The house is very nice, ideal for children because of the amenities such as the pool with warm water and the trampoline :) They enjoyed it very much.

La Quinta Paola is a beautiful house for a family or friends. It has spacious gardens, a delicious pool - even now in December with the chill, the water is very pleasant at noon. My family really enjoyed the ping pong. We had our Christmas dinner 🎄 very cozy. Fer recommended two cooks who made the stay more relaxed. Pepe -his assistant- super attentive and available to take care of every detail. It was a super experience, very grateful to have known this beautiful house.

We had a family reunion at the home over 4 nights: 4 young kids and 5 adults. The backyard was absolutely PERFECT: there are many areas to sit and socialize and eat, the pool is lovely and great for kids and adults, there was plenty of shade and great to host. Since it was so lovely, we decided to stay at the house most of the time. There were a few challenges with the home: the beds weren't particularly comfortable, one shower had bad water pressure, there was missing some essentials in the kitchen, and the only way in or out is through the heavy garage gate, no use of the front door. Fer was super communicative, helpful and really made the stay special. Would return!!

A house to relax and rest , the patio is huge, great for children to entertain not only in the pool The pool was warm the first day but in the second it felt warm Some details in the bathrooms that do not affect their operation Making excellent host always stayed in communication. Fer is extremely helpful, gave us plenty of recommendations for food and delivery’s. The house location is perfect walking distance to coffee shops ice scream shop etc. house and garden are beautiful!! Pool was nice and worm, our family had a great time! We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful time at Fer’s house. Fer is an amazing host, she called and made sure all my questions were answered and welcomed me to her home. Everything is pretty much as pictured and presented. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need. We loved the pool how warm it was. The garden is well manicured and taken care of, it is an absolutely peaceful and relaxing place, we spent most of the time there enjoying the nature. Definitely I’ll stay at Fer's house again. Thank you Fer!

Beautiful place

This was a great place for our multi-generational family to stay. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and comfortable. The motel style wing with individual bedrooms and washrooms were comfortable and provided privacy for each part of the family. The location of the home is very central to the local area. Very clean and well maintained. The owner and his team were very responsive and super accommodating to our questions and needs.

It is a beautiful house, with a magnificent location, close to everything, super, pharmacy, restaurants; excellent for our parents or grandparents who no longer walk or struggle to do it because it is on a single floor; each bedroom with its bathroom that is great, open kitchen to the dining room ideal for living and the garden with its pool and the 2 terraces are beautiful. An ideal house to go for family and enjoy the delicious climate of Ajijic with all amenities. We hope to return soon because for my dad who no longer walks, it was ideal to be able to move him in his wheelchair and be able to be in the coexistence with the whole family. Make it very friendly and in communication with us all the time. 100% recommended.

Super clean, Fer and Pepe are super friendly, the facilities are ideal for a super comfortable stay, the pool is a super comfortable size for kids and adults, the kitchen is super well equipped, Walmart is 3 minutes away, everything is super, super good! Spacious, clean house in perfect condition. Ideal for spending a few days relaxing with the family, especially with children. A very spacious and well-kept garden, a swimming pool, a palapa with a grill, and a kitchen with a dining area that extends to a pergola with a second outdoor dining area. Great! Highly recommended. Fer was attentive during the days before and throughout the stay, and in contact with the staff who take care of the property in case any problems arose. It wasn't necessary; everything was perfect. The place is incredible, everything is very clean, the spaces, the decor, the garden. For rest and relaxation. We played cold and cloudy days, we didn't use the pool much, although the weather is temperate, I didn't help much. But we still had an amazing weekend. We would definitely return. A great house to spend the weekend with your family

The house is very nice and well cared for, we had cloudy days and the pool was not so warm but in general everything was excellent.

Fer's house is beautiful and well maintained. Fer is an excellent host and communicates very well. We enjoyed the pool and lush garden. It was very convenient to have a full bathroom in each bedroom. We highly recommend this house to relax.

Excellent location and a good place to share with the family

This is a lovely vacation home that has a vast and beautiful garden with a large teak dining table, where we spent a lot of time hanging out, eating and drinking. The garden also has old trees, a bbq pit palapa, and another little terrace over the pool. In the winter, the pool is borderline usable with the solar heater (not!), but you can pay extra for gas heating it. The house itself is ok, well furnished, except for a dire lack of storage space and hooks for clothes- this looks like it was designed as a weekend house. It has a 4-camera security system , and a usable kitchen. 3 of the bedrooms are small with 2 twin beds . Each bed has another twin bed that slides out from underneath it, theoretically allowing 4 to sleep per room. But if you ever use one of the two slide-outs, the room becomes hard to walk around in. The WiFi was iffy on the first day, but fine afterwards. One caveat: you need to bring your own towels, toilet paper and cleaning liquids and soap. Another caveat: you can hear the car traffic from the garden, not so much from inside the house. Estrella, the cleaning lady was very efficient and friendly (she charges USD $15 for 4 hours). The location is nice, a 15 minute walk from town center. In all we really enjoyed it, even though it was expensive, but hey what is life without the occasional splurge?😎
