Hosts we're very responsive and gave us options although pool was undergoing maintenance. Very comfortable family space and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Blanca! The place is just as it is in the pictures and even better. Our favorite spot fuel La Laguna.. my son enjoyed pulling the slides enormously... even I enjoyed throwing myself from the slides. It was very good to communicate with the host. The place is beautiful... I'll go again 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

It was the worst experience I've had, bad communication, and mediocre customer service. An hour before check-in they tell me that they will not be able to give me the apartment that I had booked 3 weeks in advance, saying that I had an electrical failure on somewhere in the apartment, what we immediately realized was a lie when arriving at the reception and the manager told us that the owner of the apartment was already using it and that is why they could not give it to me. They offered me another apartment, but this was not compared in the least to the least to the one that I had booked, a totally neglected apartment that was not very noticeable, literally an apartment divided into 2, even shared the control of the A/A with the neighbors. Unfortunately I had to take it as I had no option to go back to town. From there everything went wrong, the admin for any help we asked for in compensation for the lost reservation, the answer was always no, I can't, there is no. Don't take Aibnb with them.

Lamentamos la situación sr Germán. Tratamos de solucionar en el momento otorgandole el 70% del reembolso de lo que habia pagado y darle un alojamiento que estamos claros que no se comparaba con lo que usted habia pagado, razón principal por la que le reembolsamos de su pago y adicional le dimos la cena para compensar un poco todo el mal rato. Fue una situación que se salio de nuestras manos no acostumbramos a que le ocurran estas cosas a nuestros huespedes. Mil disculpas nuevamente.

We loved the place. The rooms are a good size and great for groups. It has an excellent view with the pool and is a walk to the beach. We would recommend it to anyone.
