Excellent stay. The facilities are very spacious, very clean, and have a prime location facing the ocean, practically at the foot of the beach. In addition, María Fernanda was very friendly and helpful. Every time we contacted her, she responded immediately and quickly resolved our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is the 4th year in a row we have stayed here and our group absolutely loves it!! The unit is always clean and definitely has a homely feel. The hosts are always super responsive and willing to take care of anything that we need. Whenever we come to PV we will always stay here!

The location does not get better than this. We loved being directly on the beach and next to the pool. It made it so easy to run and grab something or use our own bathroom. Golf is directly across the street. Book with the hotel for golf because they have a deal better than the course itself. Try to tip the staff in cash. They really appreciate it. An excellent place to stay with family or friends!!

Maria and Brenda are amazing hosts. This is my second time staying here and will continue to come back. This is my home away from home. They are very responsive if you have any questions and are always on top of things.

I have stayed in several hotels and condos in Puerto Vallarta but so far this is the best by far. It is very well taken care off and the location couldn't be better. From he place you step into a nice terrace and the beach is right there. Brenda (co-host) took care of all our needs and will get back to us very fast when we needed her. We're already planning to be back to Puerto Vallarta and hopefully the place will be available then.

As others have mentioned, the location is perfect. Steps from the beach and the pool! Walking distance to the marina (about 15-20 min walk) where you can find restaurants and the Thursday evening market. The condo itself is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 5. Having the onsite restaurants were nice when we didn't feel like walking into town (crepe and burger station too!). Highly recommend this unit!

Amazing location! Literally steps from the beach and resort pool. The condo is huge and has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but still awesome spots for gathering. Kitchen is well appointed and tables are large enough for family meals. Resort staff is friendly and there are tons of restaurants and activities in the marina!

The condo was just as it is described. The views are spectacular. The ocean beach is right outside your door. The pools are right outside as well. We spent our evenings in the warm jacuzzi listening to the ocean waves. My family had a great time and would highly recommend this condo to friends and family. We had plenty of towels and bed linens. We will definitely be back.

Staying at this condo was an absolute delight! The location couldn't have been more perfect, with easy access to near by restaurants . The amenities provided exceeded our expectations, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living space. The cleanliness of the Airbnb was impeccable, and the host's prompt communication made our stay stress-free. We especially appreciated access to the pools, restaurants, and with kids. The Kids Club was something the kids loved Overall, we highly recommend this Condo to anyone visiting the area and extend our sincere thanks to the host for their hospitality. The place was beautiful.

Amazing property right on the beach and next to the pool. The condo was spacious and even nicer than the picures showed. We loved the enourmous patio over the ocean! We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and the kitchen was well set up to do so. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Did not initially realize this was part of a larger resort complex which made things easier. Would recommend to anyone!

You can't beat the location for this unit. It sits on the end of the property and so you can walk right out to the beach or the pool and you have great ocean front views there's a large outdoor patio. It would be awesome if there was a barbeque out there. the hot tub was essentially the same temperature as the pool and there wasn't really any clear instructions of whether or not we were able to actually turn the heat on for the hot tub which would've been nice at night time when it was a little cooler. Lots of space in the unit and tons of beds for guests. Great AC units in all the rooms. Kitchen is well stocked. Washer dryer combo was a wonderful bonus - having directions for it or a manual would have been helpful. The sheets and towels don't get changed daily only weekly so we did do a fair amount of laundry ourselves in the unit. Lovely stay!!

We come to this resort every year and we have always wondered about that condo and we were finally able to rent it! It was perfect because it’s right next to the pool, which is great for this resort because we could come in and refresh our drinks, grab snacks, and use our own restrooms. It’s right on the beach so we could hear the waves crashing, all the time! The beds were comfortable, having a two and one washer dryer unit in the condo was a huge bonus! Eight of us stayed there with no problem. The kitchen as well appointed with everything needed to cook. The hot tub never really gets hot. Unless you ask the maintenance to drain it while they’re cleaning it and then fill it up with hot water, but that’s OK. It’s still warm enough and enjoyable to sit in and watch the sunset! We did have a small issue with the drain in the kitchen under the sink backing up, but they were very very responsive and had somebody there within the hour to help! Every time we reached out to Maria or Brenda, they answered right away and helped us with whatever we needed. We definitely plan on renting this unit again!

Literally walk 100 ft out the door and your on the beach. We were able to order resort drinks right from the patio hot tub. Staff was beyond friendly, kind, and helpful. I have slept on more comfortable beds and sheets but it didn’t make the experience less than wonderful. When we come back again we would look to rent here again.

A beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on the ground level with gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean. Check in was a breeze at the front desk. The spacious patio is wonderful for lounging,outdoor dining and enjoying a beautiful sunset over the bay of Bandaras. Enjoy the views from a private hot tub on the patio. It is clean and well maintained. The condo is modern, well appointed and spotless with plenty of space. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare food and drink. The patio is steps from the beach and pools. The resort property has beautiful pools and amazing landscaping. The staff at the resort are friendly and fun. We felt very safe in the condo and throughout the resort property. Would highly recommend this condo for families and couples.

Beautiful and spacious unit! Great views of both the pool and the ocean. Maria was very communicative throughout the whole process and provided all information needed. Coupled with the stunning grounds and gracious staff at Velas, our family's stay here was one we'll remember for a long time. We can't wait to visit again!

Great trip and fabulous place to stay! The unit was nicely updated and a perfect location in the resort. Awesome to be right on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but it was also a great spot for ordering in which we did one night. The hot tub was an amazing way to end each day! Would definitely stay here again!

I was a bit reluctant to book this for our family trip as it kind of looked too good to be true. However, it turned great. The location was awesome and the place was clean and spacious. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequate. We were also able to add the all inclusive option, which was pretty pricey but nice. You don’t need to go all inclusive for the entire stay, which was great as we did some excursions and left the resort the second half of our stay. Maria was helpful and responsive during our stay. We would stay here again.

The condo is exactly as described in the listing. This is a condo in a very nice resort with access to the amenities including kids club and restaurant. Location in the complex is ideal with a beachfront access. Check-in through the resort was easy and seamless. The host provides excellent communication. Highly recommended.

This was a spectacular location. Beautiful beach, heated pools, and a private hot tub! We loved our stay here.

WOW! What an amazing view and location! You are steps from the ocean, or the pool! Our group of 5 throughly spent every day and many hours in "our own private hot tub". Had several massages right on the beach. They were excellent. The ladies name was Sol whom we used (Pink Umbrella). We swam in the ocean a bunch and rented Jet skii's in front of the condo. We thought the drinks were high so we got groceries made our own drinks and has some snacks in the room. We went out to different restaurant every night taking recommendations from the taxi cab drivers. You can't go wrong by renting this condo!!

Do not hesitate booking this place! The pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous location, clean, comfortable space, and great host!! It is everything the booking describes and a million times more beautiful! Our family of 5 (2 kids and a grandma) loved it!

Obviously I don't know the paradise, but I'm sure this place is coming up, it's worth every penny of what it costs, we stayed 7 nights and I would have liked to be another 10, super recommended, the kitchen is remodeled. The photos that are here are before it really is.

Very nice location right on the beach. Also close to the resort pools and bars. It’s ground level so it’s walk in and walk out. The entire resort is conveniently located near the marina. It’s a nice place by Mexico standards.

OMG this property is Amazing, don’t think twice Book it now Everything was amazing, super clean beach front unit. Huge terrace and jacuzzi just for you Check in was very easy at the hotel lobby and we had access to the entire hotel (pools/activities/towels) I can’t believe you have full hotel access just booking this unit, this was the best deal ever. Fast internet/ AC/ kitchen equipment. Amazing property and will definitely come back soon

Great place. Right off the ocean. It was perfect really. Resort was beautiful and Condo is exactly as described in pictures. A few minor things to note The drinks at the resort are below average and expensive($10 cdn per drink) The hot tub is loud so you can only put it on a few hours before you go in it. It only ever gets bathtub warm ..... never hot Would definitely stay there again.

The Condo was right on the water and eh patio was to die for, with Hot Tub , lounge chairs and patio table. All of this just steps from the pool area.

STOP looking!!! This is the place!!!!! Seriously, it’s really right on the beach and pool. Step out of your door and ur there. Corner unit that is comfortable and just amazing. Your own chairs on the porch with a swing and tub!! 5 min from the airport, waking distance to the marina and shops. Easy taxi to town. The beach was beautiful and wide. Brenda met me at check in and was amazing with every question I had. I would totally stay here again. Actually, I want to move in.

Everything is incredible. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and next to the pool. The apartment is very clean, and we didn't need anything else to spend a few spectacular days with the family.

Pictures do not do this place justice it is pure paradise, you have the beach view, pool view, and mountain view’s. The resort itself is well manicured and the staff is very friendly. The room had everything we needed and was a lot bigger than what I was expecting.

Everything was excellent

The place is great, just like the photos, its location is unbeatable, I would definitely return with my family, on my next vacation. Communication was good, they didn't struggle with anything.

This place is beautiful and the setting equally gorgeous. It was great for our group of 7 adults. I was disappointed they didn’t have appropriate pans to cook on the CONVECTION stove top. This makes making a hot breakfast extremely difficult. If you are planning on cooking breakfast I would request they purchase the correct convections pans for you (especially for the price). The water was cold on the first day but was fixed by maintenance for all the subsequent days. Maria was very prompt with all inquires. I would suggest an arrival manual or emailed instructions (contact numbers, safe operations, how to make the hot tub hot, trash day, etc). I had to send a lot of messages I felt were unnecessary if this had been provided. I would still stay again as the setting is beautiful! Gym consists of 4 aerobic machines in a very small room (if this is important). Great evening events and the pools and ocean are great!

Fantastic beachfront location that was a real treat for us. We have stayed in several of the premium condos at the Velas Vallarta and this one was the best. The condo was able to accomodate our large group in a comfortable fashion. Thank you.
