Michelle’s place is spectacular as is the whole AWA complex inside of Playacar. This is our second time staying at a residence inside AWA and Michelle’s location is amazing. It’s right off of the pool which is the star of the show. Her place is beautiful, comfortable and a home away from home. Her property manager Claudio is extremely attentive, responds right away and gives very detailed directions and check in information. My family and I will be back for sure!!

Excellent stay. The location in Playacar is unbeatable, perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen and getting around easily. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and is located within an excellent quality condominium. Everything feels premium, safe and very nice. I would highly recommend it.

Playacar is an amazing place to stay for a longer period. It’s a safe and well-maintained environment. The residence itself is also excellent—very suitable for families with children. The jacuzzi is very warm and enjoyable. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. A few small things that could be improved: 1) The large frying pan needs a lid 2) It would have been helpful to receive the check-in information 48 hours before arrival 3) I don’t like having to think about electricity usage during a vacation. I understand that the allocated limit is generous and that some guests may misuse it by running all AC units 24/7, but it still creates a bit of unnecessary concern Overall, it’s a fantastic place and was definitely our family’s number one stay during our entire trip to Mexico. Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay. We worked remotely while there as a couple in tech. The internet (WiFi) was around 50mbps down / 25mbps up in the Airbnb which was sufficient to be productive throughout the week. The pool and hot tub are just a few meters away. Overall a nice place to stay

The residence is very secure and the location is great. The swimming pool and amenities are sumptuous. The accommodation is beautiful with direct access to the pool. Clean and well-equipped. The host and claudio are very friendly and responsive. I would recommend it 100%

I feel very fortunate that Michelle’s loft was available on short notice because our previous accommodation didn’t work out. Michelle communicated promptly while we were arranging our stay. Then Claudio, her property manager took care of any details Very efficiently. The condo is absolutely beautiful and accommodated three adults and a toddler nicely. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were all excellent. Thanks to the portable crib and room darkening shades in the downstairs bedroom, the baby slept well- which means we did too. The infinity pool is incredible. There’s Also a nice playground onsite, and a convenience store, café and restaurants right across the street. The taxi into the center of Playa Del Carmen is just a 10 minute ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s loft, I couldn’t recommend it more highly

The apartment is superbly located, very well equipped, Michelle was always attentive giving good recommendations, good options nearby to eat, the Oxxo in front is very practical, and the complex is very nice, the pool is very large, the gym is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, everything is excellent... I will definitely be back.

This Airbnb was everything our family needed for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The highlight for us was definitely the pool it was incredible! You could literally step right out of the Airbnb and into the water. There was also a swim-up bar, which was such a treat! We enjoyed drinks, breakfast, and lunch right by the pool. It made our stay feel like a true vacation. Whether you’re relaxing by the water or exploring the area, this place offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

The loft home is lovely with a great pool/ amenities. It is a wonderful location if you’re going to the Xelha / Xenses / Xcaret parks but we wish we hadn’t spent all day at the parks so we could have relaxed at this home more!

We will definitely be back to this one. We’ve been around the world and this is a top destination from what we’ve seen. Bill was an upstanding gentleman, and Michelle was always able to answer our questions.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and beautifully decorated. Our interest was visiting close by attractions & Tulum and we were in the perfect area, Central playa in Playacar’ which is very safe and quiete. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool is large and Gym is wonderful. Michelle is a great communicator and always on the lookout for anything we wanted, any questions and restaurants recommendations.

This apartment in the AWA complex was just as amazing as the Host, the apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable and the amenities were great as well. Also super safe and close by restaurants, coffee shop & laundry services right across the street. Highly recommended for families as well as couples and thanks to Michelle who was very responsive & kind. Apartment is accessible to the pool & spa so it was nice for us to spend all day in the pool. Planning to visit Playa again in May will come back to this apartment for sure!

Michelle’s place is absolutely AMAZING! Love the spacious pool area, it’s peaceful and beautiful and we felt at ease all through the stay. The apartment amenities are amazing, if you fancy a trip to the beach it’s 15 minutes walk. Michelle did everything she could so our stay is worry free, very accommodating and responsive to all of our inquiries. The property itself is well maintained, spotless and very clean. It provided the perfect vacation spot for our family and we can’t wait to come here again. Just beautiful!!
