Our stay was very good. Although upon arrival we found some issues in the house, Coral responded immediately and resolved them quickly and with excellent willingness. We greatly appreciate your attention, communication, and commitment to making our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and stay here again.

A place with a magnificent design of spaces, enough beds for what the host advertises as capacity, it felt like home, everything functional, everything we needed was at hand, we enjoyed the space a lot, we rested and had fun, Coral was super attentive and cleared up all our doubts before we asked them... magnificent place, super recommended...

The place was great and peaceful! Had everything we needed and more! The only downside would be the common areas which have a 6 person restriction for the pool even though we had 12 people in our reservation but we understood it was not up to our host. The place is absolutely beautiful and modern! The host was very welcoming! I def plan to come back!

Thank you Diana for your comments. Unfortunately, the rules of the common area are applied by the condominium. The restriction is 6 people in the pool area, the rest of the clubhouse is unrestricted. These details are reported from the moment the reservation is made. I'm very sorry that this was an inconvenience, since guests normally use the property's private pool

The stay was overall exceptional — beautiful home, great location, and the host was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout. However, a few things needed some improvement (empty gas tank for griller, some insects inside the kitchen, among other minor things). These issues took away from an otherwise fantastic experience. With better attention to these details, this place could easily be five stars across the board. The host herself was wonderful and did her best to help all the time, but these are things that need to be addressed proactively

Thank you for your comments Arturo, I understand your feelings regarding the empty gas container, but the grill could be used with charcoal as well, the notice was very late, and 1 hour 25 minutes away, so my field of action at that time was difficult to attend to, regarding the "insects" I told you that it had been fumigated recently since the property is next to a house under construction as well as multiple vacant lots, so it was fumigated, I appreciate your comments and I invite you again so that we can improve the experience you wanted and we almost got 😉

Staying at this Airbnb in Kino Bay was truly an unforgettable experience. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from the terrace was pure magic. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach ; peaceful and private. The house had all the amenities we could ask for: a fully stocked kitchen, strong air conditioning, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi (a nice bonus in such a laid-back town!).

100% recommended, it is a very nice, clean and tidy house. In addition, from the reservation until I left the house, Coral was very attentive to any questions that arose. I would definitely stay at Casa Coral again.

We loved staying in the coral house, the house is impeccable, very modern and everything is very clean and comfortable , our only inconvenience was that we thought it was on the beach but not, it has a view of the sea from a terrace! Outside of that the house is very nice and everyone was very friendly and they were quick to respond to our doubts and questions

The description of the house indicates that it is not right on the beach, and that the sea is at the clubhouse of the residential complex, with a private beach, just a 3-minute walk from the property. We are very sorry about this, but we are glad that you had a nice experience.

The host responded very quickly and was always very attentive. The place is nice, clean and spacious. The only observation would perhaps be that there is a camera pointing to the pool, and it's uncomfortable to know that they may be recording our children.

Thank you very much Hector for your comments, we will take them into account, to offer a better experience, I explain, in the description of the house we comment that we have surveillance cameras all over the external perimeter, not only in the pool area, also on the main and side entrances of the house, this for the security of the property and the guests themselves.

A 10 of 10! Excellent attention at all times and the house is very comfortable and impeccable. The pool , the kitchen , the rooms all very new and super complete. We hope to be back soon !
