The house is perfect for spending a pleasant time and relaxing. The entire property is a luxury. Well appointed, with every detail very well cared for. We would definitely return.

Our group of 8 amigas was so happy with casa el pescador. They had recommendations for the best places, and truly communicated with us every step of the way and provided contacts for any tour or transport we needed. The afternoons were it was too hot to walk the 7 minutes to the boardwalk we could easily catch an uber for 2 bucks. Ideal place for big groups!!! Lovely pool area, kitchen and living room and upstairs balcony for catching up with the group in between tours and time in town 🤍🙏 gracias por todo familia

We had an incredible stay here with two families — four adults and three kids all under six years old — and this place was perfectly suited for exactly that kind of trip. The amenities are genuinely impressive, and the pool was a highlight every single day for the kids (and honestly the adults too). What really made the experience exceptional was Graziela, the trip concierge. She went above and beyond — helping us plan and organize excursions, arranging a personal chef, and giving us great local recommendations. We never felt like we were figuring La Paz out on our own. The location is in a safe, relaxed neighborhood. It's about a 15–20 minute walk to the Malecón, so having a car makes getting around a breeze. There are markets nearby for easy grocery runs, and we stumbled onto Coffee Star — our new favorite café. We couldn't have asked for a better family trip. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! It was super clean. The property was beautiful and in a great location. We could walk or drive to a large variety of restaurants. We felt very safe too.

Fantastic house - even more spacious than expected! Super clean and very well stocked. Easy walk into town and very close to Marina which was great for our incredible swimming with Whale Shark trip! So much to do in this area and the house is a perfect, secure and peaceful base. Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating to early check in! Would love to visit again.

We stayed here for over three weeks and enjoyed our home away from home. The house is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space inside and outside. Outside the pool area and out door kitchen and dining room are spacious and comfortable (just wish the pool was heated!), as well as a huge deck on the second floor with ocean views. It was great having the gated parking space for our car. The kitchen was well appointed and fun to cook in. We had three additional family members stay for five nights and we had plenty of room. The walk to the malecon is just a few minutes, and maybe a little gritty, but absolutely safe to walk day or night. The host team, especially Julio and Miguel, were very kind and responsive to any question or request we had, including arranging transportation for family arriving at SJD. Highly recommend this home!

I could write an entire book on this house and its location. The hosts were so kind, proactive and helped us with tour bookings. It’s a beautiful modern home in a safe location, very peaceful and within walking distance to whatever we needed. Book this home now!!! I promise you will have the best time.

We had a wonderful stay for 8 days at Paola's home! There were 6 of us and we enjoy cooking so we were able to use the outdoor grill a lot and the outdoor dining table. Paola gave us great recommendations for the Espiritu tour. The communication was excellent and anything we needed was provided. We appreciated the gated parking area. The view was beautiful and we walked to the Malecon every day. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was wonderful. It had a beautiful view from the balcony. It was very close to the Marina and Malecon. The amenities were great. The host was very responsive to our messages. The pool was a heated pool. I highly recommend this house. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience. The house was very well equipped and everything was impeccably clean. The pool is huge and perfect for spending time with family or friends. The team was very helpful at all times: they provided us with a cooler that we requested and also allowed us to check out an hour later, which we greatly appreciated. It's definitely a highly recommended place for families or large groups. We hope to be back soon!

This is a fantastic place to stay in La Paz. Very close to the main beach front with all the restaurants and bars. The main beaches are about a 40 minute drive from here. Overall it’s a great place for a large group.

Beautiful sunsets and kids loved the pool. Large pool compared to other Airbnb’s in the area, which was great for my pool-loving kids. Spent our days snorkeling and playing at Tecolote beach. Had a wonderful time. Clean house, great kitchen, quiet at night.

Paola’s house is gorgeous and very well appointed. We were impressed by the general layout of the home and beautiful lighting. We had a great time in the private pool. The neighborhood is quiet (aside from the delightful sounds of the local bird life), but well within walking distance of the malecon which has tons of excellent restaurants and interesting shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return for an even longer visit.

We were in town for a family wedding at La Marea. Paola’s place was perfectly located, a 10 minute walk to the venue. It’s also well placed for restaurants and bars of the Malecon. The house itself is very pretty, charming really. The pool was ideal and there is a first floor deck adjacent to two of the bed teams giving great views of the marina and La Paz itself. I’d definitely come back

La Casa Del Pescador exceeded our expectations. It easily accommodated our group of 5 family & friends for 6 nights. The house is secure and the neighborhood feels very safe. The location is perfect, a block away from the marina with a beautiful view and only a few blocks from the Malecón. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. We had an incredible experience staying at this beautiful “Casa del Pescador.” From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful decor. The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to the Malecon, great restaurants, and stunning beaches like Tesoro, Tecolote and Balandra. The hosts - Paola & Julio were amazing—attentive, friendly, and always available. They made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend it. Great AirBnb. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The space was amazing. It's a great house for a family. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic. We enjoyed hanging around the house as much as going out. Paola was also extremely proactive in communicating, checking on us to ensure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We had a great week-long stay at La Casa de Pescador. We were three couples and one toddler, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. We loved sitting on the outside terrace and enjoying the lovely weather, it was really an outdoor living room. The view from the upstairs terrace of the Fisherman's Harbor is great and a treat to wake up to in the morning. They have several TVs with all the standard streaming stuff that my son watched some Disney on, and the internet was good. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Malecon. This was fine for me but a little long for my older parents, so we drove a good deal. The private parking at the house is very nice to have. There are a few cute restaurants that are quite close, though. I would definitely recommend this AirBnb!

We had a great time! The house is very nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen is huge and having towels to go to the beach was an unexpected bonus. Also, having the laundry room was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time in La Casa de Pescaderos. The property is modern, spacious, and very well thought out. There is a flow to it, from the kitchen to the sitting areas outside, to the swimming pool, and then to the bedrooms. It was the perfect space for us to come home to and relax after a day out. I only wish we cork have stayed longer! Last but not least, the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Thank you!

This place was a beautiful! We felt very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside patio and the swimming pool. If I would go to La Paz again I would definitely rent this house again. The only slight problem was the leak to the AC's from the living room and kitchen. Other than that everything was perfect!

This house is GORGEOUS. The indoor/outdoor flex space is beautiful and well maintained. The garage is an excellent addition. The sunset view from the top deck overlooking the marina is stunning. The house is spacious enough for a large family or even two small families. I intended to stay longer but our plans changed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This home is beautiful and laid out perfectly for our group of 3 couples traveling to La Paz. Our hosts were very responsive to our couple small requests. We will definitely stay here again on any future visits to La Paz.

If you get a chance, definitely book this place. It was an awesome place to stay, close to everything but still felt private. The home is beautifully decorated, the beds comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The out door areas to hang out were great and the upstairs bedrooms have a wonderful view of the marina. Paola was quick to respond and a great host. We haven’t stoped talking about this beautiful house and can’t wait to come back.

Wow! What a beautiful place. We loved our stay. The villa is simply magnificent! We were very happy to have a swimming pool. Within walking distance to the center and restaurants. The only thing we would recommend would be to have bicycles on site. It could be convenient for visiting the surrounding areas and going to the grocery store.
