The check-in was slow because the receptionist didn't know the process with Airbnb. She wanted to charge me 20 dollars extra for my dog which is not the process with Airbnb. Thankfully the other receptionist told her that was not the process. The room was not like in the pictures, it needs more maintenance. The AC didn't work very good, we had to go out and leave it on so when we get back the room was colder. The place was quiet and nice at night, the hot water worked perfectly, they were friendly with my dog, no problems with bed, light, or furniture. The TV was OK. The garage was good. Before doing the check out the person that cleans opened my door to ask if I was leaving which is very innapropiate because I was still on time to do my check out. They should talk to her and warned her not to do that because that should not happen under any circumstances. Overall, you get what you pay for, it's a cheap hotel so I was not expecting much but there are things they could do better.

Everything is very well according to the services they offered, breakfast well with respect to the price, the only thing is that at check-in I had to wait a while at the reception that they could not find my reservation, otherwise everything was fine, clean and according to the photos they advertise
