Very nice apartment the host has excellent communication and attention. I would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay. The unit is on the sixth floor of building four, and knowing this will make the check-in easier. Building security was friendly. The beach and amenities are lovely. We were able to keep the upstairs bedroom cool enough to sleep comfortably.

I loved the view and how easy it is to get around. There’s everything you can think of near by convenience store, pharmacy, restaurants and obviously the beach. Juan Carlos was super helpful and was always communicative.
Everything is incredible, Juan Carlos's attention is always at 100, the apartment is very nice and very clean, I would definitely stay in his space again.
Juans place was in the best location in the hotel zone, right next to a mall with a supermarket. His communication was superb and his family were very kind.
Nice view of the Ocean, The Apartment was clean, kind of, but the surrounding apartments looked pretty rough and run down. Not our favorite choice!
Very happy, it was the first trip of my daughters and I wished that it was very special for them, we live in Costa Rica a very touristy country also and well creates certain expectations I would say, in short, the destination was an excellent choice and above all the accommodation, excellent location, very comfortable and complete, super clean and that view of the turquoise sea that fell in love was the cherry of the pastel, we passed it to a thousand thanks to God, everything was great, the pools and the people there, all dreamy! Recommended 100% and I want to go back!!!
The accommodation was very good, the beds, sheets exempt the sea view is wonderful, it has everything you need for cooking.

Overall my experience at this Airbnb was good. The photos were accurate and the house was beautiful. The view was even better. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well stocked with needed essentials. However, upon further inspection, the house was dirty. There was mold in corners, roaches, bathroom had rust and the shower wall had dirt from previous people. Host was very responsive when we told him the AC didn’t work and sent someone out the next day. AC worked for the remainder of the night, but then got hot again the next day — but I didn’t feel the need to complain again. Bathroom showers were also cold and the Wi-Fi downstairs doesn’t work overall. Host tried to charge me for a mirror that was already broken along with other things. So make sure you document the condition of the house when you arrive. Overall thanks to the host for a place to stay with good location.
The location can't be better, we had all the necessary amenities. Just a small detail with the downstairs tub but everything perfect. I would definitely come back

Definitely the location and view will bring us back!! It’s on a beautiful beach with TWO pools, both with plenty of chairs and umbrellas AND a snack bar/bar. Beds are super comfortable with hotel bedding. The place itself is a little older so there are some oddities, but nothing that would keep me from staying there again. The host is very nice and accommodating!! I was concerned with safety since it was my first vacation in Cancun staying at an AB&B, but I felt safe since there is a security guard onsite and other workers on duty. All in all, great vacation!!
Very good place to stay, just a detail with the location on google maps and with the elevator, otherwise everything is perfect
The place was very clean! The view from de apartment was amazing! We had trouble with the climates…it didn’t cool enough so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. To shower we had to wait for at least 5 mins for the hot water to come out. The balcony doors needs maintenance, difficult to open and close. Besides all of this we enjoy the place…

In reference to the air conditioning you mentioned, it was an issue with the Residential, that has been taken care of already. Great place great for families grocery store just across the street. Near restaurants and Isla shopping mall. Beautiful beach was an awesome place for a family would recommend. Great host

We stayed a few days at the recently renovated duplex in one of the best beaches in Cancun. The apartment is even nicer than what you see in the pictures! Views from the two main balconies are breathtaking! The open area kitchen/living room is nice and cozy and the two well equipped bedrooms super comfortable. Location is unbeatable you take the elevator and you are at the beach in just a few steps. The Marlin complex is nice and the pool/ sun area at the side where the apartment is located very peaceful with space to seat always available. The common areas have security personnel at all times so you can leave your staff for a walk or swim without problem. JP and his father were great hostesses. Alvaro welcomed us in person and helped us with settling down when we arrived. We had a great staying, loved the duplex and we will be back for sure !!
We really like the apartment, it has a nice ocean view from both rooms and living room. The main suit have its own bath/shower on lower level which makes it nice and private. The apartment is clean and the air conditioners did helped a lot. The apartment has great WiFi speed, except in main bedroom. The apartment is located in walkable distance from a grocery shop and a mall with basic shops and restaurants. You have quick access to taxis or busses if you need public transportation. You have direct access to the beach what makes very convenient. Juan was a great host and he was very helpful and his information is accurate. We really enjoy staying at the apartment and it worked out well for us.
i went with my family we stayed 2 nights, it has been the best place in Cancun. 100% worth it ,the apartment is right in the pictures , overlooking the beautiful beach, the pool area is very nice, the very equipped kitchen. i would definitely come back. Juan Carlos is quick to answer any questions and try to resolve as soon as possible
