Philippe,<br/>Thank you for your comments. We are continuously replacing items that are worn, broken or stained.  For example, the pots and pans you pointed out have now been replaced with brand new pots and pans.  We take great pride in our home and truly want to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. <br/>With regard to the water pressure issues during your stay: Unfortunately this temporary issue originated at the local water management authority and affected the entire town of Samara at the time. <br/>The air conditioning units you referred to has since been serviced to work optimally. These units are on a maintenance schedule and do get serviced regularly.
