Just steps from your spacious accommodation, you'll find top restaurants, fitness centers, shopping, and most importantly, Guiones Beach—a seven-kilometer stretch of white sand with consistent waves year-round, perfect for surfing and a variety of outdoor activities.
The Space
This four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence provides ample room for larger groups or families to relax and spread out, while also offering plenty of inviting spaces to gather and connect.

- A fully equipped, upgraded kitchen with a 10-foot center island and additional seating
- Indoor and outdoor natural wood dining tables
- A media and gaming room
- A private pool with a gazebo
- An outdoor BBQ area
Every bedroom is furnished with pillow-top mattresses and high-quality linens. The entire home is fully air-conditioned, and all furniture combines functionality with sophisticated design. The construction thoughtfully blends premium materials with locally sourced, sustainable woods.
After a fulfilling day exploring the Costa Rican jungle and coastline, Villa Blanco provides a serene and comfortable sanctuary.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
Additional Information
Villa Blanco is situated directly next to Villa Azul. For larger gatherings or retreats, guests may inquire about renting both properties.
Nosara is a growing and dynamic community, which may occasionally involve nearby construction activity. While every effort is made to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay, construction noise or disruptions in the surrounding area are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience and remain dedicated to making your visit as comfortable and memorable as possible despite any occasional disturbances.

We loved our stay at Casa Kaiman. We arrived early and Mijal was kind enough to let us park our car and belongings in the secure driveway while the unit was cleaned and we went to the beach. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own en suite bathroom, which was incredibly convenient, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here with 2 families as it’s a very comfortable setup with lots of space. The plunge pool was an added bonus and incredibly refreshing after a long day at the beach! The location was incredible as there were numerous restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. We had a car for activities out of Nosara/Guiones but could absolutely stay here for a week without a car. We hope to be back in the near future.

My family and I had a great time at the house. The pool was nice and it was walking distance to restaurant’s and the beach. House was clean and Ac worked great. Thank you 🙏🏼

We had an amazing stay at Kaiman house in Nosara! From the moment we checked in, Stacie was available, helpful, and took care of everything we needed. The house is in the best location, super clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We truly loved our time there and would absolutely recommend it!

My family has been to Nosara/Guiones many times and rented several other houses. This house and location was our favorite. It is convenient to everything. This is the first time we did not rent a car and it worked out fine. Very walkable location. We were there to primarily surf and the beach access is like 100-150 yards. We would definitely stay again.

Our family has been to Nosara several times and this home was the very best property we have stayed at within Nosara. The home was spacious with every amenity needed, including bikes and beach chairs. We cannot await to return!!!

Beautiful, new and quiet home in the heart of Guiones! Even though you're in the center of town, we felt like we were tucked away in our own private quiet retreat. House is gorgeous and the host team were all very lovely and helpful. We had an awesome stay and would definitely stay again!

We were blown away by our stay at Casa Kaiman - Villa Blanco. The house was gorgeous, well equipped, super clean and Mijal was so helpful as was Pablo, the concierage. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a beautiful time!
