Very good stay. The house is beautiful, clean and very well maintained; excellent for groups. Everything is as shown. For 12 people, the showers are a bit small. The point to improve is friendliness. The conditions are clear from the start, but some details detracted from the warmth: I had advised before booking that I would bring a dog, and during the stay they wrote to me saying that I should have advised them and that there was a cost. In addition, after agreeing to an additional service, they asked me for payment that same night, mentioning that the money came out of their own pocket. More than the charges, it was the tone that created unnecessary distrust. The chef makes a big difference and the food is very tasty, although her service could be friendlier. Check-out is at 10:00 AM and they let us extend it to 11:00 AM, but the chef constantly insisted on the remaining time, which made the departure feel rushed. The fact that extra hours come at a cost also reduces flexibility.

Everything was super good. Everyone was very attentive, and the villa was in perfect condition. Everything was very comfortable and very clean.
