The house is wonderful, very nice, super spacious. Each room is huge and has its own bathroom. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom is amazing. On the other hand, the barbecue area is huge, perfect for large groups, and the gas fireplace area is SPECTACULAR 👌

It's worth what you pay; the rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a good rest. It's in a very good location—you're close to downtown and can go for a walk. In my case, I traveled with small children and an older adult, and everyone had a restful and enjoyable stay! We recommend it.

Good house; the hot water is intermittent, but there are backup systems in case it fails.

The house is very nice and clean (better than the photos). Gerardo was very attentive to our arrival and to answering our questions, in addition to the recommendations to enjoy Malinalco. The pool didn't reach a good temperature due to the weather and we didn't hire the boiler, but they prepared the jacuzzi for us and it was perfect! It's definitely one of the best places on airbnb, totally recommended.

A very nice, spacious house with all the amenities. The decoration and layout of the rooms is great, because if you go with elderly people, it has two rooms on the lower level. We would definitely stay there again.

We especially recommend this house. We had a very pleasant experience. It is modern, tastefully decorated and with very nice spaces. Ideal for working, resting, spending time together or being alone. They took care of all the details regarding the type of dishes, sheets, towels and the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the garden and the covered area with the barbecue and outdoor dining room. It has 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor ideal for older adults. Upstairs it has 3 bedrooms that are also very comfortable with a great view and a second dining room with an integrated kitchen. The host, Gerardo, is extremely helpful. He answered all our questions, made excellent recommendations and helped us get Andrea and Alonso, two capable, helpful and good-natured brothers, who helped us during the Christmas holidays. We agree with other reviews that the house is much nicer than what you can see in the pictures. We would definitely stay in this house again.

I highly recommend this place, this is my second time to wash it this year and it continues to meet expectations. The house is beautiful, it is easy to get to, it has shops nearby if something is needed, it is quite large and with a spacious garden for any activity, the pool works only with solar panels but with this heat the water was in the perfect temperature. The owner is always attentive and quick to respond, excellent attention.

Gerardo is a great host, friendly and attentive, additionally he gave us many tips on places to visit and places to eat. The place is very spacious, comfortable and impeccable, located close to downtown and several places. No doubt a cozy stay to return to Malinalco.

Recommended 100%. The house is beautiful, everything was spotless. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean, all quite spacious. The barbecue space is perfect for a group of 12 people, it has a good garden space to play with, a beautiful fireplace space, 5 cars fit without problem in the parking space. It has a very good location as it is in the grouper and easy to get to and there are several shops nearby to buy what is needed. Bathrooms and pool are heated with solar panels, in case the shower is not hot you can ask the host to turn on the heaters, the pool does not have a boiler so if they are cloudy days it will be cold. The host is always attentive and quick to respond. I will definitely be back.
