This stay was outstanding from start to finish. We rented all 5 units for myself and my four teenagers, and giving each of them their own private space turned out to be a great call. Everyone had room to spread out and recharge after busy days, while still being steps from each other. Arturo made the whole trip easier. He was responsive throughout our stay, gave us specific restaurant and activity recommendations that we ended up loving, and was a genuine local resource the entire week, including vaI felt at home from day one. Over our six nights, we made it to: Monte Albán, the botanical garden at Santo Domingo, the agave fields and mezcal tour, a chocolate-making workshop at Chima Cacao, a temazcal and massage experience, and several of Arturo’s restaurant picks around town, plus local markets and yummy cafes. We’d book again without hesitation, and I’d love to stay at one of Arturo’s other properties that’s he manages next time. Book now!

We were a group of 10 people; the place was ideal because you had areas to spend time together. Each room is spacious and comfortable. Arturo took great care of the details, and we were in constant communication with him. He gave us recommendations and took very good care of us. We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was great and very walkable into Centro and Reforma and having the multiple apartments with the shared courtyard was so nice for our group of 9. Arturo was such a wonderful, responsive host when it came to everything from restaurant recommendations, to organizing transportation, to coordinating check-in and check-out. Would 100% recommend!

The service was very pleasant, they were very attentive and supported us with some key details for our stay. Clean, good location and each space has its own bathroom, kitchen, rest area.

Host was beyond expectations, super good! Always responsive, all the time giving options, super open and supportive, solving every single detail. House is spacious and comfortable, has all services you could think off and a great location. Walk distance from great options including restaurants, galleries, tourist attractions, museums, historical places and downtown. Also in a quiet and cool neighborhood. Several options to host from a person, a family or several families. Totally recommended and will be our place every time we get back to Oaxaca.

We had a very nice stay in David’s Airbnb, we stayed with 10 people and each had their own appartement which was convenient. We had food together in the courtyard thanks to the table so it was great, very nice under the trees. There is noise from the big boulevard for the rooms in front but with earplugs everybody slept very well. We recommend it!!

My family of 9 enjoyed our stay here. The 5 apartments were spacious and went above our expectations. Very walkable area and felt safe our entire stay.

Arturo was really responsive and helpful. The place worked really well with the separate spaces for our two families and teenagers. Well situated between the central historic district and the beautiful Xochimilco easy to walk around. The apartments were well situated with everything we needed and cleaned regularly. Yes there was some road noise on the front bedrooms, but he provided ear plugs. The central outdoor space was great. Arturo also provided helpful recommendations for some great restaurants.

Being able to have your privacy and stay with each family and friends, despite being in the same house, there are apartments, that is one of the outstanding qualities of staying there, among others. 100% recommended, cleanliness, location, service, coordination to be able to give instructions, insurance, comfort, etc.

The stay was fantastic: with three families we had the opportunity to be together, and also all had enough private space. Arturo was super accessible and thought proactively with us. The homes each have a very pleasant, private atmosphere. They are well-maintained and tastefully decorated and were sparkling clean. From the house, it is easy to discover the city on foot. Excellent location, and accommodation. I thought it was a house and it's really 5 apartments together that don't all come together, but despite that, it's an excellent option and an excellent host.
