Excellent accommodation; a nice place to spend time as a family. The hosts were very attentive and kept in touch.

We had a very good experience as a family. The house is ideal for spending a few quiet days and enjoying nature. The gardens are very nice and well maintained, and there are several activities to enjoy together. We really liked that the pool had hot water, as did the showers. Kayaking was a very cool experience, and at night we really enjoyed having a campfire. In addition, we thought the location was excellent, especially if you plan to visit Africam Safari, since it's super close, 5 minutes away. As a recommendation for future guests, there are quite a few mosquitoes, which is understandable due to the vegetation and proximity to the water, so we suggest bringing a good repellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, perfect for spending time with family. We definitely recommend it and would come back!

Excellent place

It's a beautiful house that the photos don't do justice to, it's much prettier, the hosts are super friendly and are attentive all the time, it has everything you need and you feel at home.

The house is as shown in the photographs. It has an amazing view. Large spaces, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen. To enjoy the pool, it is advisable to pay for the heating. Elvira and Alejandro were always attentive to what we might need.

Everything was excellent, very good communication and a very nice place

It is a former place, very quiet, good view, different green areas to have a good time with the family, just caution because I play a day with many mosquitoes, if they were heavy and consider that there are several stairs to move around the house. Overall we didn't have an amazing time, we also used the pool and it was worth it.

Communication with Paola is excellent and the house is very cozy As in all accommodations, there are some spaces/facilities that do not always work well, but I appreciate that Paola was ALWAYS attentive and in constant communication to give us the best possible service Both the host and her FANTASTIC cleaning staff (Elvira) always showed initiative to give us the highest degree of comfort possible

It is a beautiful space with many amenities and excellent for relaxing and enjoying with the family. The house has everything you need for a perfect weekend. I just want to warn you that it is a space that will force you to go up and down stairs if you want to enjoy all the spaces. It's a good exercise since there are several floors to access the lagoon balcony and the pool.

Excellent service and communication with Alejandro and Elvira!! But not so with Paola, since she was bad, as she took a long time to answer. I had to contact Airbnb support to contact her, but anyway, the house is just like the photos that are published. The shower in the main room still hasn't been repaired, the water comes out boiling or it comes out freezing, that is, it cannot be regulated. I had 2 children and it was impossible to bathe them there. In general, the house is pleasant and with a good lighting atmosphere to spend a pleasant time in the pool and campfire area.

Great space, we had a problem with the electricity and the water. The team acted fast, remained super professional and got it fixed as fast as they could. All in all, the stay was perfect. We loved all the outdoor space, and the fire pit and the view of the lake and mountain. Beds were comfortable, and would recommend

Everything was very good with the accommodation, if several people go, I think it's worth a great value for money. The accommodation is very clean and has areas for you to do activities, the place feels very safe, upon arrival there are only a few meters of terracería that for small cars can be slightly complicated.

Our stay was amazing. It's a very nice big house. If you're a nature lover, this is the place for you. Most supermarkets and large restaurants are about 30 minutes away. This house is great if you want to rest

The house is very nice, it is perfect to get away from everything and relax from so much work. in my particular case I took two elderly people who were difficult for them to go up and down stairs but they put all their effort to do it, my 86 year old dad loved it. my nephews had a lot of fun with the pool and the adults. I celebrated my birthday with my family at Casa Quinto Elemento… by far the best. We were able to relax, enjoy ourselves, and spend time together as a family, feeling right at home. The photos don't do the place justice! It is absolutely beautiful, and each space has a unique touch. The house comes with everything you need, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything extra. The place was impeccably clean when we checked in, and the hosts were always extremely kind and friendly. I would definitely stay with them again, as I didn't have time to go kayaking, which is something I would love to do there. Thank you for all your attentiveness, as always 💙

A good place to go. The only thing is that at night there are a lot of insects, especially mosquitoes.

In addition to being a very nice house the natural environment made it unique. You can't miss walking in Kayaks and crossing the dam and then up the hill, they will spend very parenting moments with their companions. I recommend it quite a bit. We'll be back for sure.

We loved the place. The views of the Popocatépetl volcano we're awe inspiring. You could enjoy the views almost in any place of the house. Had a great time at the pool and barbecuing. Loved it!

Our stay was fantastic. A perfect space to relax, with very comfortable amenities and unbeatable communication. I went with elderly people and children, and everyone really enjoyed it. The view of the volcano is amazing. Located very close to the safari (which I recommend) and half an hour from downtown Puebla. The only thing is that I think the price should include the cost of the pool heater. 100% recommended!

I wish I could give this Airbnb 6 stars, the place was a perfect getaway for a two-day stay with the family, including two 70 y/o and two toddlers. There are many steps, since it is a construction on a climb, but it wasn’t a problem for anybody. We enjoyed the stay and could not have asked for a better attention from the host. Definitely recommended!

Very good and nice house, they exceeded our expectations and very close to the Afram safari, the truth is worth it and with a very nice view of the Popocatépetl.

We had a very relaxful stay and enjoyed the indoor pool with our family. We would highly recommed it for a family getaway. The only thing we think guest should be aware of is there are a lot of stair to get from level to level.
