The home was stunning. But we weren’t able to enjoy it bc of the lack of professionalism/poor judgment of host. We arrived to him hosting a party in the yard of our private rental. At 11:30pm my son was watching TV and saw 3 people peering in the house through glass doors. My husband ran out to find them-they were drunk and hiding and said they were friends of host. We messaged host -no reply. Two hours later,we were awoken by loud music playing. we messaged again. There was no reply for 2.5 days even though he was on property. We were able to locate another owner in Canada. He tried to help but couldn’t get on site host to reply either. 48 hours of no reply and then a message of sorry for the inconvenience. We never saw him again. No explanation. There was a trailor on property where the music came from- it wasn’t noted on Airbnb and he never replied who was living in it. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable. And were refused any money back by owners. Awful experience

Loved this Airbnb! Gorgeous! Perfect! Great location. The host was very helpful. Good communication.
