The house is very spacious and comfortable; the area is very quiet, with lots of things to do—you can walk out to eat. I would definitely rent that same house again. María responded super quickly to everything that was needed. I highly recommend her.

A perfect house to live in as a family. Clean, tidy and very spacious. With the perfect distribution of bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The pool area is very satisfactory. Best of all, it's very close to the beach, you can walk to the beach. Los Algodones beach, a very clean and quiet beach in the area of the home.

It was definitely the best place we could choose for our stay in San Carlos. The house was quite clean, tidy and with everything we needed. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and to the restaurants that were in the area, without the need to travel by car. It certainly exceeded our expectations and Maria was always attentive to our messages. We would definitely rent the space with her again!

Very well located and very comfortable place

A house with very good spaces and comfortable, with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your food, very well refrigerated and the convenience of 3 bathrooms, the warm pool that was very much enjoyed, in general it is highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived, it was clean and very spacious, even more so than in the photos, and the service was very good. Everything was in perfect condition and working. The area is very private and the beach access is highly recommended

Great space for a large family or larger group. The yard is designed for lounging and entertaining and has amazing sunset views. (Very quiet inside) Short walk to the gorgeous, private beach. Can even walk to restaurants from the house. Maria was very responsive to our questions during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and spacious house with a Heated water pool. The house is in a private community with access to the beach day and night time. The beach is at walking distance from the house. The house provides a great view of the beautiful sunset from the dinning room and from the pool area. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Maria is very responsive and flexible with changes to the planned stay. We stayed an extra day to enjoy the beach and house. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent place to stay in big groups, walking distance to the best beach in San Carlos and restaurants. Maria is very responsive and helpful with some minor issues we had, nothing big. We will come back next year for sure.

We stayed after a huge dust storm and lots of problems presented throughout our stay, Maria managed to stay on top of every issue being responsive and showed that she cared These issues did not had anything to do with the property but she did anything and everything she had on her power to make things right Amazing property and amazing host Recommended 100%
