Fantastic home and host. Home was exactly as pictured an expected; very modern, well kept, with an incredible view looking out on the ocean. Had a great time hanging out, daily trips to the Tiki Hut for morning coffee and waves, BBQ, walks over to the big pool, stargazing, adventures exploring, and day trips down to Nosara and up to Tamarindo. Marbella is definitely sleepy and peaceful. The waves and surfing just down the road are pretty epic.

The place was absolutely stunning! Location is remote, but thats the area in general. Beaches such as playa flamingo or playa grande are a little over an hr drive, so not terrible and easily doable. Its what I loved about the area, remote and secluded so you really feel the “pura vida” vibe. The nearby restaurant is less than 10 minutes away by car and the food and vibes were great! Rooms were clean, the kitchen had everything you needed and more. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Towels and beach towels were also readily available. Overall, an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent. The place was spotless, very well equipped and exactly as described in the listing (even better!). The cleaning was outstanding and the care was noticeable in every detail. In a quiet area, just keep in mind that there is a part of the road that is gravel; but it is a spectacular area. We would definitely stay again and recommend it 100%. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

Simply spectacular!!!! The house is beautiful, the location and landscape should be given 10 stars, communication with Eugenia was super easy and attentive, we had a special request with a pet and she easily agreed, that helped us with the family trip... everything was 10/10....

Our stay was excellent from the beginning to end. The place is as shown in the photos: comfortable, well equipped and in a very convenient and quiet location. Eugenia was very helpful and friendly, always willing to help and with quick communication. We felt safe throughout the stay. Definitely a place we would recommend. A totally positive experience.

We had the best time at Eugenia’s place. We spent 1 week here as a group of 8. It’s definitely better to have an SUV to get to the villa but one of our cars was a standard sedan and we still managed to get to the villa fine (albeit slower than an SUV would have) and we could see a lot of similar cars driving around the area so clearly a common thing. Albeit it was pretty dry so tbc if it would be the same in rainy season. Either way house was lovely, had everything you’d need bar a washing machine and dishwasher that we missed quite a bit, but it was clearly noted as not available so can’t complain. The price overall was good value for money so would come back again. The area is lovely, a few nice beaches that aren’t too busy nearby so you can definitely rest from busy Tamarindo. Check in seamless and air con working well, pleased to have it in the living room too on top of bedrooms which is a further plus (that you don’t have everywhere). Would highly recommend!

This home was absolutely stunning peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what my family and I needed to recharge. The space felt calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Eugenia is by far the best host we’ve had in all the places we’ve stayed. Her communication was excellent, and she was incredibly responsive and proactive. When we unexpectedly ran out of gas at 8 PM, she had the issue resolved within 20 minutes, which truly made a difference. My family and I have already added this place to our must-return list and hope to be back very soon. Highly recommend!

This home is truly beautiful. The private pool and greenery are breathtaking. There are many bathrooms and rooms with lots of space. The design of the house is so modern and nice. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend a car if you’re wanting to do major excursions.

A beautiful home my friends and I loved it!!!

Amazing home, beautiful community. Very rural and off the beaten path. Close to pretty black sand beach area. Four-wheel drive is pretty much a requirement. Local amenities are a short drive away.

The place is identical to the photos, very clean, spacious. The service was amazing, almost immediate communication from the host.
