This place is very beautiful. Everything is upgraded. The beds were comfortable. The entire place was very clean and there was extra toiletries. The view is absolutely amazing! Boan was really great! He accommodated us last minute as we had to leave our prior rental in an emergency. Loan responded right away and was very understanding and professional. This place is a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for plus it is secure. I definitely look forward to coming back.

Great place

Stayed at Bella Sirena in Rocky Point and had a great experience. The host, Boan, was very friendly and responsive from start to finish, which made check-in and communication easy. The condo was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rocky Point.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The home is beautiful! Every space felt thoughtfully curated, creating a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The property is very well maintained, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Inside, everything was immaculate! It’s clear that a great deal of care and love has been put into every detail of the home. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, along with generous closet space. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the two-car garage was so convenient. The patio offered a stunning view, with plenty of seating for everyone come together. Being just steps from the beach made the location unbeatable. Boan was also fantastic—very responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have asked for. Overall, this is a place that we would absolutely return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-end beach getaway.

This place is an amazing location right on the beach. It’s spacious and certainly clean. There are some things that were showing some wear and tear from age, but overall, for a property right on the beach beach, very well maintained. We loved our stay and would book here again.

Our stay at this private villa in Puerto Peñasco was absolutely unforgettable. The property is stunning—beautifully designed, spotless, and perfectly situated right on the beach. The views are breathtaking, with endless ocean stretching out in front of you and the most incredible sunrises and sunsets. It truly feels like your own secluded paradise. What we loved most was the privacy. It’s peaceful, quiet, and far from the crowds, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Morning coffee on the patio with the sound of waves was pure magic. The service was just as impressive—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Everything felt effortless from start to finish. This villa exceeded every expectation, and we are already talking about our next trip back. If you’re looking for a gorgeous beachfront escape with privacy, luxury, and exceptional service, this is it. We will definitely be staying here again!

The place was great !

We stayed at this beach house this past weekend and absolutely enjoyed it. The view was beautiful and made the stay very relaxing. It was a perfect place to get away and enjoy the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is so far the best stay we have ever experienced in Rocky Point. This house was just perfect. Even nicer and bigger than we expected from viewing the photos. All the beds are comfy and plenty of towels for everyone. Beautiful ocean views , this house actually has the best opened patio to the beach in the entire community . Just loved the convenience of being right on the ocean. Boan’s is an excellent, friendly and informative host . The security at the gate were also so friendly and welcoming to our family . Will definitely come back :)

Overall great!

We’ve stayed at 3 homes along the ocean in RP. This one is hands down the nicest. So, so secure. There were guards that checked the property regularly. We loved the split floor plan, each room felt secluded. My kids loved the paddle boards. There’s an extra fridge in the garage which is nice for extra food/beverages when you have 10+ people staying there. The locals offer massages on the beach, braids, food, desserts…all just a step away. Price wise it is more per night than other places we’ve stayed but the security and extra amenities were worth it. I also loved that we were able to control the thermostat during the night so we didn’t get too hot like we have at other homes. Easy access to the beach and to the resort pool were both a plus. Hot tub while looking at the ocean was amazing. The only con I can think of is the lack of cleaning supplies. We prepared shrimp one night and thankfully I had brought Lysol so we were able to clean up afterward. Would definitely stay here again

Our family loved every minute of our stay at this beach house. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the house itself is beautiful spacious, clean, and full of charm. Great place to stay for adults but also kid friendly. Sits right on the beach with a beautiful view of the area. Short walk to pools and gym. Plenty of space for family in the living room on the patio or roof and top area.

Very nice home and place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Many rooms and bathrooms with great outside patio. The home includes many towels and pots pans fridge everything to make life easy. Would recommend

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this villa—it was that good! My family and I had an amazing stay. The house is absolutely stunning, with every room and detail carefully thought out. Unfortunately, we booked last minute and couldn’t extend our stay, but I’m already looking forward to coming back for a longer vacation next time!

It was wonderful staying here with my family for a nice summer get away! The home was wonderful, clean and had everything you could need! The staff at the hotel was also very helpful and Boan was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

We were happy to have chosen this rental. We had 9 people, and had plenty of room to spare. The separate bathrooms were nice. The view was amazing. Loved having resort amenities and still our own private space. Kitchen was big enough that we could make a few meals at home. Took walks down the beach with the tide out, saw crab, octopus, and other sea life. It was a great time spent with family!

Amazing location, kids got to play on the grass in the back yard and also at the common area grass. We have stayed at several other locations on sandy beach and this one so far is the BEST!!

Villa Emilia was a lovely place to stay. The host Boan, was very helpful and informative right when we booked our stay. He sent us a welcome packet that explained everything from how to get to the location, access codes, amenities and how to use them, etc. our grill ran out of propane and he had someone come quickly with a refill! It is everything as advertised and all the amenities listed. We will be staying her for our next visits. Thanks Boan

Loved it. if neighbors are staying there yard isn't private to the neighbors they can wall right through or be seen from our yard, maintenance people just in the yard fixing sand or viewing fence was odd bc we wanted privacy or if you want kids out back ithe neighbors can see into yard.

Our stay was wonderful. The access to the beach was close and easy. The weather was quite warm, so the pool was the perfect place to spend the afternoons. We would definitely visit again.

we had a wonderful time. my wife and i cant say enough about are stay. the home and views were beautiful. we had couple small issues that came about. and let me tell u ,their were fixxed with a half hour. we felt like he really went above and beyond. to take care of are family. and thats what stood out the most. we werent just another guest . he treated us like family and not like a tourist. i recommend this home and host to all. god bless
