Casa Por Fin was everything we could have hoped for and more! The home is spacious and in the perfect location in PV. It’s a 1 block walk to the beach, and walking distance to the rest of the Zona Romantica. The pool was so nice too! Nick & Mory are great hosts, super welcoming and responsive. And Antonio was incredible! He cooked amazing breakfasts and was a joy to talk with in the morning. Nick & Mory had a pack and play (crib) for sleeping, a play pen set up near the pool, and a booster seat - all helpful amenities traveling with our 13 month old. Our group would highly recommend this spot for any groups traveling to PV!

Nick & Mory are excellent hosts. Their home is welcoming, clean, large enough for a group of friends, and has a pool with great sun! Nick & Mory greeted us with snacks and margaritas to kick off our vacation. This was a great addition to our trip. Antonio also made us breakfast several days of our visit for a low price per person, and it was delicious! The service and hospitality is phenomenal. Above all, Nick & Mory are thorough communicators who care for their guests. While staying at their home, much of Puerto Vallarta shut down for a couple days due to circumstances beyond Nick & Mory's control, and our flights were cancelled. Nick & Mory were proactive and communicated with us throughout the incident, and showed genuine care and concern for us. In addition, Nick & Mory allowed us to extend our stay at a lower rate due to this emergency, which they did not have to do and shows their dedication to ensuring a positive for those who visit their home. I’ve never had an Airbnb host that was so helpful, friendly, quick to respond to every message and offer to take care of any need in such a quick manner. The chef, Antonio was amazing! Mory’s place in Puerto Vallarta is a hidden gem! It’s about one block walk to the beach and walkable to nearly everything within Zona Romantica. The location is very well secured. We felt totally safe staying here with our 3 young children. There are restaurants/bars nearby that play music during the evening hours but the noise was very minimal and inaudible from the bedroom areas. We absolutely loved the private pool and outdoor patio. The best part, though, was the authentic Mexican cuisine that Antonio prepared for us each morning. Don’t skip this add-on, it’s well worth the small fee!

From the welcome to the goodbye we were floored with the attention to detail and the desire to make us feel as if this were our home away from home. The breakfasts were a welcomed addition and deliciously needed after late nights exploring our surroundings. The pool was a refreshing respite from the crowded condo pools that I've previously visited. The owners were engaged and attentive and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. All in all, easily the top 1% of Airbnbs that I have booked on this platform.

Nick and Mory's place was wonderful for our trip to PV with friends and family. We were traveling with 4 adults as well as 3 kids (6 yr old, 4 yr old and a 1 yr old). The house itself was great. It was clean, functional, and so much fun (the heated private pool was amazing). The service was also fantastic with the hosts being very friendly and responsive, while Antonio (the house caretaker) made the best food and had great recommendations about what to do in the area. Having the house so close to the beach and within walking distance to countless restaurants was very convenient. A couple minor issues being the sidewalks/roads near the residence are not stroller friendly (lots of sidewalk stairs and cobblestone streets in this area), and the hotel next door being loud at times (live outdoor entertainment 2 or 3 times per week). Both issues were manageable for us and it didn't take away from our great experience in PV. Highly recommended!

The pool was excellent. We've rented several heated pools over the years, but this one actually felt like it was heated and our 9 year spent most of our vacation comfortably swimming in this pool. The very large washer and dryer were a great plus. Antonio who manages the property was arguably the best chef we've had compared to our other stays in PV. Our son said the machaca was the best breakfast he'd ever had. We've stayed in PV many years, but we usually stay up in the hills. Staying in the city was a lovely change. Though there is more town noise in the heart of PV, it was completely worth that mild trade off to avoid the walks back and forth into the city in case you are trying to decide between the two different experiences. Staying here, you get great access to restaurants, bars, taco stands, and of course the beach, too, which is lacking for the isolated hill stay without a longer walk across a major road or a cab. We have no reservations recommending to others.

We chose Nick & Mory's place because we wanted to be next to the beach and close to all the best restaurants & attractions in PV. Everything was walkable and the neighborhood was safe, which was perfect for us as we were traveling with our two young adult children. Their home was even more beautiful in person and it was so nice to have the entire house to ourselves with a sparkling heated pool and a private chef prepare breakfast from scratch for us in the mornings. The fresh squeezed juices-pineapple, guava and hibiscus were to die for! My only comment would be if you're sensitive to noise, or have young children, this home is right where all the action is and the home's design is indoor/outdoor living at its best. This means you'll hear roosters crowing in the morning, loud music at the "adult only" neighboring hotels and bars, and cars going by. We were okay with it and still found the home peaceful and private. This place was one of a kind and N&M were the best hosts!

Nick and Morty are the consummate hosts and professionals. The house is beautiful, the optional breakfast are wonderful and the pool is divine. Definitely go to the brunch at Tryst if you can and enjoy the wonderful sparkling atmosphere of their neighborhood in PV. We saw tons of whales and fish on our trip to La Arcos, not as much bioluminescence as we wanted to, but it was still lovely in the morning, I did an art class at the place up the street and it was really fun. And we got really awesome animals, thanks to the owners. Full service!

Mory greeted us upon arrival with delicious tapas and margaritas, and gave us a helpful tour of the villa. He responded quickly to any questions and was proactive in making sure we were comfortable. For a very reasonable fee, our houseman Antonio made us delicious breakfasts and was there to assist with recommendations. The house was comfortable and the location is perfect and right in the center of everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay with Mory and Rick again!

We had a wonderful stay at Nick and Mory's beautiful home. The home is located in the heart of the romantic zone and a block from the beach. The house was beautiful - it had terracotta, brick, Talavera tiles everywhere, vibrant colors and a central cupola over the dining table that was just amazing. The pool was warm, clean and gorgeous and perfect for kids and adults. The hosts were welcoming, accommodating and kind. The housekeeper was spectacular (Antonio!) and super friendly as well. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a more traditional experience in PV in an amazing home!

If you are considering a stay in the Zona Romantica this is absolutely the house to rent! Nick and Mory were very welcoming and super attentive to an issue we had with the pool heater. Location was fantastic, with a very easy to walk to town and the beach. I will warn we had a stroller and the sidewalks have a lot of steps. There is a little market less than two blocks away. We purchased the breakfast service and the food was delicious. By far the best refried beans we have ever eaten! Antonio is kind and incredibly helpful. He comes each day from 7 until around noon, prepares breakfast, washes the pool towels and tidies up. I don’t feel this is advertised enough on the listing as having him at the house took our vacation to another level as far as relaxing goes! To note: house is old, so the water pressure wasn’t great in our shower and there is only air in the bedrooms. There is a hotel nearby that hosts a drag brunch on Sunday afternoon that was loud.

Me and my friend stayed here for my 28th birthday weekend trip and we had a blast. This home was perfect and comfortable for all of us each bedroom had its own bathroom and even an extra bathroom downstairs. there were snacks and margaritas waiting for us when we arrived. That was the first for me and I appreciate it. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely wonderful and the pool was amazing for those super hot days! I have stayed at other Airbnbs that claim they do a great breakfast...this one really delivered! Antonio is super talented and we loved all his food! Mory used to work for Martha Stewart so the welcome snacks, cocktail and decor for my mother's 80th birthday we just perfect for our arrival! Our two year old also loved the space! It is very walkable and super close to the beach. It is in the heart of Zona Romantica.

We had a great time. Antonio was great and so was his breakfast. The pool was nice and warm, very well kept. Best of all is the daily sunset from the beach as it is steps away from the house. Mory was always checking up on us and very responsive.

Things we loved about the home: - Great location - Communicative/helpful/proactive host - Welcome drinks & snacks were a very nice touch - 3 bedrooms with big beds, each with their own bathroom - Antonio (house manager) was so helpful & got there before we woke up to prepare coffee & cooked us breakfast for a very fair price - Private pool was a treat The house is open air in some parts which is beautiful from an architecture standpoint but do expect some noise. That said, we would still happily rebook with that in mind.

We had a wonderful stay at Nick & Mory's place! There were 6 of us (3 couples) and it was great that we each had our own bathroom in our room with king beds. We also really enjoyed having a kitchen and being able to lounge around together as a group. The space also was decorated in a festive way so that we also felt like we were in Mexico for Christmas. :)

Authentic charm with phenomenal central location in romantic zone. Unique full house with pool in area surrounded by high rises and condos. Arrival snacks and drinks was a big hit. Mory was very helpful and Antonio’s breakfasts were delicious. Keep in mind, as of Dec. 2024 there was a lot of construction noise during the day (but not at night), and there isn’t a dishwasher. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Upon arrival it was an amazing experience. This place is a real gem and the hosts are very professional in their approach to providing you with a world class experience. The pool is a great place to spend your downtime and is located in a private courtyard. The house provides all the amenities you would ever want and the optional breakfasts were easily some of the best food from the trip. Would recommend anyone travelling to this area to check out this great location.

We had the best stay celebrating a birthday at Nick & Mory's home! It's a perfect location with so much to do within walking distance. We loved being so close to the beach and all of the great restaurants. We were met at check in with margaritas and snacks. Antonio made us a wonderful breakfast (and he came early to accommodate an early activity we had planned). The tiled pool was absolutely gorgeous and we were happy to have had it, we spent hours in there! Mory was very communicative and sent great suggestions for nearby places to check out. We had a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back!

We had the most magical stay! Just a block from a beautiful, calm beach. Lots of beach clubs, restaurants, shops. The home is stunning! Antonio made the most delicious meals and treated us like family. We will be back!

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, our experience at Casa Pro Fin was nothing short of amazing. The house itself was clean and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start. We opted for the breakfast option which, was a great decision. Antonio's cooking and commitment to service, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the house was perfect — central to everything with lots to do around. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had such a fun stay at this location. The location is fantastic, being steps away from the beach and a few blocks away from the main Zona Romantica nightlife. The house itself is incredibly spacious and felt very cozy. What was particularly stunning was the outdoor terrace and pool; both at night and during the day. It was perfect for lounging whenever we had downtime. We had the chance to hang out with Nick & Mory for breakfast one morning who are both incredibly fun, sweet and attentive. I also highly recommend the breakfasts made by Antonio; all of which were delicious and fresh. This property is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again!

This Is truthfully a hidden gem in the Zona Romantica! We travel down to PV in a group yearly and have stayed at several Airbnbs, condos, hotels and the like and this Casa por Fin is by far the best accommodation we have stayed at. The casa is in a perfect location thats walkable to everything. Extremely charming, spacious, comfortable, clean, safe, and comes with amenities ( i.e. - private pool, ensuite bathrooms) that make this place a huge value in the area. Our group was greeted by the host Mory, and his right hand man Antonio, who helps maintain the property. We were greeted with freshly made Margaritas and a spread of fresh salsas, guac, and veggies upon arrival. Breakfast made by Antonio is a must, while he's cooking ask him what to do in PV, he is also a wealth of knowledge for the area, and a great guy all around! These guys are dedicated to providing a great stay and go above and beyond to make that happen. This will be the only place we will be staying at in the future!

Mory was excellent with communication and helped with some amazing recommendations! And then there was Antonio; such a lovely man and his breakfast was a great way to start each day! Such a wonderful place and helpful hosts. Really unique stand-alone home right near the beach and restaurants. The hosts will make you feel right at home and even help booking tours and such. Breakfast was an amazing bonus :)

We had a wonderful time at Nick and Morys gorgeous home! Both they and the property manager Miguel were super responsive, helpful and flexible with our needs. Antonio comes everyday at 8 am to 12pm to cook and keep up the property. We aren’t huge breakfast people so we didn’t end up having him cook big meals but he was great at setting us up with coffee and small meals at our request. Everyone was so friendly and had great recommendations for local food and adventures. Since we went in June the bottom floor was warm since it is open concept with no AC . The bedrooms had awesome AC so we were only hot and humid in the late afternoons downstairs but only because we decided to visit during the hot humid month. The decor in the home was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this home especially in a cooler month . The beach is two blocks away. Endless choices for restaurants nearby. Neighborhood safe and quiet and the pool was fabulous!

We had a great stay at Nick and Mory's home. The location is hard to beat, just a few blocks from the beach and convenient to so many great restaurants. Nick and Mory were great hosts, incredibly communicative (both proactively and responsive), and Miguel and Antonio, our on-site contacts, were so friendly and helpful. The house itself is beautiful and comfortably accommodated our small group of friends (and a baby). We can't wait to return and would highly recommend to anyone visiting PV.

This was our second trip to Casa Por Fin. We traveled with 2 different groups of friends for a total stay this time of 12 days. It was every bit as beautiful and satisfying as last year. The location can't be beat, the rooms are comfortable and we really enjoyed our time in the pool. Nick & Mory are delightful hosts that have curated a lovely experience in the heart of PV. Miguel is a lovely responsive property manager with great tips and Antonio is the crown jewel. Antonio whips up a delicious Mexican style breakfast 6 days and it was always delicious. Take advantage of their many recommended restaurants and experiences. You're moments from both the beach and all the wonderful restaurants. Casa Por Fin is unique for this particular area of PV as it is a stand alone home. The bedrooms are upstairs with comfy beds, cool a/c and well appointed bathrooms. This allows for downstairs living while keeping the bedrooms quite for those who like to sleep in or nap in the afternoons.

Highly recommend!!! Our stay lived up to all of our hopes and dreams and more! Miguel and Antonio were very kind, fun, helpful and welcoming! Antonio’s breakfast cooking and guacamole were absolutely delicious. Having the private pool was the perfect cherry on top. We definitely plan to come back on our next trip to PV!

Casa Por Fin exceeded our expectations!! My family and I stayed at this airbnb, and we loved everything about our stay. For reference, we were a group of 7 (in our 20's and 30's). Location: In the heart of Zona Romantica. Close + walkable to all the restaurants (local & fancy). One block away from the beach (this was super important to us & the beach on this side is gorgeous). Very safe neighborhood (quiet street, away from the nightlife but also a short walking distance to the night life which was perfect). Hospitality: Impeccable! Nick, Mory, Antonio, and Miguel made us feel right at home. They are friendly, professional, and responsive. Their team had amazing recommendations; we went to majority of the places they suggested and had a great time whether we were eating, beaching, or dancing. Also, we were grateful to start off each day with a yummy home cooked meal in the mornings by Antonio - great chef! They truly go above and beyond while taking care of you.

Amazing spot right in the thick of things with a wonderful relaxing vibe. We used the pool area everyday and loved Antonio’s breakfast and hospitality every morning. It was a tad expensive, but worth it if you need a couple of rooms and you save on taxis as everything is within walking distance. Would come back to CPF for sure

The location is perfect and in the heart of Zona Romantica but also on a quiet street away from all the noise when it’s time to sleep. There are also Antonio and Miguel who made sure our stay was perfect. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

This place is the EVERYTHING! The location is fantastic, and close to walking distance to all of the hot spots of PVR. The pool is a delight and it’s heated, we went in every day after the beach. Antonio is amazing, your breakfasts are prepared every day and amazing. We 100% recommend this house, it’s one of the best we have stayed at during the 11 years of visiting Pvr. Book now and stop scrolling, just don’t book the week we want to return, as we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We loved our stay at Casa por fin! The place turned out much more beautiful than we had imagined! The pool was amazing and our kids had a blast going in it everyday. The location, Zona Romantica, is the place to be in Vallarta with a number of walkable restaurants (both local and fancy). It is a very safe neighborhood as I was out and about at 1am everyday to get tacos from one of the numerous taco places! Antonio and Miguel were very helpful as they helped us with local research and tasty breakfast everyday. They were very responsive and even helped us book a couple of places as we didn't speak Spanish well. 5/5 stars. Very memorable - we had an amazing and relaxing time. Thank you Nick and Mory!!

We truly enjoyed our stay, and that says a lot when you’re traveling with a 2 yr old and 6 month old! It was a very personable experience, reminiscent of early Airbnb trips. Everything was made to feel so easy for us. House was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Breakfast and snacks were delicious. Location meant we were just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, yet it was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommended.

Casa Por Fin actually feels like home, we had a wonderful vacay and all the big and small details were handled in a very professional and yet friendly way by Miguel and Antonio (who by the way, cooked amazing breakfasts for us 🤤). Puerto Vallarte is a lovely town, the locals are friendly, the house is walking distance to many interesting places. The neighborhood feels safe and the home itself is very comfortable. Casa Por Fin was incredible once again! After the first time I stayed there I knew I had to bring the rest of my family to experience it! They fell in love immediately and are already planning our next trip! The hospitality is unmatched, the villa is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed and the private pool is an added bonus. Miguel is always extremely attentive and willing to help with whatever you need during your stay. Antonio really completes the whole trip. His breakfasts are some of the best food you'll have in Puerto Vallarta and he's the sweetest man, always willing to offer advise on all things PV. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

If you visit PV and do not stay here you are missing out! The attention to detail is beyond compare of any other air bnb I’ve stayed in. Casa Por Fin is appropriately named because you truly feel at home. The flowers inside the home are beautiful and the plants around the home are lovely. The food! OMG, the food, and plenty of it. No skimping here. Or anywhere! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The pool in the back is delightful. We were in it daily. Often multiple times a day. And the very short walk to the beach is also a treat. You can see the beach from the front door. I can’t say enough good things about these hosts. Like I said, If you don’t stay you are missing out!

Be prepared for a warm welcome, a charming home and a good nights rest. Antonio was an excellent chef and great entertainer. He provided us with lots of laughs, a full belly and plenty of recommendations for the area. Nick + Mory and Miguel were in constant communication and checked in regularly to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. They also provided a list of things to do and recommendations. Unfortunately, we already came with a fully researched itinerary, we did have a few thing on our list that matched theirs, which made us feel we made the right decision. The location was walkable to the beach and close to everything we did. If it wasn’t walkable, it was a short and inexpensive ride. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was that the downstairs didn’t have AC. It’s July, so it’s very hot and humid. Luckily we had lots of plans during the day, so it wasn’t too much of an issue and due to the excellent service we received it was quickly forgotten and we adapted. These days staying at an AirBnb can be daunting with the long list of things that home owners ask you to do before you leave, like taking out the trash, putting sheets in the wash, washing dishes etc in order to avoid being charged, however, this was not the experience here. As I was trying to clean up before we left, Antonio and the team was already there and told me not to worry that they would take care of everything. It was just another thing that made the stay wonderful. They truly go above and beyond to make you comfortable and welcomed. I would gladly come back to their home and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in PV.

I have traveled all over the world and Casa Por Fin is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! They have every detail down to perfection from home decor, communication, pool, location, clean room accommodations, breakfast, amenities, pet friendly and of course Antonio! The beautiful home is located a block away from the beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Antonio also took great care of our two golden retrievers by keeping treats around. He also made my friend soup when he got sick. Everyone went above and beyond to say the least. I will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Nick, Mory, Antonio and Miguel!!

This place is 5 stars all around. Great location, beautiful house, nice amenities and the breakfast provided every morning was absolutely delicious. It’s not something you typically find at airbnbs. This place was worth every penny. Nick, Mory, Miguel and Antonio are all super helpful and very communicative. If you stay here you will not be disappointed! My friends and I were a a bit nervous about the weather because the forecast said 80% chance of rain all day everyday (6/18-6/25) but it was sunny every day and sometimes rained for an hour in the very early morning or very late nights. Don’t let the forecasts deter you from visiting and make sure you book casa por fin. I will definitely be back and will stay here again!

Don’t hesitate to stay at this special property- everything you read in these reviews about Casa Por Fin needs to be experienced and words still don’t do it justice. The location really is perfect and convenient to anything you want to do in old town or zona romantica. Taxis are close by if you are venturing out further. You’ll also be perfectly satisfied staying in and enjoying the pool and ambiance of the casa - we were anyway! Nick and Mory are involved and very responsive hosts, assisted onsite by Miguel and Antonio-you’ll not experience a better team. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thus home is absolutely amazing and such a rare find. I expected greatness, but Casa Por Fin is above and beyond! From the peacefulness of the house, oasis of a back yard and pool, the gardens, to Antonio’s personal touches and Miguel’s service. Antonio’s meals were so tasty and he offered many suggestions of things to do. Miguel was prompt to respond, courteous, and also had fun suggestions and was helpful in booking trips for us. We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach and entertainment. This was a fabulous vacation beyond expectations! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This place is paradise! Ideal location in town, close enough to walk to everything while still giving you a secluded feel when you're inside. Super comfortable and well designed and decorated. The property manager and cook were awesome and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!

We loved our stay at Nick & Mory’s casa in Puerto Vallarta. The location was perfect- close to the beach and shops but still private. The house itself is beautiful, clean and airy. Miguel and Antonio took amazing care of us whether it was arranging transportation, giving recommendations, or answering questions. Antonio’s breakfasts were superb and such a wonderful way to wake up! We are already planning our next trip back.

This is a fabulous property that feels like your own private resort. The owners, the property Manager (Miguel) and the chef (Antonio) could not be more accommodating. Miguel helped us arrange airport transportation and COVID testing which made our trip a breeze. The house has all the great amenities, beautiful pool, comfy beds and it is spotless. I couldn't get over how clean everything was from the pool deck to the rooms. Antonio made wonderful daily breakfasts and accompanied it with a variety of fresh pastries. This location is perfect with equal distance to the beach and the nightlife. We can't wait to go back.

Such a fun casa, I’d highly recommend it. Great location in the romantic zone within walking distance to the beach. Pool area does get some sunshine. Breakfasts prepared by Antonio were the best. Will definitely book again!

All I can say is WOW! Casa Por Fin is everything and MORE! It's even more beautiful than the pictures! The hospitality was NEXT LEVEL! Miguel is so helpful and even helped me get covid testing scheduled after we left the house. Antonio is the sweetest man ever and makes the most amazing breakfast and probably one of the top 3 margaritas I've ever had! Nick and Mory were extremely organized hosts and made sure we were all set with everything we needed. And to top it all off, the location is the best in all of PV! It's 1 block from the beach, right in the Romantic Zone but about a block away from all of the bars a restaurants so it's quiet at night. I cannot wait to come back and stay, we're already trying to plan our next trip! If this house is available BOOK IT! It is worth every penny!

My family loved our stay in this authentic Mexican home. We have 3 kiddos that can be rowdy, so the pool was a huge plus! Antonio was nothing less than amazing. I’m pretty sure my kids like him more than me! The house was spacious, open, clean… everything you could want. Communication was nearly instant! Miguel helped with transportation and COVID testing which was incredibly convenient.

Nick & Mory’s place was a like a comfortable down to earth 5 star resort! The layout and decor is functional and high end at the same time. The location is second to none, only steps to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in old town. The breakfast made by Antonio each day was to die for! We wanted to bring him back to Canada with us! Communication was great from the hosts, property manager, and house man. Would definitely come back, maybe next time without our kids :). Thanks again for having us!

Nick & Mory’s casa is really cute and in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and a few blocks away from the gay bars. The living room, kitchen, and pool spaces were spacious. The bedrooms were well kept and the beds were comfortable. Communication was really good, and so were the breakfasts. We had some requests here and there and the house manager was very quick to respond, and also helped us book COVID test appointments ahead of our departure. The pool was nice and was heated after we requested for it to be turned on. It was really convenient being able to do laundry while we were there, too!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Por Fin. The pictures on the listing are spot on (there was a recent upgrade to two bathrooms which makes things even better). The house is very comfortable with many places to relax, two different living room couch areas, a large dining room, and the patio (which is where we spent most of our time). The house is very secure and private and perfectly situated on the edge of the Romantic Zone. The pool was a gem. It is so clean and not too hot, not too cool, just right. We were in the pool many times each day. The house has everything you would need. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with snacks and drinks. It was a nice way to be welcomed. Antonio was there for us each morning with coffee and breakfast. He even altered his normal meals to accommodate our no carb/sugar needs, plus he is a great guy! Miguel was a great communicator managing the bookings, airport transport, booking us covid tests locally for customs. Overall 5 stars! Well done to the owner's Nick & Mory for creating such a great home. We will be back!

5 stars! The experience of Casa Por Fin was fantastic! The pictures, descriptions and reviews don’t begin to prepare you for how amazing the home is, but also the superb responsiveness of the owners and their employees. I hope to stay at CPF again soon! Btw…. I was very concerned about traveling (7/29-8/4) to PV during the rainy season. There were a few late night showers, but I can honestly say that I did not see a drop of rain during the day. So, while the forecast may say 80% chance of rain, it was all during the late evenings. My point is, don’t let forecasts scare you away from traveling during the rainy season.

Where to begin! Nick & Mory's place is everything you could imagine in an Airbnb. There are 3 rooms upstairs (all with their own air conditioning, that work quite well) and 2 bathrooms. The house is very well decorated and the location is perfect. 2 blocks to the beach, a block or two from great places to grab a drink and all the best restaurants. These facts alone would be enough to justify a 5-star review, but what really puts Casa Por Fin over the top is how well taken care of you are. Antonio was there to make breakfast for us every morning (not to mention cleaning the house and making up the rooms) and was able to pivot if we were going out early, or wanted to sleep in later. He made fresh juice in the morning, and basically anything we wanted for breakfast. We can't leave out Miguel in this review. He helped us arrange the private van to and from the house (which was quite reasonable), but also was able to help with small things like the iron not working (which he promptly replaced with not one, but two working irons), and also helped with booking our COVID tests at the hospital around the corner, so we didn't have to drive to the airport to do it. I could write a novel about how much I loved Casa Por Fin, but I'll try and leave it a short-story. Also, there is a private pool which is truly a Gem during the low-season when it gets quite hot in the early to late-afternoon. I will not hesitate in booking this again, and we're already planning our next trip. Thanks Nick & Mory, Miguel, and Antonio! We had an absolute blast of a time and felt so very much at home.

Wow! Where to begin?! This is one of those places that you don't want anyone to know about because you want it to be always available to you. The house was beautiful and very clean, with all the amenities you could possibly want to enjoy your vacation and more. Thanks to the VERY comfortable beds and the high quality A/Cs in the bedrooms we slept very well every single night. The pool was refreshing and spotless, and we spent the majority of our time hanging out there, enjoying both the sun and the summer rains. The location was perfect! Close to everything! We didn't need a car at all. And I cannot write a review without also mentioning the team that makes sure your stay is extra special. Not only are Nick and Mory there to answer all your questions prior to arriving, Miguel is also there for anything you could possibly need/want while in Puerto Vallarta. We all felt extra comfortable knowing that Miguel was available to assist us, he picked us from the airport, helped us with recommendations and even booked massages for us. And last, but not least, Pilar was the comforting morning presence we didn't know we needed. She and Diana made sure we were ready to tackle the day with a belly full of delicious home-made breakfast and that the house was always pristine when we returned. We all enjoyed our stay at this house and cannot wait to book it again! Thanks Nick, Mory, Miguel, Pilar & Diana!

Casa Por Fin was the best home we could have found in Puerto Vallarta. What you see in the pictures is what you get and more! The home is gorgeous, elegant, inviting, relaxing, and is the perfect Mexican style home with all the needed amenities. The private pool stayed at the best temperature day and night and we could not get enough pool time. The rooms were spacious, had very comfortable beds, and offered great air conditioning to stay cool on warm days and nights. When it comes to Zona Romantica, you cannot get more central. You are just 2 blocks from the beach and  blocks aways from amazing restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife, shopping, entertainment, and corner marts. You also don't have to deal with hills! The home is not only perfect for a relaxing vacation, but the service we received from everyone deserves more than 5 stars. Before even arriving, Miguel tended to all of our needs. Instead of taking a taxi/uber, we took on his offer for roundtrip trip from the airport. So worth it and stress-free! His friendly demeanor and attention to detail was the best welcome to PV. We loved chatting with him on our ride to the home and he offered us incredible concierge services, including arranging relaxing massage therapists who came to the home. When we arrived to the home, we met Pilar, the house mother who received us with fresh guacamole, home-made salsas, and margaritas! Every morning, Pilar would get our day started with a delicious Mexican breakfast and fresh-squeezed orange juice which we enjoyed poolside. Pilar would also clean the home in the morning and did a superb job. She was our ray of sunshine every morning. Nick and Mory, our super hosts, were also incredibly attentive before and during our stay.  They made sure every need we had was taken care of, and were a joy to talk with.  On our last night we had a bottle of champagne waiting for us to thank us for our stay in their home.  They have created a dream team with Miguel and Pilar as our local hosts. The home exceeded our expectations, but it was really the entire Casa Por Fin team that made our stay so memorable and relaxing. We cannot wait to go back, as it was hard to say goodbye to the home, Pilar, and Miguel. We can't recommend this home enough!

Everyone, this is a wonderful villa near the beach: it's a serene Mexican home that is serene and full of joy. CasaPorFin is a stone's throw from the beach, in the center of it all for the Zona Romantica yet quiet, peaceful, and above all, open with flowing breezes. Pilar keeps CasaPorFin clean and makes the best meals. It's such a treat to be cared for by her with fresh fruit and juice every morning and a fabulous omelet. You can order whatever you want from the Casa's menu. She's also a lovely, soulful and caring person. You will definitely enjoy your stay and spend hours in a lovely private pool!

My party and I had a phenomenal experience at Casa Por Fin! For starters, the photos don't do this gorgeous home justice -- and the hospitality is top-notch! Miguel was incredibly helpful from transport, to local tips, to arranging tours and requests for specific amenities. As for Pilar? Waking up every morning to a delicious breakfast prepared by such a warm and loving person put this Airbnb trip just BEYOND. Massive thanks to Nick & Mory for their fast and friendly responses, as well. Honestly, this is the best experience I've experienced with any rental, anywhere, at any time in my life. I can't recommend this place enough!

This is a gorgeous house. It is very spacious with a ton of light and fresh air. It is very authentic Mexican style with beautiful touches throughout. The local staff is wonderful. The woman who helps with the house, Pilar, greeted us with fresh homemade salsa and guacamole and a delicious margarita and then made us breakfast every morning. It was an excellent experience and a great location. Would highly recommend it!

You guys were always so understanding & mindful of issues or concerns with might have! You also always did you best to answer them to the best of your knowledge! I’ve stayed in Zona Romantic 6 times now and I will say this has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The location is right in the middle of everything, walking distance to almost everything I wanted to do (Beaches, bars, restaurant’s). There are no negative reviews because truly I was satisfy with all the help and assistance provided by the both of you! Thank you for bringing those extra blankets without us even asking for them! :) P.S. if you are LGBT this is a great place for you to stay!

It is a beautiful house in the middle of old town. Spent most of the time in the pool and the house cause you just feel like home & staying in to relax. The property management team are great and very helpful and gets back to you right away! Keenya had a great smile on all the times, coffee and breakfast was served every morning on time. She kept the house clean and tidy and you don't even feel she is there in the mornings. The house is just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Had the pleasure meeting Mory and he is a super host by all means. Don't think twice to book this place, you will LOVE staying at Nick & Mory's Place.

As I’m writing this review I just wish I Was still enjoying Casa por fin. If you want to wake up to authentic Mexican breakfast every morning from Kennya then this is the place to be. As you arrive you are welcomed with some Margaritas Guacamole and chips. It was unexpected and much appreciated that each room had face masks to protect yourself when leaving the house. The pool was amazing ,we all enjoyed it very much and all the pool floats. It definitely lives up to its name. This is a beautiful charming house. It’s also well located and just a few steps from unforgettable and amazing sunsets!

Amazing Place! Hopefully I will get come back and stay there another time. Great location, walking distance from some great restaurants and the beach. House looks even better than in the photos. The included breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. Had a great time!
