Excellently located, you will find 7 world class surf breaks within walking distance, offering something for all levels. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and some neighbourhood nightlife. Perfect for couples, online workers, surf enthusiasts. The space Beach front apartment located above private house, with its own separate entrance. Private ocean facing balcony. Semi open plan studio space. Partial dividing wall between bedroom and bathroom. Open plan kitchen and living area. Beach access Beautiful sunset every night from your balcony Guest access Guests enjoy the entire top-floor loft to themselves, with a private entrance and ocean-facing balcony. Direct beach access is included, and parking is available behind a sliding gate that simply pushes to the left. Other things to note Please note before your stay: • As we are in a developing country, temporary electricity, water or Wi-Fi outages may occur. • Being right on the beachfront, the sound of the waves can be heard from the property. • The apartment is surrounded by nature: you may encounter some mosquitoes or geckos. All windows and doors are equipped with screens for your comfort. • The roads are unpaved and may become muddy when it rains. • Just a quick reminder: for your safety, please keep the door locked when you go out and at night. The area is safe, but it’s always better to be cautious. • Our property is located in a developing area. From time to time, there may be construction or road work in the neighborhood. While this is not something we can control, it is temporary and part of the area’s ongoing growth.

Notre séjour de 4 jours dans le loft de Dominic a été inoubliable! Le loft est spacieux, il y a plusieurs fenêtres qui offrent une magnifique vue sur l'océan et qui laissent entrer le vent. Le loft est très confortable et très bien situé, il y a des petits restaurants autour et nous avons apprécié l'espace cuisine pour préparer quelques repas. Popoyo est paisible, calme et parfait pour le surf! On recommande fortement ce fabuleux loft.

I just stayed at Dominic’s place in Popoyo and it totally exceeded my expectations. The photos honestly don’t do it justice… it’s even more beautiful, peaceful, and spacious in person. The whole property feels tucked away and quiet, but still close to everything. the perfect blend of comfort and that special Nicaraguan vibe. The details of the space were thoughtful and made the stay so easy and relaxing. I had everything I needed and more while still feeling the simplicity I was looking for . I’m already planning on coming back :)

Honestly, didn't have a great experience. The place was mess quite unclean - there was a lot of gecko poop everywhere (including the bed). There was a gate blocking the entrance with no instruction of how to get in and no address is ever given. Just wasn't what I was expecting based on the reviews.

Just freakin book it…. Perfect for those hiking to surf and putting in long sessions. Best place in town to rest in between play. By far the best place i’ve ever stayed.

Beautiful location and view! Dominic was very friendly and gave us so many good recommendations. The place was very cute and clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay! We definitely recommend to anyone who wants to surf Santana’s to stay here because it’s about a 10 minute walk and so fun! We appreciated the awesome hospitality and look forward to returning in years to come.

Nous avons passés 3 merveilleux jours chez Dominc dans son logement de location à Popoyo,il nous a très bien accueilli,nous nous sommes vraiment sentis à l’aise. Le logement est magnifique et la vue sublime,il y a un balcon où j’ai pu faire ma méditation et stretching,et le lit est très confortable. Il est très bien situé et se sera un plaisir d’y séjourner à nouveau.

Couldn't expect for more at this dream beach front location. I had the best time with this beach front property. Photos simply don't show how beautiful and peaceful it si. Big thanks to Dominic for great advices to enjoy the best Popoyo has to offer.
