Amazing Airbnb! What a beautifully designed home. Every piece and the space are intentional and well crafted. There’s an actual art gallery with beautiful pieces in the home which elevates the vibe along the gorgeous views and Julia is a wonderful host. He was super helpful, welcoming and flexible and gave us the best recommendations nearby. Highly recommended.

This house is a real gem. In addition to being as beautiful as in the photos, staying here is quite an experience. Every corner is full of art, with paintings, sculptures and design details that make it unique. It is spacious, very comfortable, conveys a lot of peace and has a spectacular view. I traveled with my four daughters and the pool was perfect for playing and swimming. The 6-meter pit was an incredible plus that made us adults have fun like children. We also booked breakfast and it was excellent. Lorena cooks delicious food at a very good price. We highly recommend her. Julián was an extraordinary host, always attentive and making us feel at home. In addition, the house is in Pedregal de La Paz, a very safe area, which is greatly appreciated when traveling as a family. Look no further. This is definitely a great option.

by far the best AIRBNB I never stayed in, absolutely beautiful home, awesome location slightly outside of town, wake up In the morning to the sound of nature. there was 6 males we went for a fishing / friend weekend more than enough space for all of us. Amazing outdoor space, awesome pool, everything worked perfect. House is built so cool and has lots of space. Julian the host was extremely helpful and accommodating he even picked us up from the airport in his surburban going way above and beyond. As Arnold says "I will be back". superb weekend!

We booked Julian’s Airbnb last minute when we needed a place to reset for a few nights. He went above and beyond accommodating us and made us feel like proper VIP’s. His home is beautiful and intentionally designed down to every detail, very comfortable. There’s a great hike with amazing views at the top of the community which was also a highlight. Can’t recommend this home and Julian as a 10/10 host enough!

Julián’s home was the most perfect place for our weekend in La Paz. The house looks exactly like the photos and is located in a quiet, private community that feels very safe with security. The view from all rooms of the house is stunning! Lots of art and beautiful furniture which makes the space feel elevated and interesting. Julián as a host was amazing!! He was so helpful before our stay connecting me with local businesses for massages, transportation, and boat charter. During our stay, Julián was super responsive and he went out of his way to make us feel at home. I would love to plan another trip and stay here again. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this beautiful house in La Paz, Mexico with my friends for my birthday, and everything was absolutely magical! The property was stunning — even better than the photos — and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. Julian was extremely welcoming and helpful; he organized everything, from amazing breakfasts, to bar recommendations, to drivers. He truly was like having a private butler, on call 24 hours! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect; they were incredibly attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. If I could give Julian a million stars I would. This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Julian was incredibly accommodating in every way possible, from helping us to arrange private transportation, to arranging a chef to come to the house as well giving recommendations for scuba diving. Everyone in the group had a wonderful time and we hope to all come back again soon.

My family and I had a wonderful trip to La Paz. Julian’s home was beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. He went above and beyond to make our stay special—helping us book restaurants in town, recommending his favorite nearby beaches, and even arranging a boat trip. Julian and his staff were incredibly accommodating, and he kindly provided us with transportation to and from the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Julian’s house is a work of art, we were family of 5 and everyone of us got our own bedroom with own bathroom which was great. Outdoor amenities are great, pool with diving cave was a big hit for my boys. House is not only architecturally beautiful but Julian placed so many beautiful art and we were very fortunate to stay such a special place. We will definitely come back to stay again!!!

Our stay at Casa Blackaller was amazing! The house itself is even more spectacular than shown in the photos. Aside from the house, Julian and his staff went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met in every way. From the complimentary airport pickup/drop off, private chef, late checkout there was nothing asked that wasn't accommodated. Julian is also very well connected in the city of La Paz and was able to recommend some great restaurants and experiences outside of the house that made our trip unforgettable. We stayed for 4 nights, a group of 11 women, and we couldn't have picked a better place than Casa Blackaller. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless. The house is impressive: spacious, comfortable, very tastefully decorated, a real museum and perfectly equipped for a large group. The cleanliness was impeccable, and that made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. Every space was thought out to the last detail. But what really made the difference was the attention of Julian, the host. He was incredibly attentive, available at all times, friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. You can tell that he genuinely cares that his guests have a great experience, and that makes all the difference. I recommend this house 100% and especially the service they provided us!! The house is spectacular… spacious, comfortable rooms, with a beautiful view of the beach The cleanliness was like a hotel, every day they cleaned the rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas... The common areas are great for spending time together, they are spacious and comfortable I totally recommend the cooking service that Julian offered us as an extra... breakfasts, snacks and dinners... the chef has spectacular seasoning and honestly the portions are not too big and well thought out since you have no food waste at the end of your stay !! Julian is always attentive to your needs... with an attitude of service and support at all times I 100% recommend the experience of the house and the service provided by Julian!

Pictures don’t do this luxurious villa justice! Gated 24 hour guarded security, breath taking views, clean, modern, and luxurious are to put it shortly. Julian the host was amazing in every respect, he went above and beyond to help my family and accommodate any requests. The home is located in the high end of La Paz. The drive up is absolutely breathtaking with beautiful villas overlooking the ocean. We loved how spacious and comfortable we felt and especially how clean the home was upon checkin. Also it was nice that we were able to have breakfast arranged through Julian. I’m a luxury hotel addict but I plan on returning to visit soon. The artwork in this home is absolutely insane and the kitchen is well equipped. I highly recommend this home over any other in because of the amazing views and security and Julian. The house is very nice and is as described, communication was perfect and everything was always resolved very quickly. The location is awesome, it's a quiet area that invites you to disconnect and relax. You can see dreamy sunsets. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The Blackaller residence was spectacular! We enjoyed the home so much. The details and artwork inside the home are amazing. The view, outdoor area, and the pool (where we spent the majority of our time!) were amazing. The staff was very responsive and the provided cooked breakfast was delicious. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were very nice. The location was great as well. The owner (Julian) and the property manager (Tony) were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, and provided great recommendations for things to do and dinning options. We would recommend you rent a car, everything is a few minutes away by car but not really walkable. And, getting out on the water is a must in La Paz. This team can help you with boat charters as well. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to rent this home again.
