Rodrigo and Nuria were excellent hosts, the house exceeded our expectations, we went for a bachelor party and it was an excellent decision. They are very friendly, attentive, highly recommended, the area is very nice.

Rodrigo’s place was perfect for a weekend meet up with friends. The location was so easy to get to right by the airport. The pool and outdoor area were great to spend time in, and we also enjoyed using the pool table, the tv room and the piano. It was walking distance to restaurants and beach access by some resorts. And Rodrigo was very accommodating.

Rodrigo was very attentive to the different needs or concerns we had. The house is very well equipped, great location, highly recommended

Everything was excellent, the house is as shown in the photos, with an excellent location 5 minutes from the marina and the airport, ideal if you are going as a large group, either for a party or as a family. The pool and the Jacuzzi were very comfortable, we only had a problem with the temperature of the pool but Rodrigo fixed it very quickly. I would definitely repeat when I return to Vallarta.

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is beautiful, super clean, spacious and comfortable for the whole family. My daughter had a great time in the pool, and at night we watched movies together in the family room. It was an unforgettable memory for her. My mother-in-law and my mother were delighted with the house. They were fascinated by how beautiful and well cared for it is. The pool table was a hit with the adults and my daughter. We all played and had a lot of fun. The air conditioners worked perfectly, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is also excellent: very close to the airport and not so far from downtown Puerto Vallarta. You can easily get to the esplanade, restaurants, and several nearby beaches to spend the day using Uber. And something I really want to highlight: the host was incredibly attentive and kind from the start. Always attentive, answering questions. Thank you Rodrigo

My family absolutely loved their stay at Rodrigo's home. Between Puerto Vallarta's beautiful beaches and the house's pool, our girls stayed active and happy throughout our entire stay. Many thanks to Rodrigo for his excellent and prompt communication. We had a small problem with the electricity in the kitchen, and in a moment he was in the house fixing it, despite it being Saturday night. We asked for more sheets and he also provided them to us in an instant. The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy a few quiet and fun days. The pool and social area were what we enjoyed the most. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We had a party of 8 total ranging 6 y/o to 77 y/o, EVERYONE had something great to say about the house. The older people loved the quietness of the neighborhood and the size of the house. The 6 y/o loved the pool and patio area, the 23 y/o loved those too and the closeness to everything. My wife and I just enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy time with the family and everyone be happy with the place. We’re very happy that we chose this place for our 1st time in Vallarta!!🌴☀️🏖️🌊🏊‍♂️🥳🤩❤️

We had an amazing time at Rodrigo’s place . We were a multigenerational group of 9 and there was more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen is big and has everything you need. The outdoor area is beautiful , well kept . The house is within walking distance to a public beach and close to La Marina where there are restaurants and shops. The place is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. There was great communication with the hosts. They responded to our questions right away. Overall we had a great stay . Thanks for everything!

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely ideal. The house itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and so well-equipped. It felt like a luxurious home away from home. The hosts were exceptional — super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It was clear they really care about their guests! The building's amenities were also fantastic. The pool was a great place to relax, and I loved the peaceful ambiance around the property. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the space to the highest standard. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Rodrigo's attention at all times was excellent to coordinate upon arrival at the accommodation, he was flexible with my group to receive us an hour before check-in. As soon as the house was spotless, very large and very comfortable, the pool area was amazing to have a good time in a group or family and make a roast meat. The area is very quiet and you can go out to walk the entire Marina, it has very close to a restaurant area to which you arrive walking in 10 minutes, or if you prefer the Uber come quickly and take you to the yachts and restaurants area for 80 pesos. Anyway, I would definitely rent again on my visit to Vallarta.

I had never met a host as dedicated as he is. The refrigerator stopped working and in less than 2 hours he had a new one installed for us. That's the level of service. The best experience on Airbnb. A beautiful house in a very good location

This was an amazing house for our group family trip! The pool was great and the slightly warmer “hot tub” area was a great size for little kids to practice swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed, including things like coffee and salt. It’s a quick walk to many restaurants at the marina, and a 30 minute taxi ride to the main downtown area. To access the closest beach you have to walk through the hotels, which we never tried because it’s hard to sneak through with 11 people. Rodrigo was very accommodating and responsive.

We were delighted!!! Great location, close to everything, amazing beds, super spacious. My children, my parents, my husband and I were super comfortable and very happy with the accommodation. The house is beautiful!! Of course we'll be back next year 😍😍

RECOMENDADISMO!!! The accommodation was just like the photos, in a good area (by the marina), very comfortable beds, the ample and fun pool (with slide, jacuzzi and fountain), a barbecue on its terrace, kitchen with everything you need and some extra things (I didn't expect to find there), quite a few bath and pool towels. Rodrigo's treatment was always attentive, cordial and quick. I was always attentive to our needs, requests and doubts. A very comfortable and spacious place to stay with family and/or friends.

I recommend the listing you are currently viewing because you can rest assured about the comfort, hospitality, and amenities that are drawing your attention based on the photos. Rodrigo and Adrián are extremely friendly and deliver exactly what is promised in the property listing. I went with my family (a total of 12 people), and comfort was never an issue. Please note that the property is close to the airport, which offers the advantage of a journey of less than 10 minutes to get there. I'm usually skeptical about listings, and frankly, there was nothing here to be skeptical about.

Hosted a weekend getaway for 8 friends at Rodrigos place. He was very responsive and flexible. Its a good place worth the price with a large group. Nice pool and great location close to the airport. It is a bit far from downtown by walk, but a short taxi ride will get you there. Would stay again!

Very large, well appointed house. Very nice private pool area. Short walk to Marina Vallarta restaurants and beach.

The house is super well located and the pool was very nice, which was good because it was getting a little cold. Rodrigo is very effective as a host, one day we had a slight problem with the light and the NOS solved it very quickly. The seawall is about 30 minutes away but there are very good bars and restaurants also the Soriana is a 10-minute walk away and a McDonald's right there. Highly recommended and we look forward to coming back soon

very nice house, and Rodrigo was a gracious host. any issues he responded to quickly and let us check in/out at a flexible time which helped us a lot. the area is quiet but not too remote, walkable distance to a grocery store/plaza and of course you can uber anywhere easily. heated pool is awesome.

We loved our stay here, the heated pool was appreciated at night, it’s a little warm during the day but if you’re planning to explore during the day and swim at night it’s perfect. Rodrigo was very helpful and responded quickly during our stay. The bedding and towels were all so clean, AC worked great which was important to us. Kitchen had all you need to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was incredible! It’s in a very good location, safe and close to restaurants, supermarkets, golf course, and so much more. The house amenities, were excellent, the pool was good, the house has plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms good size, good kitchen, laundry and dryer, among others. Rodrigo (Host) is an incredible person, very responsive, proactive, friendly and he always helped us to resolve any issue we came across. I would recommend this place for a peaceful, enjoyable and fun stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Everything was very good with the house. It was very nice and spacious, and Rodrigo was always attentive to what might be needed. A very good experience!!!

I highly recommend this house not only is it beautiful, it's a one-story home with very large rooms all with bathrooms very homie, it has all the things you need to have a wonderful vacation, it has a beautiful garden in the front and a very spacious garage, very private, neighbors are very quiet and are walking distance from the beach, but honestly with the pool and the water slide you might not even need the beach, it has a second freezer in the laundry room which is a big plus because you need more than the ice from the fridge, washer, and dryers are in perfect conditions and they are fast. Now the host Rodrigo was super helpful and extra professional every time I had a question he would reply to my text within 10 minutes and sometimes it was late at night but he was still answering and making sure we were having the best time, definitely worth every penny we were so happy with everything that we are thinking of coming back next year. I rate this house a 10 out of 10.

Everything excellent!

Everything was great about the place and Rodrigo as a host. Place was beautiful and well kept. We had a minor issue with the piano (our fault) and Rodrigo was very accommodating! We requested Rodrigo to have help around the house for cooking and chores. Cleaning was great, some work on Elia’s cooking needed. We have had much better experiences in other stays. Not bad but the price/service left us wondering a bit. Rodrigo was a great host and helped us in anything requested. Great place to stay! Having a heated pool was super fabulous as Vallarta was a bit chilly this time around. Kids did not want to leave the pool!
