This place is very nice and clean. Located very close to the beach and local restaurants. Once you enter the property, it is very secluded and private with only a few other condos that share a nice pool. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed, and then some. This kitchen was well stocked. We could actually do some cooking at home rather than go out for every meal. That is not always the case when renting vacation stays. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends. We will stay here again when we come back.

Pros: A place with a VERY good location, just a few minutes' walk from the best spots in Cabo, across from a supermarket and convenience stores. Despite being so close to many party spots, the condo is still quiet and private. The place is nice, clean and spacious. Easy to check in, and Moni was always very responsive. The downside: There are approximately 30–35 steps to get there, so it can be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues. There is no parking; you have to park on the street. We had no issues with either of those aspects. Bottom line: The overall experience was much more positive than negative. A place that's worth the price and works great for a family or friends trip, and if you want to be close to the marina, restaurants, and nightclubs.

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Morrow! The location is great to go to the Marina and also to Medano beach. Both are within walking distance, 5 minutes away. The kitchen is very well equipped! We were able to cook our New Year’s dinner for the 6 of us and were happy to be able to use the propane grill near the kitchen patio. We also enjoyed eating our breakfast and having our coffee in the patio with a beautiful view of the condo complex surrounded by mountains. Moni was always responsive and very helpful, before and during our trip.

The location of this Airbnb is a major highlight. It is across the street from a mall and a short walk to the marina, which provides easy access to the beach. Once oriented, everything is very convenient and accessible. There are stairs, but they are manageable. The unit itself reflects a budget-friendly renovation, with some minor cosmetic and maintenance issues such as loose fixtures and a few nonfunctional light switches. These were not significant given the purpose of the trip. For travelers spending most of their time out exploring, this home works well. The private pool was a great option for breaking up beach time, and the provided pool toys were a nice bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer and dryer are excellent, and the air conditioning units are powerful and effective. Overall, if cosmetic details are not a priority, this is a solid option for a Cabo trip thanks to its location, amenities, and convenience.

Our group of 5 plus a baby enjoyed our time at the home. The property is kept up well and we saw workers cleaning the pool, watering the plants, and cleaning up multiple days during our weeklong stay. We easily walked into town each day without need for any additional transportation. The host was very helpful upon arrival and assisted us in getting in. Parking is only available on the street, which we were able to secure relatively easily in the shoulder season. Although, taxis are easily accessible. Very nice views of the city! Highly recommend!

We loved our week in Cabo and we loved the unit and area around it. It’s beautiful, well maintained, quiet, private, and walkable to the beach and marina (shopping and restaurants). Often times, we had the pool to ourselves! We will absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.

moni responses to messages quick and helps you any question you ask. the driver they recommend was great. The house was very clean and had all stuff need to cook with if you wanted to. prefect location to the marina and downtown area.

Great location to both the beach and the heart of the marina. Inside the residence was quiet, clean and well decorated with great amenities. Everything as advertised.

Amazing location. Host was awesome and the roof top patio is a great place to hangout and take in the city lights or a morning coffee. When we come back I will definitely look for this place again.

Our stay at this location was wonderful. Moni was great to work with and communication was first class. She checked on us through ABNB a couple times, making sure things were going ok. Responds right away to any needs or questions. The home was as described, clean 3 bedroom with all you need. Air conditioning, comfortable, private, gated. Location was perfect, within short walk to beaches, restaurants, marina, bars clubs etc. Nice patio to hang out and BBQ, layout on roof top and enjoy sunset. Clean pool, friendly neighbors whom we hardly seen. Can not find anything that was a negative for us. We will be back, thanks.

Casa Morrow was the perfect location- close to everything. No rental car needed! Super comfortable, everything you need for a relaxed vacation.

Great place very close to the beach and marina. Easy to walk around. The home is very spacious with two outdoor spaces including a rooftop deck with amazing views. Moni was great to deal with and answered all our questions, quickly. Moni also organised with the owner to have a baby crib purchased so we didn’t have to bring our own.

An awesome location, across the road from the mall, so walkable to absolutely anything that you would need. Forget about renting a car, if you need to go to Costco or Home Depot area, it’s only about 120 pesos each way. We had 4 people for 2 weeks, and 6 people for another 2 weeks, and had plenty of room. The pool area was amazingly quiet and never really used by anyone else in the complex, so it was great to have it to ourselves. It’s kept very clean, with pool people , and landscapers working almost every morning , to keep it immaculate. A very secure place, with keypad entry by the street, and same for the apartment, so never having to fumble for or carry keys. The gas BBQ was basically brand new, and we used it a lot, while enjoying drinks on the patio. If we were to have anything to say on the negative side, the WIFI is a bit weak, as it only really works in the downstairs living area, and outside patio by the BBQ. Highly recommend this rental, and Monica manages it like a pro !
