It's a longer walk to the Marina from Tres Mares than from most everywhere else in the area, but it's a pleasant walk. Beautiful building, apartment, and pool area, with fun views of the boats entering and leaving the Marina. The quality of the food and drinks at the pool restaurant was good.

It was a wonderful location.

It was a perfect location, we were able to walk to the marina each day to get on the fishing boat and come back to the unit which had a wonderful view of the passing ships and open ocean.

Beautiful view. We saw whales every day. Only drawback is the noise from the party boats and cruise ships. Beatriz was very kind and responsive, and the staff in the reception and palapa where friendly and kind.

We stayed here for 7 nights in February 2025. The building and setting are spectacular - and the view from the 7th floor balcony is sensational. Gorgeous sunsets! Tres Mares is a beautiful building, the pool is huge and was always warm. There are lots of lounge chairs on the deck, and the staff are always attentive and helpful. The pool restaurant/bar has an excellent selection, and the serving staff could not be more eager to help. Proximity to the Marina is a great bonus - we walked over there for breakfast every morning at Mr. Cream - and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the market there on Thursday evening. We had a wonderful 4-hour sailing excursion from Marina Vallarta and saw whales and dolphins, as well as enjoying some snorkeling and paddle-boarding. The unit itself is bright and clean and spacious. And the host was always reachable - any time I messaged, I got a response within minutes. I would highly recommend this unit! We would love to get back for another stay!

what a wonderful 1 week stay at this amazing condo. we were close to our fave place....the marina. no need for a whale watching tour, you can watch them from this balcony! ideal location and close to all the attractions, highly recommend

Great location with outstanding view.

The perfect place to stay while in town for a wedding. The pool and beach are perfect and easy for a short trip. We also had the manager, Sara, make us breakfast for an extra cost which was well worth it for her incredible chilaquiles and sopas! We hope to stay again in the future.

We had an incredible stay! Amazing home that was exactly as the pictures and description portrayed. Peaceful, amazing staff at the facility, great amenities such as the pool and gym, and private beach access. Short walk to the marina with shops and restaurants. Beatriz was outstanding at communicating and helping check in go extremely smooth. We hope to return at some point.

This is the second time that we have stayed there and it is a pleasure, the service and the pleasant views, highly recommended.

Words cannot describe the beauty in this place. If you’re looking for the PERFECT Getaway look no further this place was in the best spot in PVR. The “Beverly hills” of PVR . The place is like a dream. The condo was beyond beautiful and clean ,the pool is IMMACULATE. I cannot say enough about this place. It’s on a private beach, Walkable to the marina with places to shop and eat. Felt very safe and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would come back and stay right there again and again.

We had a wonderful stay at this private residence. Everyone was professional and friendly. The host is absolutely incredible at responding quickly. Short distance to convenient stores and restaurants if you’d like to get out and explore the local area. Would highly recommend as we truly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning views! Super comfy bed. Would absolutely stay again! Only word of advice, would be that if you plan to cook for yourself at all- make sure you bring your own salt, pepper, sugar, condiments, oil, can-opener, etc., as these very basic items were not provided. Had a lovely, relaxing time.

Great location! We were short on bath towels but Beatriz quickly filled our request for more. Unit does not come with a safe for a valuables which made us skeptical but otherwise no other issues.

This is a spectacular condo located near the marina with beautiful views and sunsets. Watch out Monaco or Capri, Puerto Vallarta is the new thing!

Beatriz's place was *incredible!* the view absolutely took our breath away. Gorgeous wrap around views of the ocean made for incredible whale watching and relaxing on the deck. We loved the amenities of the resort as well, with incredible massages at the spa, an amazing pool that our kids loved and excellent food & drink right on site. Between the walkability of the beach and the beauty of the oceanfront, watching boats come in and out easy day for the marina, we couldn't have picked a better location. Would give it 6 stars if I could!

A few things did need fixing, but the host was very proactive.

First off, the property is exactly it is pictured on the Airbnb site. The condominium is very spacious, tastefully, decorated, and well-appointed. The view is breathtaking. Also, ships, sailboats, parasailers, everything is within your view which was a fun thing to see! We lacked for nothing while we were there. A small restaurant is located at Tres Mares that provided good tasting meals and drinks which can be eaten there or delivered to your room. The downstairs concierge helped with calling cabs and recommendations about restaurants and activities. The pool and private beach area is amazing! All the staff were friendly and worked to do their best to make our stay nice. We want to thank our host Beatriz and Carlos for hosting us. I interacted with a Beatriz lot. Beatriz is so very nice, efficient, helpful and an all around wonderful person. We have traveled all over the world and stayed at countless Airbnbs. I have to say this has been one of the best experiences we have had.

Place was beautiful. Pristine and with amazing fews. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The property is very well kept and amenities are greatly maintained. They have everything you need. Worth every penny. Property is well located. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Beatriz and Carlos were amazing! I had an emergency and they were very helpful. Words cannot express how wonderful they were and how thankful my family and I are for their help in this time of need. They went above and beyond. Communication was always clear and timely. Great hosts. Will definitely try to stay here again.

The description on the listing is very under rated. This apartment is amazing! On the top floor this corner apartment has a wrap around balcony, floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a guest powder room. The complex itself is beautifully decorated and maintained with very nice and helpful staff. Absolutely recommend.
