Excellent!

We loved the house, it's huge, modern, comfortable and very beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, it's an amazing place for large families who want to spend a few days on vacation. I'm sure we'll go back!

We were a group of 20 people and we had a great time. The facilities are new and nicely designed. Everything very clean and comfortable. They have many spaces for many activities, spacious living rooms, dining room, parking, etc. It is at the entrance to Tepoztlán and it is not necessary to go downtown to get there. The center is a 15-minute drive. Best of all was the service from all the staff. They made us feel at home and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!! Thank you all and we hope to come back soon!

We really liked the place and the area is very quiet. The place was very clean, the cleaning and kitchen girls were very friendly, overall everything was fine.

Casa Gallaecia was a very comfortable stay and ideal for large groups. There were 20 of us and we were all very comfortable, with enough space for everyone. The cleanliness of the place is excellent and communication with the hosts was always very good and fast. The location is perfect, close to two wedding halls in Tepoztlán (just what we were looking for) and a few minutes from downtown. Taxis arrive without a problem. Our only drawback was that in the mornings there was sometimes no hot water, but thanks to the excellent service from the hosts, they fixed it in 5–10 minutes without a problem. In addition, they helped us coordinate the support of two people for cleaning and cooking, at an additional cost, which was a great plus. Overall, a great option for large groups looking for comfort, good location and quick service.

The place is amazing, I booked it thinking it was a house but it's actually a hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, the garden and pool are amazing.

We had an amazing time, the house was perfect for our large family, as it has many rooms with their own bathroom and this allows us to be together, but each with their own privacy. Javier and Mayaya were always attentive to our questions and needs, always kind, empathetic and respectful. The service staff was very attentive to us, especially Alfonso's attitude and attention. Obviously, we plan to return at any opportunity we get.

The place is high quality and super functional. The people are very helpful and will help you with anything you need. The pool is beautiful and the water temperature is excellent.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay in Gallaecia, the accommodation is very well maintained, clean and the service from Mayaya and the whole team was very good, we felt right at home, we will surely try to return.

Excellent experience with Javier and his team. Great place for large groups. The layout of the rooms with two beds and a private bathroom is perfect for families. The bedrooms surround the pool, so spending time together always takes place in the center. Javier was super attentive at all times, as was Ana Luisa who helped us in the kitchen. Highly recommended! We plan to return.

Excellent treatment of Javier, the property is in excellent condition, all service people have an exceptional treatment and always with a positive attitude. The rooms are super complete and in perfect condition. I will definitely stay there again!

What a wonderful stay! Our family was attending a wedding nearby, and we found this gem. We were able to book the place entirely to ourselves, accommodating 15 extended family members (two to a room). All rooms were modern, clean, and air conditioned. We felt safe and secluded on the property. Javier is incredibly accommodating and willing to help with any additional services, and his staff was very responsive as well. He helped us procure two lovely cooks for a couple of days, which allowed for relaxed family meals in the spacious dining areas. We would definitely stay here again!

I exceed our expectations! We used the space and its rooms for a retreat and everything was more than perfect! The place is amazing, the views are very nice, and it's away from the noise, so you can get complete rest. The rooms are air-conditioned, and you have all the amenities to have an incredible time. You have everything you need and more to spend a few incredible days. Jaime and his staff made us feel very comfortable and very well attended, attentive at all times to what we needed and resolving our doubts.

The facilities are as shown in the pictures, the green areas are more beautiful in person. The pool with jacuzzi is enjoyed all the time. The comfort of the rooms is unparalleled, as it includes air conditioning. Javier and Mayaya's hospitality was excellent. The service staff (cleaning and cooking if hired, Miriam and Emmanuel) were very friendly during our stay.
