It's the best place I've stayed at in San Carlos. The location and area of the house are incredible, since the beach is just a few steps away. It's very beautiful and you can see the sunset. There are popular restaurants very close by that you can also walk to. The house was impeccable and had many amenities, such as umbrellas and chairs for going to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The living room is very comfortable and the bathrooms are very comfortable for a group of 7 people. I highly recommend it and we hope to stay here again soon, since we all loved it! Thank you.

Highly recommended. The location is very easy to get to, with private access, and it has a community pool as well as beach access 5 minutes from the place. Bradley is an excellent host and is always attentive to any detail and message we gave him.

The stay was excellent; the house is very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy a few days on the best beach in San Carlos. The location is very good, close to the sea (you can walk there in 3 minutes) and in a nice area. Communication with the host was good, and he was attentive, providing us with support when we needed it.

The best location in SC! The neighborhood had plenty of amenities & a 1-minute walk to the beach, if even. House had everything we needed to cook & feel comfortable; even things for relaxing & fun on the beach (chairs w/cart, snorkeling items, toys for small children). Very clean & updated. Host was very responsive.

We loved our stay, a few meters from the beach and very safe. The house comes with everything you need, even toys for children and a beach cart with umbrellas and chairs. I would definitely stay there again.

The house met all expectations. We really liked the location, the spaces, and the amenities it has. And the convenience of accessing the beach and trendy restaurants. The only thing is that a lot of light comes into the main room in the morning.

I went to spend a weekend with my family and we had a great time, the house is very nice and cozy, a few meters from the beach, the residential area is very safe and quiet, I would definitely stay in this house again, it has become one of my favorites! If I had to mention one detail, it would only be that it does not have shampoo or body soap or dishes, or garbage bags... so that they take it into account and plan ahead and don't have to go out and buy it... another point in favor is that there is an Oxxo when leaving the residential area, that makes things easier too...

Excellent stay, the location is perfect to spend a few days with your family, it is a few steps away from what I think is the best beach in San Carlos. The house is just as the listing, spacious, comfortable, modern and above all clean. I loved that there were beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cart to transport everything to the beach, which helped us a lot since we had forgotten ours. The best part was the interaction with the host, as he provided clear directions and was super friendly and accessible at check-out time.

Great place, great location, next to the pool and walking distance to beach. All amenities as described, host is responsive and house is pristine. We will surely stay here again.

Very spacious and pleasant place, with a very new appearance and everything functional... extremely thermal, it stays at a good temperature and has quite a few mini splits... highly recommended as it is in a private residential development just 100 meters from the beach (which is one of the best in that part of San Carlos), the house has equipment that you can use on the beach such as chairs, shade and even some children's accessories... I would definitely stay again, the price is the best compared to other options
