Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was amazing and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Casa Kaiman. We arrived early and Mijal was kind enough to let us park our car and belongings in the secure driveway while the unit was cleaned and we went to the beach. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own en suite bathroom, which was incredibly convenient, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here with 2 families as it’s a very comfortable setup with lots of space. The plunge pool was an added bonus and incredibly refreshing after a long day at the beach! The location was incredible as there were numerous restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. We had a car for activities out of Nosara/Guiones but could absolutely stay here for a week without a car. We hope to be back in the near future.

We had an amazing stay at Kaiman house in Nosara! From the moment we checked in, Stacie was available, helpful, and took care of everything we needed. The house is in the best location, super clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We truly loved our time there and would absolutely recommend it!

My family has been to Nosara/Guiones many times and rented several other houses. This house and location was our favorite. It is convenient to everything. This is the first time we did not rent a car and it worked out fine. Very walkable location. We were there to primarily surf and the beach access is like 100-150 yards. We would definitely stay again.

Our family has been to Nosara several times and this home was the very best property we have stayed at within Nosara. The home was spacious with every amenity needed, including bikes and beach chairs. We cannot await to return!!!

Amazing place in Nosara / great location

Beautiful, new and quiet home in the heart of Guiones! Even though you're in the center of town, we felt like we were tucked away in our own private quiet retreat. House is gorgeous and the host team were all very lovely and helpful. We had an awesome stay and would definitely stay again!

We were blown away by our stay at Casa Kaiman - Villa Blanco. The house was gorgeous, well equipped, super clean and Mijal was so helpful as was Pablo, the concierage. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a beautiful time!

Loved our stay at Casa Kaiman in Nosara! Perfectly located down the street from the beach and easy walking to terrific restaurants. The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family. Would definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay in Nosara. The house is in a very central, convenient location close to restaurants and the beach. The area can be a bit busy though the house itself was quiet. We had a couple of minor issues with power and Wi-Fi, but the host was extremely responsive. They went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and coordinating tours. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host.

Absolutely beautiful home in a really great spot a short walk to beach, restaurants, cafes surf shops etc. would definitely return!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. We went as a surprise trip for my boyfriend with a few friends and one small baby and it was perfect. Fantastic bedroom layout for accommodating the big group, extremely clean, great backyard/pool area, and walkable to the best spots. We didn’t have a car nor did we need one. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 5-10 minutes to most restaurants/grocery stores. We were delayed getting in and the host made sure we had food ordered & waiting for us so we weren’t hungry. Best trip ever! Thanks so much to Mijal & Stacie! We will be back.

This home was even more beautiful in person. The location is perfect; walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops in Nosara and most importantly, only a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and well taken care of, maintenance even came by to clean the pool and outdoor areas during our stay. Hosts were helpful and responsive! We would love to come back!
