This property is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, the house itself is gorgeous, and the beds are very comfortable. The access to the sea with the swim platform and through the rocks was a great thing to have. So many beautiful spaces to hang out in this very well-equipped and well located house! Host was very responsive and accommodating and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

This was, without a doubt, the best place in San Carlos. From the moment we walked in, it felt so welcoming, peaceful, and beautiful and it honestly looks better than the pictures! I already know that every time I come back to San Carlos, this is where I want to stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything is excellent, the location is perfect

We loved staying at this gorgeous home! It was so serene with stunning views! Multiple relaxing areas, the host was very attentive to our requests and questions. We had to drive to get to the beach because it was high tide and we had a cooler and a wagon, but sounds like if you are adventurous you can get to the beach through the rocks. There is no longer beach access from the neighborhood. Swimming and watching the pelicans was such a cool to experience! We will definitely comeback if we can! Incredible home, host, and vacation for sure! We highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!! exactly what we needed in San Carlos!!! This beachfront Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sea while having breakfast was unreal. The location is ideal, peaceful, with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez, yet still close to great local spots for tacos and cold cervezas.

As great as the photos are, they do not do this beautiful property justice. Incredible views of the beach and ocean. Located right on the water with beach access and a short walk to a larger beach. We had plans to explore San Carlos more but enjoyed the house so much we hardly left the property.

This was the most incredible stay we’ve had in San Carlos, if not Mexico in general. Everything was exactly as described and more than we could have expected. The home is beautiful and located right on the water with impeccable views throughout the entire home. We loved that all three rooms had their own private bathroom and a separate powder room. The mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable and the location in general was perfect for a relaxing stay. We can’t wait to stay here again!

My sisters and I had the best time celebrating my 40th birthday at Ronald’s beautiful home. The home itself was stunning with great decor and over all very comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked for your cooking needs! The view and water access was unmatched, especially those evening sunsets. The hot tub was a great bonus for the chillier evenings catching sunset. We would definitely stay again!

We had a beautiful vacation at Ronald's place. Cesar met us to check in and walk us through everything. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the views were incredible! We went fishing right off the beach every day, walked to the beach and restaurant, and enjoyed the hot tub and incredible views. Ronald was a very responsive host and we hope to come back again!

Our new favorite place to stay in San Carlos. Our 2 and 5 year old boys loved the easy access to the beach and ocean right down the stairs from the house. Ronald was very responsive with any questions we had. Located in a secure and safe neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed.

As said in previous reviews, this is a little paradise right on the ocean! Perfect host who will answer all your needs. A big surprise that hadn’t been mentioned on the listing is that at the bottom of the ladder to access the water, we found soft sand, with water at waist height, and we enjoyed dipping endlessly there and watch amazing sunsets ! No need to go to the public beach, we found ours right there :) Thank you Ron for caring so well about your guests, merci beaucoup!

The house was amazing! Such great views of the water and being able to go down to the water right outside the house was amazing. We were able to rent Jetskies that were able to come close to the house as well. This house was in a great location and had ample space for everyone. Will definitely stay again!

What a glorious stay. Super friendly host and Cesar was super accommodating. San Carlos is a great small town with so much to do. Our host recommended a wonderful chef and we had her make breakfast for us every day while we watched the ocean and relaxed. The house has every type of accommodation. We also did a yoga session one AM. Plenty of restaurants and adventures in San Carlos. What a gem! We will be back for sure!

A true ocean front destination. Home had everything you could imagine down to needle and thread. Only draw backs were the the shared pool needs to be heated and lounge chairs made available. However, we found a hotel within walking distance where you could get a reasonable day pass. The golf in the area is a disappointment so stay home if you are addicted to golf. Can’t say enough about the 1.5 mile beach for walks and stops at quaint bars. The astounding thing is, there aren’t throngs of people. You feel like you own the place! Weather was great from morning, noon and night. Pretty easy to communicate even if you don’t speak Spanish. Great restaurants and lovely , kind people. We’ll be back. ❤️

Best vacation rental we have ever been to. Absolutely beautiful home only matched by the views from any one of 4 patios. Beds were very comfortable. As far as amenities at the home, we wanted for nothing. Very well stocked. Every detail was thoughtfully planned. Can’t wait to go back. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Our first visit to beautiful San Carlos could not have been more enchanting than staying at Ronald’s villa. Very functional living space well decorated with full amenities throughout. The ocean view from the terrace is spectacular. The location is very private and quiet in a secure gated community. Ronald is a super host, very accommodating and accessible to your needs. Definitely enjoyed our stay with many fond memories.

Great place to stay with family and friends!

A very beautiful house, very organized, impeccable, the place is very quiet and pleasant, with a very nice view, everything needed for a relaxing time on the beach.

It is an understatement to describe the views at Ron's place as anything less than breathtaking. We used the private swimming dock every day and spent as much time on the balconies (I said balconies...PLURAL) as possible. The inside of the home was lovely - large kitchen, open concept dining and sitting areas, and each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Ron was attentive and available; he provided recommendations for local dining locations and was very understanding when I reported I had accidentally broken a plate. I was very pleased with our stay and will look to book Ron's place next time I come to San Carlos.

This is one of the best places we have stayed and we have stayed in many homes in many places. Ronald is a very responsive host, and the house is amazing. You could easily never leave, it has everything you could ask for. Great location, great access to the ocean and amazing comfort. One of the best things is that it has 3 king beds with 3 private bathrooms, something most places don’t have. The swim deck is amazing and a great way to start and end the day… no need to head to a beach

The listing was accurate, check-in was flawlessly easy, and the entire home was impeccably clean and well stocked. Ron was very quick and attentive in all correspondence and even visited the home to show us where all of the light switches were and how to use the fire pit. I highly recommend Ron as a host as highly recommend this home, as well!

This is the ultimate place to unwind and relax. In the daytime, we went snorkeling right off the back deck. Saw lots of stingrays and other cool fish. When we wanted to go jet skiing, Cesar had jet skis delivered to the deck within minutes. At night, we sat on the porch and watched the sunset. Can’t think of anything more tranquil than watching the sun rise and set from the porch of this beautiful home. Was worth every penny and we’ll definitely be back next year.

Ron was terrific, our flight got delayed and I let him know. He made accommodations to let us in even much later than planned. His recommendations were spot on. Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful

The house was so beautiful the pictures don’t really do it justice, the huge windows over looking the water, where we got to see the dolphins most mornings was amazing. We will be back for sure!

This is the 4th time I visit San Carlos, and the first staying at Ronald’s residence. All I have to say is that the house is beautiful, one of the best Airbnb’s in whole San Carlos. The house have also paddle and kayak, I used both (you have direct access to the beach). The view from the back patio and Jacuzzi are amazing. We had the fortune to see some dolphins swimming in front of the house the 3 days we stayed there. Communication was good. I’m already planning to stay here again.

Beautiful setting!

This place is just as nice as the pictures! Perfect for 3 couples. It is in a quiet development that is also convenient to anything you would want to do in the area. The patio overlooking the bay was so amazing that we went out first thing in the morning and spent every evening - from just before sunset to bedtime out there enjoying the sounds of the water.

Ronald’s place is wonderful! I was contemplating his place since it was on the higher end of my budget but I am so glad we decided to pay a little more because what we got in return was incredible. His house is spacious, peaceful and has breathtaking views! I highly recommend Ronald’s place.

We have stayed in four Airbnb's in San Carlos now (and many others around the US). Ron's place is the best (home + host hospitality). The house is absolutely stunning. Views to the sea and the thoughtful placement of the walk down to the deck speak to Ron's care for attention to every detail. (He purchased the lot and designed and organized the build himself.) Then, the dock has a ladder down into the water where you can experience world class snorkeling around the coral reef. We've been to the Aquarium locally and have dove GBR, Maui, and Belize. This is truly world class snorkeling and it is right off the dock. Incredible! Then coming back from your swim there is an outside shower to rinse off. Wonderful! Inside the house the furnishings and artwork are beautifully stylish giving a luxurious and local cultural feel. Kitchen is well appointed. Open and lots of counter space for family meal prep. Then layer on top of all this a welcoming Spanish courtyard and the rooftop area. It just was such a relaxing and peaceful place to be. Hospitality - Ron went above and beyond for us. Recommended and organized massage therapy in the house for our group. Restaurant recommendations and more! If your group size needs up to three bedrooms book this place. Ron has priced it right. No need to worry about this being a dud. Everything will exceed your expectations.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place for our trip to San Carlos. Ronald’s home is impeccably designed, with more comforts than even home has to offer (those beds!). Cesar was also exceptionally helpful, even getting jet skis delivered right to the dock of the house. The kitchen was perfect for blending up margaritas and making elaborate meals with all of the fresh seafood available in town. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Ron's gorgeous beach home! The house was way more provisioned than any other San Carlos rental we have stayed in, and we go at least three times a year so that's saying a lot. We loved all of the outdoor space...especially the sandy beach palapa where we could hang out in the shade watching our girls paddle board and snorkel. Ron was very responsive when we had any questions. Would highly recommend this home! Very relaxing!
