's place in his rental accommodation in Popoyo,he welcomed us very warmly, we really felt comfortable. The place is beautiful and the view sublime,there is a balcony where I was able to do my meditation and stretching,and the bed is very comfortable. It is in a great location and will be happy to stay again.

Couldn't expect for more at this dream beach front location. I had the best time with this beach front property. Photos simply don't show how beautiful and peaceful it si. Big thanks to Dominic for great advices to enjoy the best Popoyo has to offer.

I had a wonderful stay at Dominic's loft. Super peaceful place right on the beach. It has an absolutely stunning view of the ocean and the mountains. It is a short walk on the beach to all the different surf breaks and perfectly located in between the restaurants and stores. The loft is super spacious and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There are tons of windows, each with a spectacular view of the surroundings. Didn't even need to use the ac because the air flow was so good with all the windows open. Dominic was a really welcoming and friendly host and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Popoyo!

We booked the place for a week and it was really a dream. The apartment is so nice, directly at the beach, you have sea views from almost all windows and there is always a pleasant wind so it is not too warm. All windows have a fly screen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and also the terrace is perfect for chilling with the hammock. Surf spots are close to several nearby. We felt right at home and Dominic was super friendly and very helpful. He gave us restaurant recommendations and even gave us one of his motorbikes. We would definitely come back!

What a beautiful place and right on the beach! The views are incredible and endless. The apartment is so zen, very comfortable, well equipped and is the perfect place to relax. I love the neighbourhood too. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants and best of all, close to so many surf breaks! 🩵 great stay and welcoming host
