The house has an excellent location, the view is beautiful, and it has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The house has 3 sections: a basic first floor with 2 bedrooms, a simple kitchen and a balcony with a small pool; the second floor is very spacious and very modern with the 3rd bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, a large dining room with ocean views, full kitchen, etc.; on the top floor there is a terrace that we did not use because it is under construction/renovation and we had small children with us. Beach access is a bit tricky for elderly people. There are 1 or 2 steps at the end. We had a great time. Excellent service from Rosa and Maria Victoria. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us.

Good morning Alma, I am seeing your comment which is false. I personally checked that everything was very clean and tidy. Mrs. gave you the key and toured the house so that you could see that everything was in order. The leg of a chair is loose. We will be aware of that and the terrace of the 3rd floor. There was dust. It is possible that from one day to the next it can get dusty and a seagull passes by and it snows. That is possible

Very nice house, very clean and above all very nice, located in a type of alley which gave us a lot of privacy. The only thing is to be prepared to go down to the beach since it is not on the shore.

The place is very nice, and close to the beach. It's bigger than the photographs show. The beds are quite comfortable. We had a problem with the central cooling and on the first day you couldn't be on the second floor but they went to check it at night and it was fixed. There were also problems with the water at night. They have board games available. An important detail is that there are many steps to the beach and the last one is a bit separated from the floor, a bit complicated for the elderly. The Internet sometimes failed

The place was a great! A nice, private spot with many places to spend time, inside or outside. The map location on the map is incorrect, as it sends you to the middle of Kino, but the place is as soon as you enter Kino. This wouldn't have been as big an issue if the host & point of contact provided by the host were more responsive. Although they instructed to call through whats-app instead of regular phone call, they would still not answer my calls when I was unable to find the place. The only other concern would be the lack of instructions to make the water work in the place. Again, it wouldn't be a big issue if the host/POC were more responsive. Now that I know where the place is & how to make the water work, I'd definitely return. It's a very good value for the cost.

Very comfortable stay! Everything you need to stay, from dishes, bed linens, amenities such as a barbecue and kayaks, quick access to the beach and a beautiful view. I hope to return!

The place is very nice. They are two independent areas, as if they were two apartments, so it suited our needs very well, since we were several family groups. The one upstairs is beautiful and luxurious, and the one downstairs is fine, but a little basic in comparison. It is very close to the beach and has access via a few stairs, a little long, in a shared hallway. The service was excellent, the house was spotless and had what the description includes. We had a great time. Thank you so much!

Comfortable, spacious, clean and with everything you need to spend it with family and comfortably. Just keep in mind that older people who have trouble going up and down stairs may have difficulty accessing the second floor and the terrace. Everything is very nice, especially the second floor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was beautiful but some of the furniture started to break/tear. The stay over all was good but didn’t have a responsive host. Not a bad stay.

The accommodation is comfortable, the access to the beach is very close but it is uncomfortable, especially if there are elderly people. Otherwise, everything is fine, Mrs. Rosa, who is the manager, is always friendly and attentive at all times.
