Our staying at Jorge place was perfect! We will definitely come back, we’re really satisfied and recommend this place. The location was super convenient with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Thank you again for being such a great host!

Our stay was incredible, from the check in staff at Oceana to the amenities listed in the description, location and apartment complex are very safe, you feel very secure when walking the grounds even at night!! Lots do to around, easy access to Mamitas Beach Club, two blocks from 5ta Avenida and great restaurants!! We would definitely stay here again! Only downside was there was no washer but there is a laundromat right around the corner and their turnaround time was very impressive…Can’t wait to be back soon !!

This place is AMAZING! Excellent location, great amenities, friendly concierge. Jorge was a great host, super responsive and went above and beyond with everything. We loved the proximity to all of the great restaurants, Mamitas Beach, 5th Avenue and shopping. The cherry on top is the complimentary access to Mamitas Beach Club for our every day beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend staying here, we’ll be back for sure! Outstanding!

Great stay at Playa Del Carmen! This is a perfect location for a stay in PDC! For ease with directions, tell your taxi driver to go to Mamita’s Beach club - apartment is one block in front it (building name is Oceana) The top deck is the selling point! Private Jacuzzi/pool is great to relax in after a hot day on the beach or playing golf. This area is very safe and you can walk to the beach, pharmacy, and probably about 200 different restaurants. Every utensil you will need if you want to cook your meals. Again, highly recommend this place and will be back as well.

Best place to stay in Playa del Carmen! From the beginning Jorge Antonio was always available to our queries and indicated everything very detailed! The apartment is very bright, the rooms are each large with its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. El rooftop belle to enjoy the sun! The complex has a pool and gym and people are very friendly They also have access to Mamitas Beach! I would definitely stay here again!

This is the only building we stay in when we go to Playa. The building is immaculate, poolside bar, dedicated parking spot, and deal with beach club next door for two free chairs and umbrella daily. Jorge’s place was clean and very comfortable with three bedrooms and five bathrooms. Only thing I’d wish I’d noticed prior to booking: this unit does not have a washer and dryer. Every other unit we’ve stayed at in this building does, so we packed expecting to be able to do laundry. I also prefer to be able to wash the bathroom and beach towels daily.

Jorge's place is great - the space, the building amenities, the location, and the people on site were all nice. The amenities in the condo are very limited, but there are many shops nearby if you need anything. And the access to Mammita's beach club is an amazing perk! We had some initial issues when we first arrived, but it was cleared up within 48 hours and no other issues arouse.

This place was amazing and so was Jorge. We really loved the walkability and the privacy of our own rooftop plunge pool would definitely recommend!!! Oh I also can’t forget it’s only a few feet from the beach!!!

Upon arrival, we noticed the pool was green, most toilet seats were broken, stain on one of the comforters, hair ball on the bathroom floor, musty smell in the apartment, BBQ grill missing and a broken lounge chair, a bird's nest chair on the balcony was unusable since it was missing its cushion. After contacting the host, he was quick to reply and send the property manager to verify the issues. We then go to the Mamitas beach club to register where we learn that the complementary loungers is limited to 2 lounger's and 1 umbrella (we are 6 adults) so the use of the beach club was out the window. During our first night, there was strong sewage smell coming out of the bathroom sink drains and floor drains. There was slamming doors, screaming either in or around the building until 4am. The next morning the host showed up with a BBQ grill, tried to fixed the toilet seats, tried to clean the pool but then at around noon the whole building ran out of water. We checked out early.

Como se te comentó al momento de tu llegada, la piscina estaba siendo tratada y se tenía que dar tiempo para que el filtro hiciera su trabajo y dejar el agua clara al 100%. La mancha en uno de los edredones al revisar fue causada por una de tus maletas que habías puesto arriba de la cama al llegar, que por cierto el mismo día se acercaron a cambiarla por otra completamente limpia y sin manchas. El tema de "la bola de pelo" jamás me lo comentaste en ningún momento ni tampoco el mal olor de los desagües. Los asientos de los inodoros no estaban rotos, sólo había uno que necesitaba ajustarse y se hizo en cuanto nos diste acceso a la propiedad que fue al día siguiente del momento que me lo comentaste. Al día siguiente de tu llegada se te comentó se haría y se te hizo entrega de una parrilla completamente nueva junto con sus utensilios necesarios para su uso y mantenimiento, se verificó que la piscina estuviera en optimas condiciones y el lugar también. La cuestión de la escases del agua fue un problema general del edificio y no del departamento, cosa que fue un caso totalmente inusual del lugar y completamente ajeno al departamento y también el cual se dio solución esa misma tarde. La cuestión del Beach Club es totalmente una cortesía externa a tu reservación y no se menciona porque no es parte de los servicios contratados por AIRBNB por lo cual no depende de mi o del departamento o de AIRBNB y por lo mismo no está mencionado en el anuncio. Se te mencionó que era una cortesía además de los términos y condiciones del uso del Beach Club, como cualquier costo o cobro del Beach Club es totalmente independiente del departamento o servicio contratado por AIRBNB. Se han hecho muchos cambios positivos en la propiedad y en mantenimiento para dejarla en las más optimas condiciones para futuros huéspedes. No tuve ningún inconveniente con tu salida anticipada pero fue bastante irresponsable de tu parte no notificarme en lo absoluto de tu salida y me dejaste esperando 1 día para que me dieras respuesta si te habías retirado o no del lugar dando excusa que era responsabilidad de AIRBNB cuando fui lo más comunicativo, respetuoso y resolutivo posible.

Very central in a great complex right by the beach (although the view is on the road away from the beach). The upper terrace is stunning and the lower floor is well sound insulated. The complex itself has an exclusive feel. There we're also nice little touches that make any first day better like cold water in the fridge and a jar of coffee.

Excellent location, the condo is beautiful, the staff is friendly, half block from Playa mamitas! The apartment is beautiful of a very good standard. Excellent quality towels as well as bedding, we will definitely be back! thank you.
