An excellent place to stay as a family, very spacious, with many amenities, everything working as it should. Very good private area, with a private beach and very close to the main points. Great attention from the host. Highly recommended, no doubt!

Our stay was amazing. We loved every minute of it. The house had everything needed. Essentials were provided which it’s not always the case in other places I have stayed. Being provided helps with not having to pack extra things for example beach towels and personal towels. Also all the essentials needed for cooking. We cooked a lot and we had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed having access to the beach at all times and we were able to watch them from the patio comfortably when needed. Our host provided all the information needed in case we had any hiccups during our stay which we used more than once when we needed to find something in the house. And he was always responsive when we messaged him with any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Really happy with our stay here. David was kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated after a long drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed, honestly, more than we expected. Beds were comfortable, and the AC in every room was a nice touch, especially with the heat. We slept well the whole time. The location is hard to beat. It's right on the beach and feels pretty private, which made it easy to just relax without feeling like you're on top of other people. There are also a couple of convenience stores nearby if you need to grab anything quickly. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at David's house. The house has everything you need, a working dishwasher, pots and pans, lots of plates & cups, beach towels and normal towels, bug repellent; which you really need in the evenings, coffee maker and coffee of course, bbq grill (propane), outside patio furniture. The bed sheets smelled clean and fresh as well did the towels. We didn't use the casita, but it's really convenient. The area felt safe. The beach right on the backyard is a huge big plus. The only thing that felt weird to me is the layout of the second floor where (master bedroom & bedrooms 2 & 3 are), we had to share the restroom... luckily it was my husband and our young adult children, otherwise it would have been weird to share it with friends since I didn't feel private. Getting there is easy. It's close to town. You won't regret staying here. We will definitely come back. Thank you!!

This house was very nice and clean. This home is beautiful and the decoration give it a very nice Mexican hacienda feel. Everyone in our group enjoyed this place and would love to stay here again. It was easy to find and check in was easy. David was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Celebrated my hubby's bday with friends and it was absolutely amazing! Definetly beyond our expectations. We had a blast. House adorable and decorated so that it makes you feel like you are in a little town. The view was gorgeous. Honestly so far of many years of travel our ultimate best Airbnb yet! Our friends loved it as well. We will be back for sure! Thank you David for being an amazing host and letting us use your house as our own. Made this San Felipe yrop the best one yet!

This is the perfect place to have a vacation, the house has everything you need, well stocked, the beach is beautiful very peaceful its like your own private beach, we loved our stay there, will be back for sure!

We were a total of three families, all with children with ages from infant to young adult, and everyone absolutely loved it. Beach right in front/steps away from the back porch and el centro less than 15 min away (by car). We’re already planning on making this our summer getaway for years to come. Can’t wait to go back. BTW, the decor is beautiful 😍 Thank you David for making your house available to us, we definitely created so many wonderful memories.

Had a quick family getaway, my grandkids loved having the beach just steps away!! Great location, minutes from the city, but we enjoyed staying at the beautiful house. Felt like we had a private beach. Host made himself available, in case we needed anything. We had a great time!! Definitely on our return list, thank you!!

A charming Mexican style hacienda lovingly decorated in the local style by the host's Mom. If you want a truly authentic Mexican experience this is for you! What we loved best: 1. Incredible location right on the sand. Shallow, safe, clean beach, great for swimming. Mostly local families, no crowds. We felt safe at all times. 2. House has all creature comforts: comfy beds, clean linens/towels, toiletries, pretty talavera dishes, spices. We left only for dinner, town is only 5-7 min drive north 3. Host was responsive the whole time and had great local tips. Things to note: The upstairs 3 bedrooms share one (master) bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has another full bath plus the included casita is very handy with its own second kitchenette and bathroom. Thank you for a beautiful, relaxing stay David!

We loved Casa de Corazon! The house is beautiful and exactly how they describe it the host was very helpful and responsive overall I would consider going back with my family! Great communication with host and provided resources and helpful tips. House is right infront of the ocean walking distance! Highly recommend

Great location, house was as advertised. It’s great for 4 guys or 4 ladies (one per bedroom), but the central nature of the upstairs bathroom (shared among 3 bedrooms and you have to walk through two of the bedrooms to go in/out of bathroom) would make this difficult for 4 couples. There’s basically no privacy for upstairs bathroom or shower. Otherwise great house.

Loved our stay. The house was amazing and perfect for our group of 5. We had a couple issues and David was responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

The best stocked airbnb we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. For future guests, I would recommend asking if bathrooms have had doors installed as this created some privacy challenges.

Everything was perfect, we only needed one more bedroom because it said there were 5 and there were only 4. I guess the 5th bedroom was in the little house that is right at the entrance, but we couldn't enter because it had a sign that said "staff only" and we were one bedroom short

VERY MUCH RECOMMEND!!!!! Everything was great! The host was a very hospitable, kind, welcoming person who made himself reachable. The house was breathtaking, clean and in a calm and safe location. The host left us some goodies to enjoy as we arrive, we all accommodated perfectly within the house (myself, mother,sisters, and kids). There was even a binder there that further explained the things that the house provided.The house is equipped with air conditioning throughout the house there is an outside shower to wash off all the excess sand from the beach, some relaxing chairs outside to enjoy the unique view The beach is absolutely stunning and the upstairs bedroom has a balcony that views the sunrise perfectly.... and a PLUS when we asked for an extended checkout, the host was more than happy to deliver one.I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK

Very good service from David. Great seaside location. In winter it is very cold to get into the sea, but the view is amazing. You can walk very well on the beach.

The location is amazing! It’s waterfront and you can’t go wrong. The house was clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing I didn’t like is the overall instructions and manual book. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi but I fixed it on my own. I had to reset the whole the router. Overall it’s a great place and i recommend it.

Great home, fully furnished and cozy. House manual was a plus. House pictures were exactly as the house. Community was very peaceful. Enjoyed my stay, would rent it again.

Very unique layout with beautiful decor and attention to detail. Our family immediately felt at home. Amenities included everything you could think of for a vacation rental. Loved and appreciated that snacks were waiting for us when we arrived.

Great location and house. The house was right at the beach, kids loved it! Super clean and accommodated all of us.

This house is even more beautiful and peaceful than the pictures. We stayed 2 families with 5 (young) kids total and it was absolutely perfect! The kids played in the sand and water all day and if that’s not enough other attractions such as horseback riding, banana boating, and fresh fruit vendors are available right outside. The house is stoked with everything we could possibly need, and restaurants are just a few min drive and there’s a mini market just up the road. We loved the house.
