It was great staying at Betsy's house in San Pancho. The house was so comfortable and clean. Everything worked well. The pool was great and there were games for all. The filtered water, showers and pool were icing on the cake! Would highly recommend this property. Laura the co-host was amazing and super responsive. She helped set us up with a golf cart while we were there and recommended a turtle release event that we would have missed otherwise.

I can’t speak highly enough of this gorgeous oasis. The lovely cobblestone streets, combo of authentic and upscale foods and vendors of all kinds, beautiful beach with soothing crashing waves…the house itself has beautiful craftsmanship in the tile and woodwork throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need.All of the beds are comfortable and warm and cooler weights of blankets are available(and many appear to be locally made/purchased) . The people of the area are kind and inviting. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful, large, modern, and very secure home. We stayed as a couple with two toddlers. The layout wasn’t ideal for our specific needs, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it

Absolutely fabulous time! The pool was clean and cool giving the welcome relief from the heat of the day. The top deck under the palapa always had a great breeze blowing through and we hung out there every evening for our nighttime margaritas. Kitchen was very well equipped although we ate all of our meals in the exceptional restaurants of San Pancho. Bedrooms were very comfortable with top of the line linens. We rented a golf cart and we were able to park it on the property and plug it in overnight. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family. Thanks for the memories.

This is the loveliest home we have ever stayed in--& we've been coming to the Nayarit area for many years. All of us loved it and were sad to leave. Very accurately described, very comfortable for 6 people/3 couples. Everything in good condition and, yes, private. A bit of a walk (15 minutes?) to the heart of town, but just fine to do--and a good way to walk off dinner. Yes: roosters in the morning often but that is just about everywhere here. Laura, the house manager, is also the best. She was always available, anticipated needs, handled things efficiently and kindly. She helped us arrange a golf cart (mostly for a recovering friend), taxis to and from the airport with great drivers, and answered every question. Laura: I cannot thank you enough! A couple of tips: the dishwasher has a barely visible 'power' button toward the left that must be turned on first to be able to start it. And the 4th bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs to the 2nd floor.

laura was absolutely wonderful as our host!! she was extremely responsive and gave wonderful last minute ideas on things to do such as watching the baby turtles be released into the sea!! the home was incredible as well, and felt like a home away from home without a doubt, especially in a wonderful small town like San pancho overall, I would definitely visit again as well as seek availability for this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at lovely Casa Lola! It is located in a quiet neighborhood that requires a bit more of a walk into town, but totally worth it for the peace and quiet. We enjoyed every part of the house from the pool at the bottom level to the top deck where we often had a game night. We enjoyed making simple meals in the well stocked kitchen. We also made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella for our treks to the San Pancho beach. Laura, the house manager, arranged our airport transportation and made sure we had everything we needed. (We had a slight miscommunication at check-in and couldn’t get in the house right away but got it cleared up in 15-20 minutes.) Laura absolutely saved the day when I left my passport at the house and arranged to get it to me at the airport in time for my flight. Highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained property for a fun and relaxing San Pancho stay.

We are in love with the town, the house. Everything was great, and Betsy's co-host Laura went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate the attention Laura gave us to help us with our vacation, including lining up airport transport and a golf cart rental. I hope to return one day.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in San Pancho. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. The house itself is stunning and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was ideal for our group of three couples, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Can’t wait to come back!!

This was the best Airbnb place I have ever stayed. Laura the host during our stay was fantastic and clear about everything. The place is spacious and a great design for a family or group to spend time at, everything is in great working order and it’s an easy 6-8 minutes to the center and 8-10 to beach.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was modern, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed — from pool towels and toys to a fully stocked kitchen. All the mattresses were very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for our clothing. We really appreciated having various different spaces to hang out and relax, both indoors and outdoors. The property manager, Laura, was extremely helpful throughout our stay and always available to give us recommendations and answer any questions. We felt very safe both in the home and in the neighborhood. The private pool was such a treat and perfect for cooling off. Overall, a wonderful place to stay — highly recommended!

We had a great time. I would recommend this home to everyone. It felt like home. The place was spotless. The house is really stunning and very large. Beach and village 10 minutes' walk. The roof terrace is a plus for evenings. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. Excellent recommendations. We even attended the launching of baby turtles. Wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay. House was amazing, well set up and very private. The car park was a bonus as well. Very responsive host who accommodated our every need, early check in was a godsend. Short walk across the town to the beaches and the restaurants. Fabulous kitchen and even a dishwasher. Perfect. Thanks.

We had an amazing time. The house is really lovely. The pool is small but just what we needed (4 adults, 3 kids). Twice during our week people came in to clean the pool and also a lovely woman got there to CLEAN THE HOUSE. We were so happy!! You have to walk to the beach. It's about a 15 minute walk. You can rent a golf cart but we really didn't feel we needed it. Taxis cost 70 pesos ANYWHERE you go inside San Pancho (about $3.50 usd). So if you one day don't want to walk, just take a taxi. People at San Pancho are lovely, kind and helpful. There are no Tv's at the house but with kids sometimes you just need one. Laura was amazing and took a tv from her house to ours so kids can have something else to watch other than their ipads (Thank you so much Laura!).We highly recommend this house. I hope we can go back soon. I am mexican and I was really impressed by the people (and I'm used to mexican kindness). Take enough clothes because it never dries :) Thank you Laura and Betsy!

Absolutely gorgeous home in a magical place! San Pancho was a revelation, a world away from the chaos of touristy resort towns. So quaint and authentic while also having an incredible array of restaurants, shops, galleries, yoga studios, and more. Casa Lola is perfectly situated for peace/privacy while still being just a 15ish minute walk to town or the beach. The accommodations were perfect - modern beachy vibes with a cool design aesthetic (beautiful tile work, spectacular wood cabinetry), super comfy beds, quality linens/towels, nice touches like extra blankets, cozy outdoor spaces with hammocks, and the entire place was impeccably clean. The host (Betsy) + house manager (Laura) are both so helpful and gave us great recs. Some faves: the hike from San Pancho to Sayulita, a day at Tierra Tropical Beach Club, and dinners at La Ola Rica + Habibi. This was a trip with four friends to celebrate a 50th birthday and we all thought the entire experience was A+++. Can't wait to go back!

Casa Lola is an exceptional space! The location is just far enough away from town to be private and quiet. The layout of the house is perfect and everything is so well thought out. The kitchen is incredible and they provide everything you need to make meals. Bluetooth speakers were such a bonus! The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The details and suggestions provided in the book provided were beyond helpful. I will stay there every time I visit San Pancho!

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts. The house is walled so you have a private pool/yard, as well as a balcony/patio and a palapa patio on top. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about a ten minute walk from restaurants (ten mins for us, but that included little kids walking pace). Something to note that I think one other person mentioned - the master bedroom is in the main part of the house on the first floor with the kitchen. To access the upstairs king bedroom and bunk/queen room, you need to go outside and go up the stairs (still very private). We were traveling with our little kids so we opted to sleep in the two upper rooms so we could be within earshot of the kids’ room. Just something to note if you’re also traveling with small kids. Hosts were very responsive and clear with their communication. San Pancho is a beautiful town. Would highly recommend this property.

Great spot in San pancho, especially loved the rooftop!

This newly built and gorgeous home with a private pool was absolutely perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Love the attention to detail including the custom tile on the outdoor stairs. We loved that each bedroom has its own patio and outdoor space- was perfect for our teenagers. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards that we used to enjoy other local beaches. We visited Lo De Marcos one day for the picturesque beach and calmer waters and a full day of ocean and beach play. The home is perfectly situated. Far enough away to feel private but only a 12 minute walk into town which is super accessible. One of our favorite experiences was the Tuesday market with local artisans, live music and delicious local food & drinks! We can’t wait to come back to Casa Lola!

We had such a great stay in San Pancho! We loved the town, the people, the beach, and the house was just perfect for our family of 5. Laura was a fabulous host with great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. We're already planning our return!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Betsy’s place! The house itself had everything we needed, and the location felt safe, and close enough to walk to all the attractions of “downtown”. The host, Laura, was super helpful and responsive to all our needs, including returning to us a bathing suit we left behind!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, plenty of space for all, well equipped kitchen, multiple nice outdoor spaces, and lush landscaping! Exceeded our expecations. Locations was great, easily walkable to town but a little out of the hubbub as well.

The place was fantastic. There was lots of room and quite private. The kitchen is very new, clean and well appointed. The roof top deck is large and a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. The walk into town takes about 15min but you can rent a golf cart if that's an issue. A great spot for a few friends or a family with kids.

We traveled to San Pancho with our family of 6. Betsy’s home was the perfect retreat for our large family. It is easily accessible, extremely clean, and very well appointed. They even have water bottles and shopping bags for you to use. They lay out of the house is perfect and everyone got their own space. Laura the host even turned the king bed into two twins so that all the kids had their own beds. The home is light and spacious and everyone loved it. The rooftop veranda is the perfect place to take your morning coffee. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is easily walkable to downtown and the beach. Laura our hose was extremely responsive and friendly. She organized our taxis and even texted to let us know about a sea turtle release that was happening. She also gave us great recommendations for amazing tacos! We will be back to San Pancho and cannot wait to stay at Betsy’s home again!!

Our little family (4 and 1 year old) stayed at Betsy’s place while visiting San Pancho and loved it!! Loved the layout of the rooms, the palapa, the cleanliness, the pool, everything… Laura was such a wonderful co-host and communicator! She was so kind and kept us informed about events that were happening in town. Much appreciated! Will definitely be coming back to this beautiful home in the near future!

Very beautiful place! Laura the host was very helpful and responsive. The house is clean & beautiful , we felt very safe! A little bit further to the beach but it’s nice at night to have a more peaceful and relaxing place! With the golf cart, it was perfect! San pancho is definitely a place to discover!

Great stay. Beautiful house of a rare cleanliness. Everything is thought out for guests… nothing is missing. It was just perfect.

We loved our time at Casa Lola! Six of us (three couples) fit perfectly in the space and loved the layout and all of the outdoor space…the palapa on the top floor, the second floor balconies and the courtyard pool area. We had a car to explore the area but walked downtown every evening to explore town, eat out or head to the beach for sunset. Very well appointed kitchen, love the beautiful details and the wood all around the house…it felt like a home! We used the yoga mats every day! WiFi worked great. We felt very safe in the home. Also, they provided a lot of information about where to eat, how to get around town, etc. We can’t wait to come back to Casa Lola!

Oh, my goodness—what an incredible stay we had at Betsy’s home! My group of girlfriends (four) was perfectly suited to the place, we could have even hosted another few people and had plenty of room! It’s so close to town and still feels like your own private oasis. The kitchen was well-appointed, the outdoor dining and pool area was amazing. Laura, the local host, was incredible and gave us lots of tips and local recommendations.

AMAZING! This place is actually better than the pictures. This truly is a paradise! It is a beautifully built house with amazing outdoor spaces on every level to lounge. We had two kids, 3 and 5, and they had a great time with the pool, pool toys, twins beds (they gratefully converted a kind to twins for us), and so much space. Laura, the manager, was over-the-top helpful! She got us a cooler to use for the beach and beach toys. She even booked our taxi ride and golf cart, which was at the house upon our arrival!! *the house Eid about a 20 minutes walk from the beach so highly recommend a golf cart, especially with kids. Everything was perfect and we would definitely return! I I wish I could give it more stars!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Casa Lola! The house is beautiful and modern with a refreshing cool breeze. We loved the pool (pool toys included!), outdoor shower and the hammocks. We felt very safe, it is nice that it is a bit removed from the main street and allows you to explore some more of the neighborhoods on the short walk to the beach. I travel with my own sound machine (there are definitely some loud birds, but nature sounds are always a great way to start your day! ) and the blackout shades were much appreciated. Laura was quick to provide us with all the information we needed for our stay, arranged a car service for pickup and drop off at the airport, along with a convenient list of favorite restaurants and activities. 100% would stay here again!

Casa Lola is divine! The moment I walked through the door, I knew we had rented the best place in town. My first look of the lush garden was breathtaking, and the interior of the home is even more stunning: gorgeous textiles in every room, thoughtful touches of baskets full of beach towels, a truly luxurious rain shower in the primary bathroom, and a huge, modern, fully stocked kitchen. All of the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with ceiling fans, A/C cross ventilation, and sea breezes to keep them cool. Our two tweens loved their own space upstairs with balconies and hammocks to themselves. (Parents with very young children, note the second-floor bedrooms are only accessible via an exterior staircase, but still inside the compound.) I really loved everything about this space. The local house manager is wonderful and shared updates only a local could know, including a baby turtle release the night we arrived that my kids will never forget. I highy recommend Casa Lola!
