Great stay in a great area! Communication was clear and prompt, impressive how quick they were to help with anything! The beds are very comfortable, modern bathrooms, and nice balconies. A short walk away from good food stops and convenience stores. Very good stay for our group!

Well located in the center of the city. Next to every single great place to eat in Mexico City, really safe place. The place feels like new and the security guard, makes it even better. The beds and the Pillows were 10/10, the room 306 had airconditioner, which was a pleasant surprise. The hosts were 10/10, and always checking on us.

The apartments looked just like pictured & only a few doors down from each other. The hair was amazing very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and would come back.

The location was great, very walkable and lots to see and do nearby. The two apartments were close but not on top of each other which was nice. Everything was as expected and the hosts were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Mexico City. Thank you for having us!

Great duo of apartments to have two groups together but not on top of each other. Safe area with some food and restaurants around, 20-30 min walk to the thick of it in Condesa/roma. Clean and everything worked

Great place, as advertised. How is very responsive, place was super clean and had all the amenities listed. Only issue we had was that all the soap was watered down.

Lovely space, super clean, rally easy to get everywhere

The two apartments were amazing! The places were very clean, and we truly enjoyed the fact that there were king beds in all bedrooms and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom to use was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed staying in the Escandon neighborhood and having security at the front door made us feel extremely safe.

Great place

The condos were perfect for our family. We were able to be together yet still have some privacy. The staff at the building were extremely helpful and polite: doormen and custodian. They made us feel at home. Karen was responsive and helpful. We had a great time. 😁

Karen was super helpful and friendly the whole time. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, clean, safe.

The apartments are very spacious and clean. He was always attentive and answered my questions. As the only recommendation, I suggest that you have more fans (when I asked if she could get me one, she was very attentive and brought it), but I would stay in the apartments again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Mexico City. Karen was a great communicator and was very responsive when we needed more pillows or towels. The building has a security guard 24/7 so we felt very safe and welcomed every time we returned to the condo. the space was bright, clean and spacious. The king size beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to relax after exploring the city. Karen also gave us some good recommendations for places to eat nearby. A great stay!

The place was 2 apartments, exactly the same size and very specious to fit all 7 of us. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Karen was very responsive whenever we had questions and sent very clear instructions for check in and check out. The maintenance guy even helped us when the internet stopped working and fixed it very fast

Beautiful and specials and was walkable to my favorites coffee shops in La Condessa. Karen and her team were great and responded very fast.

We really enjoyed staying at Karen’s apartment. it is located in a vibrant neighborhood that was residential, felt safe to walk, with easy access ever where we wanted to go. The layout of the apartment was very pleasing, spaces, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and spacious with excellent amenities. Karen was super responsive, providing us with changes of linen, extra towels, and daily refills of large purified water containers. Having the garage space was a huge plus.

We had an amazing stay thanks to Karen’s amazing hospitality. She was extremely helpful and provided a great list of restaurants and things that are a must do in Mexico City. Would recommend this place to anybody visiting, extremely clean and a comfortable stay.

This AirBNB is in the Escandon area which is a few minutes walk to Condesa area to the north and roma area to the east. Wifi worked great. Hot water ran great, but give time for it to heat up again after a few people shower in a row, even though I think it has on-demand heater water. The time we stayed it rain frequently. with low 70s during the day and upper 50s/lowers 60s over night so temperature inside the AirBNB was perfect. Never too hot or cold for us, but there were also several fans provided if needed. Most AirBNBs don't have AC in CDMX. Uber was pretty much 7-15 minuted to Chapultepec or to the Centro Historica area raning from $3-$10 a ride. There were also plenty of food choices walking distance including a 3 minute walk to a super Mercado or 8 minute walk to an Oxxo (convenient store). In unit laundry/dryer helped big times on a couple days we we got soaked by the rain. And located in the nice patio area. Karen and team were super communicative and friendly!

Host was great, we had a small mishap early in the morning and she was on it and fixed the issue within minutes of communicating with her. Place was great and definitely what I was expecting. I highly recommended it.

The place is very well located, everything is very modern, clean and cozy. The only thing is that it needs an AC that covers the whole place. We were a little hot in the rooms, but I highly recommend it.

Karen is an excellent host and was always attentive to us. She was very flexible with our check-in and also helped us with our luggage for a few days when we went to Oaxaca. The apartments are very spacious and clean. There is always a security guard at the door and they are all very friendly. The apartment's location is excellent, as the market is one block away and there are many places to have coffee, eat, etc. We really enjoyed our stay, but what made it stand out the most was the service and the speed with which Karen always responded to us. Great place to stay

great place to stay and pretty good value- my only qualm would be lack of the AC, which during the week I stayed would’ve made the stay 10x better. area was very very nice, quiet but busy.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in CDMX and Karen’s apartments were a big part of that. Karen is an exceptional communicator. The location is wonderful. Very quiet and walkable to so much. We loved the mercado, where we would grab fruit in the mornings and so many cafes in walking distance. Great restaurants, too, are a short distance away as is public transit, both the subway and buses. We would definitely stay here again as we really loved the apartments.

Great lodging and Karen is an amazing host. This location is not really in Codensa or Roma, about 20 min out

Karen was the most helpful host! She always responded as soon as I messaged, even before visit Mexico! She helped us get groceries and other things we needed. She allowed flexible check-in/check-out. This was the best airbnb experience I’ve had and we travel quite a bit! Thanks Karen!

Karen’s place was amazing. It was a great fit for all our needs. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to enjoy all the amenities the place had to offer. There seemed to be many interesting areas to visit in the surroundings. Hoping to return soon with more time to explore the surroundings.

It was a real pleasure staying at Karen's place. Modern building with a 24h security guard. It was easy to communicate with Karen and she was really responsive. The only negative point, there was no AC in the apartment but this is very commun in Mexico city, and Karen bring us 3 extra fan which was very nice.

A very nice, nice, clean, clean, tidy apartment. We enjoyed the terrace for the meeting to take coffee and talk ( x the morning and the little night). The kitchen is an open area, to follow everyone in coexistence. It is a very modern and also very welcoming. We were a group of 8 ( in two apartments) and were able to really enjoy the spaces in the morning and night. Love the skylight along the entire staircase, it makes you feel in a very bright atmosphere and nothing enclosed. Karen, the host, is always very helpful. I give it a 10 out of 10. Karen, thank you for having your space so nice, and making our stay a very good experience.
