Lucy was a great host, super responsive and easy to communicate with! Upon arrival the house numbers are a bit confusing, but just follow Lucy’s instructions and you’ll find the house on your first attempt! Beach access is right in front of the house, but beware of glass on the beach! Unfortunately San Felipe isn’t known for the cleanest beaches. The house was gorgeous! Amazing panoramic views, just as shown in the pictures. The kitchen counter top was covered in plastic, unlike the photos, but was understandable due to the cost to fix such a beautiful piece. The artwork on the walls was from a local artist who had a gallery in town, so something to check out! On our first night the propane ran out and there was no back up on site, so definitely check that before you plan a grill out night. Each room had a heating & AC unit, but the master bedroom wasn’t working. Luckily it wasn’t that cold, but I can imagine that being an issue in the hot summers. Overall it was amazing!!!

We stayed at Lucy's house for a week, and our stay was perfect! The house was very comfortable with lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy, a great kitchen island for working, eating and socializing, beautiful artwork by a local artist and everything was in good working order. The location is just steps from the beach which we enjoyed several times daily. The house is equipped with all the kitchen utensils and appliances you could need, Wifi and TVs. The house is very clean and it was very quiet being at the end of the street on a cul-de-sac. Restaurants and shops in town are no more than 10 minutes away and Lucy's helped us with some excellent restaurant recommendations. The little neighborhood is nice, quiet and (seemingly) very safe. Lastly, what made the stay great was Lucy's communication, responsiveness and pleasant energy. All questions were answered promptly and Lucy bent over backwards to accommodate whatever requests we had. When we return to San Felipe, Lucy's house will certainly be our first choice. Thank you, Lucy!

The house is perfect for large groups/families. Everyone will have plenty of space. We visited in the middle of summer 100+ heat and never felt the house was too hot. The house has a few basics in the kitchen and I suggest you bring your own pillow if you’re a sensitive sleeper.

We had an amazing time, Lucy’s home is beautiful and relaxing. Due to the home being 3 stories you are able to admire the gorgeous scenery from almost every angle. The home was very clean and very well built to accommodate a large group of people. I loved the convenience of the home having 4 restrooms and even an out door shower to clean off from the beach. The beach is only a short walk from the home (down a stairway path). Lucy was a great, helpful with questions, made awesome recommendations and was a very welcoming hosts. The beach is in a private area, clean and peaceful setting. Overall my family and I had a wonderful time at Lucy’s place. We will definitely be returning in the future, God Willing. Make sure to stay at Lucy’s place for your best San Felipe experience!

The house was perfect for our family. Great location, clean, and spacious with a great view to the beach which is only a few steps away from the house! The area seemed nice and calm. Lucy was awesome at maintaining communication. We had a small issue with the stove, but she resolved it quickly and even extended our check out time due to the problem. We will definitely be back! Thanks again Lucy, our family loved it.

Gorgeous views! We experienced a cold spell and didn't want to go outside so we really appreciated the view. Also, my shower was great, and that is something you can't always count on. Our group really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Excellent house, very clean, very comfortable, very close to the sea.

We were 2 families with a total of 12 people ranging in age from 11 to 70 yrs old and never felt crowded! EVERYONE was comfortable in this wonderful beach house. The house is even better than pictured. The house has a total of 3 floors. The 1st is for the owners along with the garage. The 2nd has the main entrance and is where the 3 bedrooms are located, each with it's own full bathroom, and the 3rd/top floor is the great room, kitchen, & another full bathroom. With 2 grandmothers, 2 married couples, and 4 teenage girls we loved the 4 full bathrooms!! The views are GORGEOUS from the top floor. The outdoor patios/balconies are everything you could want with patio tables, bbq, chairs, & even a double hammock! Lucy & her husband were exceptional hosts & we will be return guests without a doubt!

Absolutely gorgeous house with all the finishing touches that added to the experience. The views from the kitchen are breathtaking. The house is located in a great location with beach access and easy when you have kids. Lucy was so easy to reach when we had questions and super helpful. Every room was comfy and clean. We had an awesome time on our family vacation. The house is in an ideal location, perfect for private beach side living experience yet close enough to downtown. All the amenities included. Lucy and Claudio were very friendly and humble to share their home and experiences about San Felipe. Access to the garage and outdoor hose and shower made it easy to keep things safe, clean, and easily stored without any worries. The beach was just a walk down the staircase and we spent most of our time riding off road on the beach, sand combing the shells on the shore, swimming in the warmer water, fishing, playing beach soccer, tanning, and even took a ride on the big sombrero in the water. There's plenty to do at night as well, go downtown and shop or eat fish tacos, listen to local Banda musicians, shoot off fireworks, or simply stay indoors to a home cooked meal with a movie. They have wifi! Our favorite thing to do is wake up early, have a hot coffee, and watch the sunrise from the dining room window. We loved the layout of the house each bedroom has a bathroom and there is even one conveniently located on the top floor. Patio space is perfect to dine outside, where we enjoyed some great burgers from the grill. Good place for a family getaway. We will miss Lucy and Claudio and their generosity with having us play house in their beach home. A true gem in San Felipe.
