What a great trip. The place is exactly as described, clean, and equiped. View is amazing and the staff is very helpful and kind. The area is great..right on the beach and right on the main strip but down at the quieter end. Property manager, front desk, and facilities person were all wonderful. Inna was extremely responsive when we had questions. A great experience. Another thing that stood out for me about this property was how well equiped it was for guests. Being a previous chef and avid cook, I was comfortable in the kitchen and it had everything I needed. (Thank you for sharp knives!!!) Besides the kitchen, it was also the little items that made the trip so easy...laundy detergent, shampoo in the showers, beach towels, umbrellas, even a couple of beach bags. I highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Inna's condo was amazing. perfect location, day beach clubs were very attentive all day. The staff at Luna are also amazing. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything tou could ever nedd. We plan to go back. 💯

We spent four nights at this lovely and very spacious condo after spending four nights at an all inclusive resort for our sons wedding. The condo had beautiful views, outstanding rooftop patio and was equipped with everything. The property staff were helpful and friendly. For a short stay it was a great location, only a block from fifth avenue and we could walk to everything. Like previous reviews mentioned, you do hear bar music into the late evening but with doors closed it was fine. The beach is small and you cannot walk a long distance but we had that at our first location and enjoyed walking to dinner each night. The ferry is a five min walk if you wanted to go to Cozumel. We loved the guest book and many recommendations left. We would definitely recommend this rental! Enjoy your stay!

Everything was better than expected. Perfect spot for relaxing, and being in the middle of all that you need.

This apartment was in the perfect location, right on the beach and also a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue - hundreds of restraunts and bars to choose from. The roof terrace was the highlight of our stay, watching the sunrise up there every morning was absolutley magical 😊 Also, the condo staff and housekeeping were great! The place is absolutely amazing, it is a stone throw away from the hustle and bustle but absolutely quiet. The apartment has been furnished beautifully, it feels like a home, not like a Airbnb rental. The view from the balcony and from the roof top (swinging bed, deck chairs and more) is just gorgeous. The pool is beautifully maintained and they had deckchairs always available on the beach. The beach club next door is great too. It was hard to tear ourselves away at the end of the trip and hope to be back very soon. Inna was super lovely to deal with as well.

An absolutely amazing place! The unit was very clean and had everything anyone would need. Staff at the property is very friendly and helpful. The property is very secure with 24/7 security guard at the front gate and cctvs. There are sun beds on the beach that are reserved solely for the guests. The views from the property are just breathtaking. There is a massive terrace on top with BBQ, big table and a sun bed. The location can’t be any better with restaurants around, ferry terminal, Walmart within walking distance and local souvenir shops. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Condo is extremely clean and location is the best! We loved the pool it was perfect to watch the cruise ships. The pool club next door is fabulous you feel like you are at a resort! We had massages and ate dinner there 2 times! The night vibe there is romantic; tiki lights and fire and candlelight, loved it all. Romeo’s for Italian. Yes rent this condo! Be ready for seaweed this time of year in Playa.

Ina’s place is awesome! It looks just like the pictures, if not better. We loved the location, took some good naps in the rooftop which is so peaceful. The swimming pool was super clean and heated, plenty of chairs on the beach, and the restaurant next to it will serve you drinks and food which was awesome. I loved that we didn’t have to worry about doing dishes, taking the trash out, washing linens and all the stuff most places make you do. They came to clean the condo once during our stay (5 nights) which was very nice. This place is worth the price and would 100% recommend.

We loved the condo!! my Mom has mobility issues and the onsite staff and elevator made it very easy for her to get around. The unit was amazing, roof top patio was exactly as pictured. Perfect spot to have an early evening drink and watch the cruise ships sail away from Cozumel. Our host was super sweet and very responsive. We will be sharing our wonderful experience with friends. My husband and I have been to Playa many times and this is by far the best place we have been to. It felt like you were staying at a friend’s cozy home with an amazing and peaceful view of the water. Everything you need is close by including some amazing restaurants. Would come back in a heart beat!

We extremely enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the place was clean. The VIEW is to die for. Everything is in walking distance. The beach is steps away with your own lounge chairs to soak up the sun. And the trusted taxis are right at the tip of the street. We can’t wait to return next year! Girls trip (3 of us) x 7d. PRO: Host was great, quick to respond. . Arrived at the airport to return home, realized left our passports in the condo safe. Inna was amazingly helpful, condo neighbor assisted as we didn't have time to go back to Playa. Very stressful but crisis averted thanks to Inna and an amazing taxi driver! The condo was perfect on arrival, clean, cool, comfy beds, kitchen had everything you might need. Option for cleaning service (we did not use). Second day walked to Walmart (~15min walk) to pick up a few food items to have on hand. Pool was cool, clean and refreshing. Beach was perfect, cleaned daily. Abdias set up our chairs and umbrella each time. INTI restaurant next store was great - (chair service food/drinks). ONLY complaint - loud thumping music noise every night. We didn't anticipate the chaos of 5th. Not our vibe and is the ONLY reason we would not return. Stuck to other streets, amazing food - Choux Choux Cafe, Primo, Don Lucas, Romeo.

Inna is an amazing host, she was always attentive, responded very quickly, attentively and clearly. The place is amazing, in the heart of Playa, one block from the beach and one block from 5th Avenue. Everything in order, everything clean, the description is exactly what you receive, in definitive a place I would return. 100% recommended

Inna’s place has a straight view to the infinity pool - beach - ocean whether you are on the rooftop deck, main balcony, or seated on the couch! The view is flanked by two palm trees which makes it even more picturesque. The staff is super efficient and friendly. Having your own lounge chair by the pool or on the beach is wonderful. Additional staff is there to provide an umbrella or two if you ask for it. Very convenient to take the stairs or elevator right down to the pool and beach. Even more convenient is a little bodega right next to the entrance gate! Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Luna Encantada!

What a great property & a very responsive & helpful host in Inna. Definitely recommend this property for peaceful relaxation & right in the middle of everything all in one.

We have rented many condos and homes throughout the years. This truly was our favorite!! The roof top private deck is amazing! The condo feels like home with lovely decor and very comfortable beds, couches and so much more. We loved the location, nestled between two beach bars. The citizens of Playa are kind, generous, welcoming and very fun! We will back! Thank you Inna for sharing your home and helping us make wonderful memories! Viva la Lida

Can't say enough good about our time at Inna's condo. It was clean and had everything we could have thought of needing. The balcony overlooking the pool and beach was our favorite place to settle at the beginning and end of each day. The pool was very nice and the beach just steps below. Beach chairs are reserved only for the guests of Luna Encantada so don't have to worry about getting a chair. Short walk to 5th Ave for the all the restaurants and shops but when we were in the complex it didn't feel like you were that close to the action. This is a condo building has 24 units. Many of the guests are frequent visitors and are very welcoming and love to share why they won't stay anywhere else. Thanks for a perfect vacation Inna!

Our stay was wonderful - if anything, the listing didn’t do the stay justice! We had a direct oven view off of the private patio and huge private rooftop, which we thought would be shared based on the size. Additionally you are just a couple of flights of stairs down to the pool which overlooks the beach and ocean. Once on the beach, there is full, private service for chairs, as well as two restaurants next door that both offer chair side food and drinks. The condo itself was large, clean, and very quiet from the surrounding bars and restaurants. Because it is just a block from 5th street we were also accessible to endless restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. We plan to stay here again!!

Great place, well decorated and well kept. Pictures are exactly what it is, so many listings now are 5 yr old pictures and in disrepair. This place is squeaky clean and in great condition. The rooftop is excellent with a great view. The pool is excellent and you are centrally located to walk to almost anything. The private parking is a great perk too, it might be confusing getting to it at first but just drive down Calle 6 slowly and people will get out of the way, the entrance is just past the convience store. We would definitely choose this condo again when we come back!

We had such a great stay! It is a power down vacation for us so not too many activities but a few tips! Inna's place was perfect--in fact, we go to Playa every other year and if available, hope to make this our usual stay:) We found the location quiet and the pool and ocean super refreshing. The balcony and rooftop were perfect shade spots for afternoon naps and reading. It had everything we needed! We enjoyed dinners away from 5th Avenue--- El Curandero Mariscos Asadero el Pollo Lido's beach club for breakfast and lunch Tomales from street cart It is easy to take the bus from Cancun airport--drops you off just a few blocks from the condo and it is comfortable and stress free. $15 a person--purchase just before you exit the airport terminal to go outside.

We stay in a lot of Airbnb’s. This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Amazing ocean views from the balcony and massive roof top patio. The home is immaculate and the finishings are absolutely stunning. The pool and beach are right outside your doorstep. The Conceirge and staff was top notch. Thanks Inna we will be back next year!😀

Inna’s condo was the perfect stay for a winter getaway. It was meticulously and the view is stunning. We were greeted by the staff and the condos and they check in on us regularly. Inna was very responsive to all questions. And helped us find the condo. (FYI: maps doesn’t give you the correct directions when driving your own vehicle.) We hope to come back soon. We loved the location. It was perfect for a family. The beach, the pool, and the walk-ability were perfect. Note for families with small children. The condo only has showers which was difficult for our 18 month old, but we managed. There are also a lot of beautiful, breakable decorations that we had to tuck away out of little ones reach. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay!! This condo is so spacious and beautiful! The beds (especially the king bed) were so comfortable. It’s centrally located along the main strip, 5th Avenue and walking distance to almost everything including many restaurants, shops, and the ferry to Cozumel. Everything was as described and we would love to stay again!

My husband and I went to Playa del Carmen with friends and rented Inna’s place. It did not disappoint. The residence itself is private and gated with friendly staff. Very safe. The condo itself is beautiful, inside and out. Honestly better than the pictures. It has everything you need to feel at home. Fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook, towels for the pool, coolers for drinks to take down to the beach or pool and the beds and pillows were fantastic too. The rooftop is amazing. Fantastic views no matter where you are in the condo. When we arrived my app wasn’t working very well so I called Inna and she answered right away and helped me with a few questions I had. She called her neighbor, who lives on property, and she met us at the gate and walked us to our condo. Lovely lady. It’s a great location for wandering downtown and cabs are steps from the residence. I highly recommend Inna’s place to anyone that wants a relaxing, stress free vacation.

This is a beautiful place to stay! The location is amazing & right off of 5th Avenue. There's a Walmart that's walkable that has everything you will need. Taxis are always available & line up on the same street as the condo. There's great food & service next door at Fusion restaurant (right on the beach). There's also a place called La Cochi-Loka nearby, they serve THE best tacos. The onsite personnel is friendly & helpful, Victor at reception was great & helped us settle in. The beach concierge is awesome, they are attentive & friendly. The cleaning lady comes every 3 days or as needed The condo is safe, you use a keycode to access both the building & the beach. The condo is clean & comes with everything that you will need, including great wi-fi. It is spacious & the bedrooms are on opposite wings, which is nice for privacy. There is a balcony with a set of stairs that leads to the rooftop. The grill on the rooftop is awesome & you have gorgeous views of the ocean all day & night!

Great place! Great location!!! It was nice being right on the beach but also nice to be right off of 5th avenue! Walked to shops and restaurants and to Cozumel ferry. Inna’s place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! At first I thought it was a little expensive but that place has everything you need. Totally worth it! It felt like home, my family was happy and most importantly comfortable.

Absolutly a beautiful and comfortable place to stay for our family of 4. The condo is exactly how the ad and pictures are describe. Staff was very friendly and helpful thoughout our week stay. Daily cleaning service is optional. Everything was in perfect working conditions: strong AC units, good water pressure showers, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, easy access parking for our rental car, walking distance from restaurant, shops, entertainment, and the beach. There was little bit of construction noise next door. So if you like to sleep in in the mornings and sentative to noise, bring ear plugs. Also, you can hear some club music late at night. Again, bring ear plugs if you sleep early. The noise didn't bother us at all. Over all we enjoyed our stay at Inna's place.

The pool and beach were amazing. Inti beach restaurant was so convenient for drinks and food. Also steps away from the bustling 5th Avenue. We had some great trips out to Chichen itza, cenote, Cozumel and Xel ha waterpark. Edith was on-site and so friendly and helpful. Inna was great at responding too. A really lovely holiday.

Words can’t describe how AMAZING Inna’s place is and how hospitable she was. Our on-site connection Edith was as well. Our trip started out with our flight 3 hours delayed and then the driver had trouble finding Luna Encantada but Inna was right on it the minute I texted her. She even got on the phone with the driver to explain. It was definitely worth the troubles we had when we walked in and saw the beautiful ocean right from the living room and the main bedroom. I definitely give a 10 out of a 5 star rating. Will recommend to all my friends and family soooo you better act fast to not miss out! You’ll be disappointed to go anywhere else.
