House is big with many rooms. Kitchen and patio is breathtaking. Had lots of entertainment and was true luxury. Not meant for parties as they’re very strict on noise due to nearby residents.

It was our first time in Colombia, and this place felt like home. It was the most wonderful experience. It’s a quite safe neighborhood. It’s walking distance from a farmatodo which you can find the essential for your stay. It’s 8-10min uber drive from the poblado park. Perfect environment, friendly host and staff from the building. I would most definitely revisit this place and recommend to anyone coming to Medellin.

This was a perfect Airbnb to see Medellin, it is a beautiful apartment that is centrally located and has amazing amenities such as a hot tub, pool table, sauna, etc. The area is extremely safe and located near the main going out area. My friends and I were very glad we stayed here, and the hosts were extremely responive and helpful with local recomendations and activities.

This is my 3rd time staying at this apartment, and it honestly keeps getting better. It’s by far the best place I’ve stayed in Medellín. The apartment has it all — a pool table, video games, and even a full spa right inside, which makes it feel more like a private retreat than just a rental. The security is excellent, and the location couldn’t be better: close to everything you might need, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. Every stay here has been perfect, which is why I keep coming back.

Their willingness to accommodate this request made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their warm attitude contributed significantly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.. The amenities offered were top-notch, providing everything needed for a relaxing and convenient visit. From well-maintained common areas to modern facilities, the property truly exceeded expectations. I wasn’t able to use the pool table and arcade games though, because they were currently out of service. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for its excellent host collaboration, friendly staff, and outstanding amenities.

I traveled to Medellín with a group of 5 and Sean’s place was absolutely perfect. We all had such a great time enjoying the incredible amenities. The Airbnb was conveniently located, most places in Provence were less than a 10 minute drive. The Airbnb rooftop deck was extremely relaxing, if you are into bird watching this is the place to be! Every morning I woke up to the sounds of birds chirping. Even though the Airbnb was extremely convenient it was also very secluded and quiet. Definitely a great options for a family vacation.

I've stayed in Medellin dozens of times and this BNB outshines every place I've stayed. Our group was speechless at how perfect it was. We called it the "blueprint" house because it's what each of us would love to design for ourselves to live in forever! Every detail was tended to and I have no complaints at all.

It offers three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, making it perfect for groups or families. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need — a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and fast Wi-Fi. But what really sets it apart is the spa area: a private space with a steam room, jacuzzi, and vapor room that makes it feel like a luxury retreat. The balcony with a BBQ is another great touch, perfect for relaxing evenings. It’s easy to access the apartment, and having a friendly night guard made me feel even more secure. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Whether you're in Medellín for business or leisure, this apartment is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a fantastic stay, property is even more beautiful in person. Sean, Sandra and the whole team are super friendly and responsive. Plenty of open space and natural light, gaming/lounge area on the second level was a great spot for everyone to hang out. there is a 24 hour pharmacy 2 minute walk away which is very convenient.

Convenient location place was impecable and someone was there when we arrived to welcome us. Also she (Isabela) was always available for questions and helpful with tips to get around. I would stay again in this apartment .

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's penthouse unit. The pictures do not do the house justice, it was larger than our group expected and the amenities were perfect to enjoy on the nights we chose to stay in. Isabella who was our assigned host was very communicative and great to deal with. We were delayed on arrival and she stayed late to try and meet us. She also allowed us to check-out slightly late as we stepped out to grab last minute souvenirs. Overall, I would highly recommend Sean's home to everyone who has a big group!

“CENTRAL PARK WEST” of Medellín. First the area was absolutely beautiful. With trees and greenery everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, malls, gyms in close proximity. Now the place: very rarely do you find an Airbnb that exceeds the pictures. This place does it. The place is bigger than the pictures show. The SPA area within the apartment was phenomenal. Modern appliances. Great lighting. 24 hour security. Pool table, video games. Easy check in and check out. No complaints. Only compliments! Now the host: Sean and his team were phenomenal. Always responsive. Proactively checks in. Very knowledgeable of the surroundings. I had a an emergency meeting at work and Sean allowed me to check in 3 hours early. In order to log in. In conclusion: I have been to many airbnbs over the last 10 years. “POUND FOR POUND”, Sean’s place is the best! Whenever I am in Medellín, I will always look for Sean’s place. I can tell you that it is close to EVERYTHING, to those special places that you want to visit, to give you an idea: 10 minutes from the areas you want to visit (Poblado). Perfect 10 luxuries stay. Our group received VIP experience from start to finish. Great, safe and quiet location. Extremely clean and well-designed modern Penthouse. The space is huge two floors. The Penthouse included everything we wanted for entertainment. Large terrace with space to relax and more. The Jacuzzi and the Sauna in the apartment were amazing. I wish every Airbnb I visited had private Sauna and Jacuzzi. Thank you for the host Sean, for being making sure that our stay is perfect.

I would give it 10 stars if it was possible. I got so much for my money, it almost ridiculous. Wow, Wow, wow. What an amazing experience. I rented the apartment with 4 friends. We all were amazed by how luxurious and entertaining the apartment is. First, it is huge two stories penthouse. All rooms and spaces are spacious, including HUGE terrace. We usually fight who take the room with the bathroom. But, each room had master suite with bathroom. We all like the fact that that Sauna, Jacuzzi, pool table, BBQ, out door kitchen are private and inside the apartment. The terrace has a lot of sitting spaces which includes sun beds (the girls loved that). Everyone that came to visit us, loved the large jacuzzi and the Sauna. I wish we had more time so we can enjoy the BBQ and out door kitchen The host was great and attentive. Always making sure that we are enjoying our time. Thank you Sean and Sandra. I visited Medellin several time, and for the money, this place topped them all.

5 guys stayed for 3 nights. Everything was fantastic and everyone really enjoyed the place. The location is great and close to a local pharmacy to get drinks and snacks as well as a few restaurants. The main area is a very short Uber ride away. The only minor complaint we had was that we couldn't get the hot tub to get hot after the first day but the sauna was fantastic. overall I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place...
