We had a great week-long stay at this condo! The views were amazing, the condo was really nice, large, and clean. Diyonne was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions/issues. We had a minor hiccup when checking in, but she resolved it immediately, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My family and I loved the place. It's super comfortable, everything is in order, clean, with enough basic elements for the whole family. Everything was great, the place was beautiful

This was the perfect place for our multi-generational family vacation. Everyone had their privacy but there was a fabulous central gathering area. The place is spotless and every bit as gorgeous as the photos. The home is truly perfect and the host communicates promptly and professionally. There are things to do on-site plus you can swim with dolphins or go parasailing just a short walk away. The week was complete perfection, and our stay better than we could have imagined.

It was definitely an amazing experience! To begin with, Diyonne is an excellent host, she was attentive at all times and was very accessible, the penthouse is amazing, better than the photos, it has an incredible view, it is very conveniently located, they handed us the place very clean and fully equipped, I would definitely come back more times! My whole family had an amazing time!

The accommodation is totally worth it and Diyonne was very friendly and quick to answer any questions!!

We went as a family, we really liked his apartment, very tasteful, with everything you need, very clean, very nice ocean view, quiet place. The condo is very good, clean beach, very good pools, parking inside the facilities. We liked that there is a pool just for adults, for us, since we don't have children. Highly recommended.

Once you open the door and see the incredible view, you will know you made the right choice! My only recommendations are to grocery shop for the basics before you arrive and hire the housekeeping service if you plan to be there more than a couple of days. Otherwise, perfection!

This trip was a vacation that our group will never forget and a big reason was because this air bnb! As soon as we walked through the door we couldn’t believe how amazing everything was and how accommodating it was also. The view was something you would expect, everything was clean, and Dora was very helpful and sweet. If you’re even thinking about visiting Ixtapa this should be your first choice. Excellent place, only room 5 is actually not a guest room, it's the service room, there were no problems why we didn't need it but I recommend being more specific in the description and photos. Outside of this everything was wonderful, it's a place I would recommend. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful stay with a gorgeous view

Top of the line!!! We absolutely loved this penthouse, it has everything you need and the location was great, Dora took great care of us too. Regarding the restaurant downstairs, make sure you keep a close eye on your tab, some time they might add an item to it.

We loved Diyonne and Manny’s place, great hosts!! Great location, very secured, lovely pool, restaurant on site, spa. Easy access to both Ixtapa and Zihua beaches. The Condo does charge a $1000 PESOS DEPOSIT, but you do get this money back at your check out. There’s is a $30 pesos fee for each person, no refund on this part. However, the amenities offered are great! Spa, gym, pools, room service with limited hours at cost. The restaurant on site is not inclusive- you pay for what you eat and drink. Decent food choices and drink menu, can get it delivered to your condo. How it works- load cash to a dining card and use and refill at will. At the end of the stay, you can get your money back that was not spent. We also hired Dora and her friend to keep our place clean and help us with meals. Extra service at cost, but well worth it. Didn’t swim on the beach at the Airbnb, looked like it was for experienced swimmers. However, the nearby beaches were just a short cab ride under 12 min. Lots of options and very affordable. Souvenirs market and other restaurant options available on a short 10 min walk or by Taxi. Exploring the nearby playas nearby are a must! You can get a taxi at the reception desk. Many of the Taxi drivers, will give you a card so they can come back and pick you up. Playa La Ropa had a few beach club restaurants that offered tables and lounge chairs. We spent all day there. Very calm and cozy. Lots of beach vendors, but they could not come into the beach club. Playa Linda was a bit more crowded, we took the water taxi to Isla. Same concept as La Ropa. The water hear was crystal clear!! We will be back!!!! Very laid back beaches! Great for families and couples looking for a nice time without huge crowds like Cancun.

The apartment is amazing , the view is unbeatable practically 360 degrees there is no window that does not have an amazing view. All the rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the dining room is comfortable and spacious. The balcony is amazing, the views of the wonderful sunsets from there. The hosts are always attentive to every detail and need. Feel free to ask Dora to cook, a delight and she's super nice.

We loved our stay here! Everything was excellent. The view was Amazing, accomodations very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive & helpful answering every question. We loved having Dora cook breakfast and dinner for us. She was excellent and it was so nice having dinner ready for us when we got home after a long day in the sun so we could enjoy dinner along with the incredible sunset every night. Highly recommend!

The place is wonderful, better than what you see in the photos. It's the third time the family has gone there and we don't get tired of it

great place to rest with the family, clean and careful.

This is a fantastic condo with great amenities. It has everything you need to cook or have someone come in and so the cooking for you. The views are absolutely gorgeous especially at sunset. You have to see it for yourself to understand.

Diyonne & Manny were great hosts. The view is exceptional. Great sunset every night. They quickly responded to questions before and during our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The 2 5l waters and the option to get more was appreciated. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Towels provided for the pool and beach. Beach is clean and less crowed. No vendors came by our entire stay. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided in showers smelled nice and seemed to be good quality. Highly recommend. Definately would stay here again

One of the best views you will find - will attempt to stay here again. The views and accommodations put at ease as soon as we arrived. Communication was very quick - the owners and staff were more than helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental - you wont regret it. Peter W

Almost no words to explain how much we loved our stay. The host answered so many questions pre, during, and post stay even unrelated to the space, just tourist related. The place was so clean, plenty of high quality shampoo/conditioner, bottled water, hot water on the hot tub, etc. We loved the decor too. And zero problems with the A/C getting cool enough. There was a trick to getting hot water in the showers but we eventually figured it out. The views are all unique and all spectacular. We went during the rainy season and would do it again. No overcrowded beaches, water was still warm for swimming, and the coolest thunder and lightning storm to watch. The front desk and security were so professional and patient with the many taxis we had come/go. The whole town of Ixtapa and Zihua were all so welcoming. The only couple of things we'd call out for improvements are: 1) We experienced 2 earthquakes minutes apart in the middle of the night. While it's our responsibility to be educated on procedures, we panicked a bit trying to wake 4 children and get them downstairs. I wish there was a binder we could have read or grabbed while leaving. We researched all night what to do and where to go during a hurricane or earthquake in case it happened again. 2) The nanny suite was unusable for our preferences. It was too far from the other bedrooms and no A/C. But the kids shared a room instead, so minor for us. 3) My wife runs cold all the time. With the A/C, it would have been nice to have a throw blanket on the couch. Another minor suggestion from us is all.

Diyonne and Manny's place was extraordinary and they were exemplary hosts. The condo was expansive to say the least and had everything we desired. Stunning 180 degree views of the ocean, rocky islands in the distance, as well as boats coming and going from the marina. The layout of the unit has to be one of the best in the BVG with two large oceanfront bedrooms and the others in the back. We made use of the washer and dryer several times which was essentially being on the beach every day. The BVG staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks again Diyonne and Manny for making our 10th anniversary very special!

Honestly, this condo is a 5 star penthouse. We have been to Hawaii a dozen times and have never stayed in a place with views like this. My review is for this Penthouse (and host) and BVG only. I did really like Ixtapa but it was a learning curve for us so I won't go into detail about that. It was a beautiful town, though with lots of great restaurants and shops. Being new to Mexico we would have been lost if Diyonne had not answered all of our questions (some probably stupid). She was the most responsive host we have ever encountered through AirBnB and the other one that rhymes with Lerbo. We usually got responses from her often within minutes. The place is absolutely better and bigger than the pictures and you get beautiful views of the mountains and marina as well as the beach. Kitchen has all you need, bathrooms are huge, beds are comfortable, and did I mention the Views!! The beach was clean and not crowded at all. Here is my only complaint and I believe this is common along the hotel condo strip. BVG "closes off" the beach access area at 5:00. But you can absolutely still access the beach (they put up some little caution tape at the steps), you just can't use the beach chairs provided by BVG after 5:00. To end on a couple more good notes. We had Dora clean during our stay... I wish we opted for this more often. She cleaned extremely thoroughly. All said and done, I felt like I was staying in a place that should cost 3 times as much. Thank you Diyonne for the beautiful place and all your help!!!

We are delighted with our stay, the place, and the amazing hosts!

Diyonne's apartment is amazing—comfortable, spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Our stay there was excellent! The only thing that didn't seem right to me was that when we checked out, the housekeeping lady started making false accusations about some broken items that we didn't even use, like an iron, and the lock on the service door, which was never used!

Beautiful condo & beautiful view!! Definitely on our list to book again! Easy check in process & very friendly staff. Diyonne & Manny’s place exceeded our expectations. Each room had its own bathroom and the living room area is very spacious... and everything was very clean... When we checked in we had to pay $1,000 pesos as a security deposit that I was not aware of( we were returned the $$ once we did checkout so it wasn’t a big deal ) and they gave us wristbands at no charge. THE VIEW from the condo is breathe taking!! And the location is perfect... walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. Thank you again and we can’t wait for our next trip to Ixtapa:)

The best evaluation for both Mrs. Diyonne and her beautiful apartment, the views, cleanliness and comfort are unbeatable. If I could give it more stars I would definitely do it. It is definitely the best place to stay in Ixtapa given that the resort has very clear rules of coexistence, the staff is very friendly and ready to help you all the time. It is also worth noting the cleanliness of your beach, always monitored for everyone's safety. I will always be grateful to Diyonne for entrusting me with her property ... my family was very happy enjoying their spacious rooms with the privacy of each bathroom. Infinite thanks Diyonne, I will always be grateful for all your attentions, guidance and prompt response at all times.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. You cannot get tired with the spectacular views of the ocean and the beach that the apartment offers. Spotless clean. Excellent and personal service during all our stay. Without a doubt we will come back!
