We had an excellent stay. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for enjoyment, with easy access to the beach. Communication with the host was quick and very friendly at all times, always attentive to any questions. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free. We traveled as a group and we were all very satisfied. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and well-maintained place to enjoy and relax.

I loved the house and its beautiful terrace. It's so comfortable that I fell asleep for 3 hours on a daybed with my pug.

The place was beautiful with a great ocean view and easy beach access that felt private and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and the lounge area had plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together. It fit our group of 12 comfortably without feeling crowded. The host also made things convenient by offering firewood for bonfires and ice for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We loved our stay. we loved the peace and quiet. The beach was beautiful. Even though we were in a semi secluded area, there were 3 restaurants to choose from. Ernesto was wonderful, very helpful, responsive, and gave great recommendations. We are definitely planning on staying at Casa Percebu again. Ernesto, thank you for being such a great host.

Great place to stay in San Felipe. Ernesto was friendly and very helpful with recommendations. He was easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. Bonus is that the Chenowth Legacy Lounge is right next door. Perfect to stop in for dinner and a drink, and to appreciate the w to racing history of San Felipe. We hope to be back again soon!

I hadn’t been to Laguna Percebu since my college days and wondered how much it had changed. By and large, it has remained mostly the same and we had a great time at Ernesto’s place. Or was an incredible location, steps to the beach. It was a short walk down the beach to the lagoon and close to a few different casual restaurant options. The house was spacious with plenty of room to mix and mingle or find a little isolation. Ernesto was always available to help when needed. What an incredible return to one of my favorite places in the world. Gracias, Ernesto!

An incredible place to appreciate the 🌅 sunrise, the moon and the stars. The sea looks beautiful from the house and even better, the beach is a few steps away. an excellent place for a family weekend.

I needed a break from driving and stayed just one night. It was pure heaven walking the long empty beaches with my dogs. The beach is world-class and the house is right on it. Ernesto is a great host!

Ernesto’s beach house was the perfect place! My husband and our two pups loved the panoramic views of the ocean and the easy access to the beach! Huge patio deck on the first and second floor to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, large kitchen, etc. Ernesto was super accommodating and responsive to all of our requests. Take a 3 minute walk to Chenowth Lounge and Restaurant next door, where they have amazing service with delicious food and tasty drinks! We can’t wait to come back and visit!! Thank you Ernesto for being such an amazing host!

Amazing view

Ernesto had great customer service. He went out of his way to get a Father’s Day cake since husband went fishing and didn’t have a car. Private beach and restaurant next door if you don’t want to cook. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay,good view we felt right at home

We absolutely loved Ernesto’s house and his hospitality. It was the perfect location. I Was between his house and 2 others in town close to El Malecon but I’m so happy we went with Ernesto’s place. I had kids ages 19, 17, 15, 12, 10 and a 5 month old and they all had the best time. They were never bored! Ernesto was able to get is quad rentals delivered to the house which was amazing! He had kayaks for us to use, ping pong table , pool table , and he even had fish and firewood for sale that we enjoyed so very much. There’s a restaurant , bar and spa next door with delicious food. The sunrise was beautiful and perfect while enjoying coffee while on the bed he has set up on the balcony. We did not want to leave. The closes store is 30-40min away so do your shopping before but if you don’t then don’t worry because the restaurant is literally next door. One of my favorite Airbnbs ever! And we stay at lots! We will definitely make this a family tradition and come visit Ernesto again.

The house is super spacious, has everything you need, large terrace, I highly recommend it, next door there is a bar , the beach area is very quiet, lots of peace and quiet. Only if it is removed from the village/city there are no shops nearby so I recommend bringing everything you need since you pass through San Felipe so that you do not have to return since you will invest approx. 20 minutes one way and others back

Don’t think twice and book this place! First, the home is huge ,clean & airy,lots of windows for sunlight and to hear the sound of the ocean waves all night .The second floor has a wrap around balcony,watching the sunrise on the lounge sofa out there was truly magical! The unit has everything you need. Second,the location is easy to find with Ernesto’s directions and is on a private beach perfect for riding quads at liberty .literally right next door is a bar that serves full meals and has karaoke !there’s also a spa! Third, Ernesto was an excellent host.He greeted us and showed us around .He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed,made us feel right at home & treated us like family,thank you so much for making my sons birthday getaway a great experience at your place, we will definitely be back !

Great place to be with family

I highly recommend Ernesto's house. She was always there for our questions and resolved them. The house is very nice and has a unique view and access to the beach, we would stay again again.

I went to rest and enjoy the beach, and I found a lot of tranquility and comfort. I really enjoyed the stay with my family and my pets.

Incredible place. The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big, with soft beds, clean pillows, clean bathrooms, and the sea. The sea has clean water, with a warm temperature at the shore and a normal temperature further out. If you have children, it's super safe. There are several board games, an incredible pool table, and there's a restaurant and museum next to the house ❣️

This is a very nice house, just like in the pictures. i have a bad back and i slept great, beds were comfy, soft sheets, LOTS of towels and extra linens! aside from pool table, there are borad games and card table! There are 2 grills: gas n charcoal, firepit, and plenty of patio furniture. The rooms are a good size, large closets. I loved the wrap around porch! Patio spaces were great. This house is really well-equipped, well-furnished! Beach access, pedestrian & car, is right there by the house. this is a very private, peaceful community, felt very safe there. We did not miss San Felipe at all. this is a great place to really get away!

Ernesto is an excellent host, always attentive to what we might need. He even gave us firewood for the campfire and excellent fish to cook!!! Your house is beautiful with everything you need and more to spend a few incredible days. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the cookware you need. The spacious living room has a TV and a pool table to enjoy those relaxing moments in the house. But the best part is outside with excellent ocean views from the terrace in front of the bedrooms or on the lower terrace with a great fire pit area. A few meters from the beach with several kilometers to enjoy. Likewise, the gas grill on the patio for your barbecue was excellent, and Ernesto was always available for whatever we needed. He even helped us with some pantry items that we needed and kindly got them for us. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we thank Ernesto for all his attentiveness. We look forward to returning soon.
