We had a fantastic stay! Christopher’s two-story, top-floor apartment is clean, secure, and offers stunning ocean views. We loved the peaceful location away from town, yet it’s still walkable to restaurants, the beach, and the San Pancho hiking trail. Thoughtful touches like books and puzzles made it feel like home. The on-site facility staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Christopher was an outstanding host—very responsive and went above and beyond when we had to cut our stay short. Tip for guests: There were no workable ATMs in Sayulita during our stay. Bring plenty of pesos or be ready to transit to Bucerías for a bank! We were told by a local business that this has been the case for the couple of months or so (December 2025) Note: We did have issues with the local golf cart rental (mechanical/battery failures), but the apartment facility team was great at assisting us when the cart died. Overall, a beautiful, private getaway. Highly recommended!

Casa Brooks was wonderful. The photos did not do the view justice. The roof deck was absolutely stunning. The condo had more than enough space for our family and the location was very convenient. I’m glad we got a golf cart though to head into town. The complex has a nice pool and we loved hearing the waves crash at night. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we had everything we needed. I hope we can make it back again soon!

Amazing casa. Location is perfect if you want to be just far enough from the town but you can easily get there by foot. Amenities were awesome. Rooftop views are wonderful.

The casa is beautiful, actually seemed bigger than the pictures, particularly the upstairs balcony which is expansive with incredible views of the ocean and surroundings. It was more than enough room for our party of 4, and could easily accommodate 6. The town and beach are awesome to explore. Nearly every place we ate at was fantastic and we barely scratched the surface, there’s probably 100 restaurants in the area. Renting a golf cart adds significantly to the entertainment, highly recommended. You can walk into town, but having a cart allows you to quickly get supplies when needed, and is a super fun way to explore the area. We had them arrange our transportation, which I thought was worth it. The area is a bit confusing at first, so it was nice to have a driver that knew right where the driveway and entrance was. It’s a little more than an Uber from PVR but still quite reasonable. Sayulita really is paradise, and hard to imagine a much better place to enjoy it than here.

Great place to stay for a week in Sayulita.

Just finished up almost a week here and it was perfect. They arranged transportation for us, golf cart rental, etc. Place is very comfortable, great wifi, and views are amazing. Stay here and you won’t regret it.

We LOVED our visit to Casa Brooks. Lisa and Chris were great to work with and everything was exactly as described! The location on the North side of Sayulita was excellent, we enjoyed being a short walk (even shorter golf cart ride) into town but being able to get 'out of the mix' and chill at the condo was awesome. Property manager Marusa was great, coordinating our airport shuttles and making intros for golf cart rental. She was attentive and responsive. The property is excellent, well-maintained and safe, and the pool is as great as it looks on the website. The space - is immaculate. Great room and kitchen met all that we needed and all three bedrooms are spacious. All bathrooms are top notch. VIEWS - amazing! Looking forward to another trip out to Sayulita and staying at Casa Brooks!!

Casa Brooks was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t have been better. Far enough outside of town that you feel secluded, but close enough to town where a short walk puts you in the midst of everything. Coffee every morning on the lower balcony, watching the waves and surfers. Sunsets every night on the rooftop cantina, we even witnessed whales spy hopping out in the vast ocean in front of us. Anyone who gets the pleasure of staying at Casa Brooks will not be disappointed. I will definitely be going back!!

Our family of 4 wanted to take a beach vacation to a warmer climate. We had looked into a few international destinations, but ended up choosing Sayulita, MX based on recommendations from friends. We typically stay at higher-end resorts, however due to COVID-19, we wanted to limit our exposure to the public. I started looking at AirBnB options in/around Sayulita. Casa Brooks immediately got our attention. After looking at the pictures of Casa Brooks, seeing the close proximity to the center of Sayulita and the amenities that were offered, it was an easy decision to reserve it for a week. All of the communication with the owners before we arrived was punctual, clear and concise. They sent us excellent information on the area, including maps of town and the surrounding area, restaurants, how to reach their condo, car/golf cart rental info and how to get to/from the airport. They also put us in touch with their English-speaking property manager, who is based in Sayulita. All of the information they sent us was above and beyond and so helpful! We booked our airport pickup from the information that the Brooks had given us. The driver was there, with a sign with our names on it, for the short 40 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita. Once we arrived, it was easy to find Casa Brooks from the detailed map they had sent us. Once we arrived inside, the condo amazing and was everything that we had hoped! The 2 story condo is located about a 12 minute easy walk from the center of Sayulita and across the street from the beach. The condo has a STUNNING panoramic view of the Pacific, which is absolutely amazing. The first floor has a living room, dining table, kitchen and 2 bedrooms that each have their own private bathroom and shower. There is also a washer and dryer in a small room, just off of the kitchen. The second floor has a large, amazing balcony that has a sofa, dining table, mini-fridge, stove, plus a breathtaking view of the beach below. We would spend our evenings there playing games, while watching the sunset and listening to the waves. There is another bedroom upstairs that also has a private bathroom with shower. The condo was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. It had everything you would need for an extended stay: cookware, plates, silverware, towels (beach and bath), bedding...there is not a lot that you will need to bring from home. Being about a 12 minute walk from the center of Sayulita, the condo's setting is very quiet at night. It is ideal in every way! The complex that Casa Brooks is located in has a relaxing pool that looks out to the beach. The pool is clean. In fact, it was professionally cleaned during our stay. Though many people chose to rent a golf cart, we didn't as we are a walking family and enjoyed exploring the town on foot. If you do want to rent a golf cart, there are rental places all throughout town and the Brooks have a specific parking spot inside the complex to park. We didn't just have a great stay here...it was an excellent stay! We are avid world travelers who have been fortunate enough to stay on some of the best beaches our world has to offer. We rarely stay in the same place twice. Casa Brooks and Sayulita is DEFINITELY a place that we will be returning to!

Highly Recommend! Amazing view, super clean, white sheets, and towels! Text book how all VR's should be. This place is dialed in from the time you book to the time you leave!!

Casa Brooks exceeded our expectations! The view is spectacular. There is plenty of space for a family or even for two or three couples vacationing together. Everything was very clean and in perfect working condition. We chose to rent a golf cart (the more powerful one with bigger tires) which made it so much easier to get around town, pick up groceries or just go down to the beach. The golf cart rental company that was recommended by Chris and Lisa was great. They were very professional and helpful. We loved Pizza Venezia, a short walk from the condo. The pizza and pasta are great and the prices cannot be beat. We hope to make it back to Sayulita and Casa Brooks in the near future!

Casa Brooks is a beautiful, clean and well located home in Sayulita. The town is a short walk and the beach is even closer. We enjoyed all the amenities in the complex. The pool is wonderful for a swim and there are beautiful little parrots that fly by in the late afternoon. We enjoyed a yoga class at Hotelito Los Sueños a short walk away & the beautiful sunsets at night. The ice cream shop close to Casa Brooks was a hit with our kid & Medusa was wonderful for dinner & drinks. Maru, the Casa Brooks caretaker & Lisa Brooks were super attentive & great. We had a wonderful stay & highly recommend their home.

Beyond exceeded our expectations! Chris and Lisa have the most beautiful home in an ideal location. The views, patios, house layout, pool, location, hospitality - it is the complete package!

First off, you can't beat this view anywhere. We had the most amazing time watching the sun set over the ocean for 10 days. The place is in a great part of town. Close enough to get to everything easily, but far enough away that it is quiet and you can relax. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and had absolutely everything we needed. Plus the property manager was very helpful with any questions we had. We plan on staying here again when we are in town. Book this place, you will enjoy every minute of your stay.

Casa Brooks is so beautiful! The views far exceeded our expectations, we watched the sunrise from the rooftop balcony each morning, with a full view of the beach! Definitely recommend a golf cart, it is very hilly, but a close walk to the beach and town. Chris and Lisa were very sweet and thorough hosts - they sent us a complete packet of local recommendations.

Casa Brooks is beautiful with multiple ocean views from both levels. The complex is a just short walk from downtown Sayulita but has a more private feel compared the bustle of the town. The rooftop deck has stunning sunset views. Everything was perfectly clean, working, and stocked (towels, sunscreen, books, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful spot! Chris has a beautiful location with incredible views, proximity to downtown Sayulita, and wonderful staff to make sure your trip is beyond compare. We loved the space and how well it worked for our family - we also loved the list of restaurants and recommended activities. Definitely a gem in sayulita! Do not miss!

Casa Brooks was amazing. The grounds are clean and beautiful, the pool was sparkling and the condo itself is lovely. Air conditioning was a necessity, so glad we had it. We weren't able to do laundry, but Chris sent a cleaning lady at no charge to do it for us, which was above and beyond. The private deck/ kitchen/ lounge upstairs was amazing as well. The property manager, Marusa solved any small issue we had with grace in a timely fashion. Sayulita was a fantastic vacation spot, we will be back, and we will stay here again.

Excellent location and amazing roof top deck! All else is great to including pool, style, price, and customer service.
