The air conditioning didn't work, and the apartment needs maintenance

The building is beautiful and we have already stayed there, but the host is different. From the beginning, they changed the room they sold us on the website and we were given a different apartment on a different floor. When we arrived, there was a terrible smell from the bathroom near the kitchen and the electric shutter didn't work, they fixed it right away, then the electric stove and TV stopped working. The host was immediately upset about that too. It took them over 14 hours to send a maid to check the problems. Then it took them another 24 hours to send a technician to fix just the stove. They didn't even think about fixing the rest of the things. They ignored us throughout our entire stay. Even at the end of our stay, when we asked for compensation, they ignored us, and even when Air B&B intervened, they ignored them. I don't recommend staying with people who don't value service. In my opinion, it's a shame that 4 nights in San Jose ended like this. We won't be returning to these
