This place is amazing! Definitely stay here!!! First the check in process with Roxy was so easy / she was very accommodating and offered multiple ways to check in. When we arrived everything was perfect. The unit is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The appliances are top notch in the kitchen! The unit itself is very cool and the multiple levels was fun for the kids! Roxy was extremely helpful and responsive. Also, we’ve stayed in Punta mita before and usually they’re all pretty standard - the plant life in this unit was amazing and really made it feel like home. The boogie board and was a blast for the kids - definitely would stay again!

The apartment is perfect. It has everything you need, is perfectly equipped, perfectly clean, etc. The location is perfect with all the services and amenities that Punta Mita offers. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Very spacious, clean, well-located, a great place to enjoy with family. Excellent security and access measures for the development, respect for nature and its wildlife. All of their spaces are very well equipped, functional, and very tastefully decorated.

Beautiful condo and great location. Easy to take a walk into town or get to by golf cart. Bonus that condo came with a golf cart. Extremely clean and spacious. The host/concierge was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at hacienda de Mita. The place was gorgeous and there were so many little touches that made our week unforgettable.

4th time in Punta Mita. Lauren's place was my favorite. Beautiful, spacious and modern. Amazing sunlight, views, private. Was great for my family of four. Would definitely recommend it. Punta Mita is an amazing and magical place. Having the golf cart is a great benefit, and would definitely rent again. No issues, anything that came up the concierge Roxana dealt with it. Absolutely perfect experience. This met or exceeded my expectations.

We had a great week and a half stay here at Las Terraza with our 3 kids (all under 8 years old). Even with the recent unrest and uncertainty in our return flights, Roxy and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, helping us extend our trip as needed and arranging transport to and from the airport. The golf cart made getting around a cinch - to beach clubs and the town. Gio kept the place spotless and was very kind. The views of were beautiful and surrounding golf course enjoyable from the large deck and condo pool. We saw lots of whales and could always get into the beach clubs when we wanted. We will definitely return.

Lauren's place was wonderful! It was gorgeously decorated, incredibly clean, well-stocked, and exactly as listed. We especially appreciated being within walking distance to town and several of our favorite restaurants (El Cafecito de Mita for coffee/breakfast, Zicatela and Mina for dinner). We also loved having the private beach access and a hot tub to enjoy (although we wished we could have stayed in there longer than 10pm). And there were a few special touches, such as the maid having homemade guacamole and pico de gallo in the fridge for us to enjoy when we arrived. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Lauren's place!

Staying at Lauren’s condo was definitely a 5 star experience! Everything was exactly as described and the setting was gorgeous. I don’t know how it could be better. Plenty of room, great views, fantastic amenities and a very helpful concierge. We’re so happy we chose Lauren’s home to stay at!

Gorgeous unit in the gates. The staff were wonderful. Beds in every room were extremely comfortable. Hacienda de Mita is our favorite because Louis makes great cocktails at the beach and you can easily walk to town. My only suggestion would be a step by step guide for using the tv.

Always good to stay at a place that meets the photos and description. This place was perfect for the family and kids. 2 minute walk to a street full of places to eat, golf cart rides to anywhere you want to go. Great gated community to run and walk around be it first thing in the morning or during the day.

Excellent property. Better than the pictures! We enjoyed having Gio prepare amazing breakfasts for us and she keeps the property in immaculate condition. Also, having the golf cart available and at the unit was amazing. We had a great time visiting the different beach clubs and restaurant in town. We will be back!

The house manager Roxy and the house cleaner Gio were wonderful! They were extremely helpful through a few hiccups during our stay. Have stayed in this area several times and Lauren’s condo is the best we have seen. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit at the top floor of Las Terrazas Bahia complex! The condo is thoughtfully furnished with high-end appliances and stylish decor throughout and the rooms were very spacious—it truly felt like a luxury vacation. The large terrace with beautiful views was a highlight and made for the perfect spot to relax any time of day. Lauren and Roxy, who manage the property, were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. Gio, was also lovely and did a fantastic job—everything was spotless. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable, impeccably designed, and well-managed place to stay! We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Lauren's apartment. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had very modern appliances and everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool on the ground floor of the building and the 4 beaches we had access to. The golf cart wad a definite plus! Gio, the housekeeper, made us feel comfortable and pampered. A truly unforgettable stay!

Great place to rent for a family

We had a wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place. Roxy was so helpful with all of our needs (groceries and transportation). Tonita was also amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

We love staying at Hacienda de Mita and this place did not disappoint. In the past we have stayed oceanfront but we actually really enjoyed the privacy of being near the golf course with amazing coastal views. The best part is how close you are to the town, just a quick golf cart ride down and a brief walk to ice cream at Lili, the Cafecita for açaí bowls, and all the amazing dining options that are available with the freshest fish! Roxy and Lauren were available if we had questions via what's app which made things easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here. The condo matched the description with great rooms, views and balcony. Location is easy walk to beach club and beachfront bars & restaurants. Lauren and Roxy were very responsive to all questions and helped us to get a piece of luggage we forgot so as not to upset rest of our trip to PV. This is a great base for Punta Mita activity

The apartment complies with what is advertised, well equipped and comfortable, the golf cart is a plus, since the beach clubs are far away and with the weather you don't feel like driving around in our vehicles, so we were happy to get to know the whole complex. The apartment is amazing, fully equipped, perfect for cooking and a good time. Impeccable cleanliness, unparalleled decor. It is important to mention that the apartment is located within a huge complex where there are many options for restaurants , beach clubs and pools. Besides that outside the complex just a few steps away there are several options of restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc. We were 7 and it was perfect, because although there are 4 bedrooms , there is a 2-bed room where there is no air conditioning so to consider 3 couples is the best and maybe children. The complex is very quiet, my plan was with 3 couples and we wanted to rest but in the pools (although we were alone) they do not allow you to have music. Roxy and Lauren were the best hosts, always accessible, they made me the super so that when everything arrived was ready, they accepted my dog although the place is not pet friendly because he is very old and needed to give him medicine.

My family (5 adults) stayed at this incredible place. We had high expectations but they were exceeded. The fresh guacamole and pico at our personalized check-in was incredible. Erika came to clean every day (and to make us more great food). She was lovely and helpful. We ended up extending our stay by a day because we simply could not leave.

Our stay at Casa Flora was serene and memorable. The place is decorated beautifully, even more stunning than the pictures give it justice. There is a very beautiful view of the sunrise over the bay of Banderas which we loved to watch every morning. The location is great, a very close walk to many delicious local restaurants. The condo is also located within the gates of Punta Mita which feels a bit safer while traveling with young children. Lauren and our Concierge Roxy we amazing and very responsive. Roxy even brought us balloons and a delicious Tres Leches cake to celebrate our 7 year olds birthday on a fairly short notice. I would hands down stay here again if we plan another trip to Punta Mita!

All the service we received from Roxana and Erica was top notch. Although Hacienda Mita is one of the first developments that were built in Punta Mita , the 1104 apartment where we stayed this agreement with the description and very well maintained. Very clean and tidy. With a very good team in the kitchen and rooms. We had no issues or bad times with the apartment. Erica who was responsible for cleaning gave a professional and respectful service. Always ready to help. Very few and small details we found in the apartment. during our stay, which are easy to correct

Lauren is very detailed oriented in helping us from transportation, surfing, and golf to finding the perfect fish taco. A bonus was having access to all of the beach clubs and being able to get around with Lauren's golf cart. I can't wait to go back and stay at Lauren's condo again!

We really loved our stay at Hacienda De Mita. The condo is really clean and very well put together and has everything you need. Loved having the ability to have big meals there with plenty of space. The staff were amazing and really friendly. The location is great as well and having access to all the beach clubs really makes it very simple to just load up in the golf cart and show up and each spot. The beach clubs had everything from towels, chairs and food. Look forward to coming back and staying here again. Thanks Lauren!!!

Lauren was a phenomenal host and the condo exceeded expectations. We were three couple and the place was more than big enough. Lauren was very fast to respond and help us book things such as massages and extra golf carts. Maria made us great breakfasts every morning. Would love to stay again soon, I highly recommend.

I retreated to Hacienda de Mita with 3 girlfriends for some much-needed R&R in September. The condo is lovely, well-appointed, and clean. The golf cart is perfect to get around the resort and town, and Lauren was super-responsive and amazingly helpful in booking and planning activities. Our house-keeper made delicious fresh guac and salsa. It was a perfect get-away for some downtime, fun, and restoration. The beach clubs are chic and the staff are very attentive. Resort staff were all masked and it felt very safe. A beautiful destination with or without kids.

we had a great stay at punta mita, thanks to Laurens great hospitality, excellent communication and service from her and the housekeeper Gris, she cooked for us at the grill a delicious fish the plus at this home is the convenience of the membership to the beautiful 4 seasons and stRegis resorts beach clubs, included the golf cart to move over the whole properties the town is very close they offered everything you can need included surf classes and tours to marietas island the house is great, all the amenities and comfort for the whole family

A wonderful location and a beautiful condo. The unit is quite high end, very clean and very nicely appointed. The pool right out front never had anybody but us in it, and having access to all the beach clubs and use of the golf cart made the whole trip flow effortlessly. Lauren was quick to respond to any questions and helped with recommendations, transportation, etc. We will return for sure.

This place is great. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The floor plan is nice and open and the 3 main bedrooms are a very good size. There is daily maid service other than Sunday and the maid is excellent. You get access to numerous beach clubs at Punta Mita and they each have their own personality. Lauren arranged everything for us from transportation to and from the airport, daily excursions and dinner. Her recommendations were great and she was super responsive to everything. The 6 six person golf cart was great.

Great attention at all times. The house is beautiful and with everything you need. The safe, beautiful, very good level, safe and exclusive facilities. The divine beach!!!

We stayed for 12 days in July 2020 and Lauren's place far exceeded our expectations. The property is immaculate and our house cleaner went above and beyond. She did our dishes and laundry and made us fresh salsa and guacamole daily! (We just purchased the ingredients). The property manager met us the first day and gave us recommendations and was easy to get a hold of throughout our stay. Some helpful things about our stay during Corona. The only beach inside the private gates open for use was the Pacifico beach club beach. Kapuri beach club only had the pool open and strict instructions to not go on the beach. We were not allowed on the four seasons or St. Regis properties (unless you had a dinner reservation) -which normally hacienda de Mita guests are allowed full access. The beach straight down from the condo is more lax and we were able to go on the beach there. "Stinkies" a local beach near by is also open. We drove into Sayulito most days and went surfing on the beach there.

Great location and wonderful staff. Just watch out for the security guards...the rules are strict!!!
