It was a wonderful experience. The house is very nice and large, and it was always in excellent condition. Both the host and the staff were always available for any situation and were very kind. It's definitely a highly recommended place to rest and spend time with family!

A very nice, fully equipped place to stay, the beds are very comfortable, there's a fully equipped kitchen, and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Mr. Felipe, the manager, is an excellent host. We'll definitely be back!

The place is beautiful, there are no words to describe how beautiful the place is. It's a bit difficult to get to the property since the stone road is steep both up and down. I made a mistake and one of my relatives violated one of the house rules, but Norma supported us to be able to solve it, which I thank her infinitely. I'll definitely be coming back

The house is beautiful, very spacious, has several outdoor spaces and all the amenities. The house is spotless. Felipe and Mariana, who are part of the house staff, are very friendly and helpful. Mariana helped us with the daily cleaning of the house (for an additional cost) and everything was always clean and tidy. We would definitely come back

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, it exceeded our expectations. Norma is extremely friendly and quickly responded and resolved everything we needed. A super plus are Fer and Julia, who are in the house without their presence being annoying, always attentive, super smiling and friendly. Julia makes delicious handmade tortillas! Everything was fine with the house, only the entrance to the subdivision was a little confusing when I arrived.

It's not the first time I've stayed at this house, the truth is it's an amazing place, very comfortable and with many amenities from the host, I've seen that they've included new things to make the stay more comfortable. The service and attention is luxurious, they solve anything and are very trustworthy The only thing that we didn't like so much this time is that they installed solar panels for the pool boiler, which made it turn on. During my stay, the pool was very hot during the day and there was no alternative to turn off the boiler. We had to wait for the sun to go down for the pool to be at a pleasant temperature Great place to stay and have a great time

Felipe is the person in charge of watching the house and attending to visitors if desired. Felipe was extremely friendly at all times and provided us with excellent service. The house is amazing and I highly recommend it for events with friends and family. The climb to get to the house can be a bit tricky, so I would recommend taking a car for the type of terrain that Valle de Bravo is.

Excellent option, it is in a very nice, quiet and safe area. The house is very spacious, cared for and in constant maintenance that makes everything perfectly. Julia and Fernando, who are in charge of the place, made the days we were there very pleasant, they are always on the lookout, with a very good attitude, availability and service. All in all it was an experience we would definitely repeat.

Excellent accommodation, we spent a weekend with 4 other couples and the staff of the property made our accommodation a super comfortable experience, attentive to our needs, friendly and for an extra amount you can request that they help you prepare breakfasts, meals etc. The spacious, super clean and 100% of the photos, definitely if any similar plan arises will be our first option.

It is a very nice house, everything is very clean and in order, the things in the house work and can be used, Juan and his wife welcomed us and were careful that we did not need anything to have an excellent stay, I highly recommend it and would come back a thousand times!

The house is very nice! When paying for the boiler the water was delicious, it gets quite hot. Felipe was always attentive to anything we needed. Norma responded quickly and was very flexible, the view is amazing! There is a mini apartment which is another room but more private. It was a great weekend. Thank you for your help.

House ideal for group plans, it has a heated pool through solar panels that makes it unnecessary to purchase the package with a boiler. Something that is not advertised and for us it was a great surprise is that the stay has a barbecue. In the house there is an assistance team in case something is necessary, they are very willing and eager for you to have a great stay.

The house is excellent, very good view and really is to enjoy and relax. It takes a bathroom near the jacuzzi to not have to go up too much, and to get to the house it is advisable to bring a van as the streets are quite steep. We dropped money in the house and we didn't realize it, Felipe warned us and gave us the money, great person. I would be back with my family.

The gardener is very friendly and very available. The house is super, it is very difficult to get to because there are closed streets everywhere in the center and access is complicated because it goes up a lot and you need a car that holds up... I don't understand why using the jacuzzi/pool is not included, you have to pay for the heating and it takes 4 hours to be ready. The house is expensive enough to include. Extra thanks to Felipe the gardener to make the effort to send me my forgotten sunglasses per package!

Great location and beautiful house. The caretaker Fernando and his wife gave us a good welcome, inviting us to feel at home and it felt genuine. They were in the service area during our stay, and that was not uncomfortable, we did not feel monitored or pressed in any way, on the contrary, supported; They were only seen if we required them something. The house is very comfortable, spacious and impeccable rooms. Comfortable beds, soft, many pillows, soft sheets; all of quality thinking about personal use and not perceived wear on anything, all furniture well cared for, they seem new. The art that decorates the house is pleasing to the view, complements the spaces. The hot pool enough based on solar panel, we were able to be at all times and even when we had some clouds. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable.

The house is the same as in the photos in the listing. It is large, very tidy, and very nice. There is a person who lives on the property and is always available for anything you might need. The location is good. It's close to downtown Valle de Bravo by car, but I still recommend bringing what you need because the streets are narrow and sloped, which makes it difficult to get around to buy something in an emergency. I highly recommend staying at this house. My family and I really enjoyed it.

The house is beautiful, the decor is amazing, and the location gives you a spectacular view. The common areas are designed for large groups to spend time together. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. All needs are met: AC, showers, entertainment, gym, kitchen and others. The way to get there is complicated due to the construction in Valle de Bravo, but it's easy to find the house, and it provides a feeling of privacy and security.

Excellent communication!!! Felipe el Jardinero was fantastic. He went above and beyond in assisting us with taxis, how to get around, provided us with valuable information for the house, was available to open and close the gates anytime we needed to go in-out. The views were amazing!!!
