Our experience at this Airbnb was quite disappointing. Access to the building is complicated, as it is a dirt road and, with the rain, it fills with potholes, mud, and water. The internet didn't work at all during our stay. The building is right next to a creek and I personally saw a crocodile there, with practically direct access to the beach, which made us feel unsafe. In addition, we found a cockroach inside the house (I can attach pictures) Another important detail for those traveling as a couple is that the host provides only one key. If you want to do separate activities, this is very inconvenient. We requested an additional key and they asked us for a deposit, but we didn't receive it until a day and a half after our arrival. I think there are several important aspects that should be improved, especially regarding the cockroach, access, security, and guest service. For these reasons, I would hesitate to stay again
Host Response
In my opinion August is not a good month to visit Puerto Vallarta. Yes, it rains a lot and yes there are crocodiles. The owners only leave one access key for the rooftop terrace because the guests keep losing them and-or taking them back home in their suitcases.

Access to the apartment was a bit complicated, and besides, they should clarify from the time the apartment is booked that parking has an extra cost, and furthermore, it does not belong to the owner, which is a problem upon arrival. However, the location is incredible, the cleanliness is spectacular, and the amenities are 10/10. We recommend it 100%, just specifying the access methods. Speechless view...

This beachfront penthouse condo exceeded all our expectations! Being on the top floor offered stunning views, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the entire place cool and comfortable after a day in the sun. We loved the incredible amenities, especially the infinity pools, the rooftop pool, and the gym with a gorgeous view. The property felt very safe and secure, and having direct beach access made it the ultimate getaway. The space was bright, clean, and the host made check-in a breeze. 10/10 experience!

The apartment is lovely, and the views from the balcony are beautiful. The rooftop pool is super nice and heated. The gym is very well equipped. We would have liked to have had a snack or beverage service in the pool area and sun loungers on the beach. Overall, the place is fine. I recommend it!

Beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Beds are comfortable. Nice deck with comfortable furniture. Really appreciated having a bbq. Enjoyed the pools very much. Would stay again.

We had a great stay in Puerto Vallarta. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, making it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host (Matt) was responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

I felt like Matt’s penthouse offered far more than anyone could hope for. The view of the beach was incredible, and if you stay long enough, you’ll catch a stunning sunset stretching across the horizon
