An amazing experience, location, design, excellent service!

This was our second year staying here, and we truly couldn’t be happier. The place itself is gorgeous—exactly as pictured, though the photos honestly don’t do it justice. The food was absolutely incredible every single day. Eli, Sergio, and Mario were wonderful again—our kids lit up seeing them, and it’s clear we’re forming real bonds with them year after year. Their warmth and care make this place feel like home. Celina was amazing as well. She went above and beyond—not only arranging chefs, rides to and from the airport, and anything else we needed, but also supporting us through an unexpected emergency with my dad. Her kindness, calm presence, and willingness to help in every way made a huge difference during a stressful time. We hope to continue coming back for many years. This place is truly a highlight of our year, every year. Could not recommend it more!

We had a fantastic time at this incredible home. It wasn’t just the home, it was the service and the home and the location that made this so special. The staff here are excellent, and the accommodations are just as they seem… Comfortable and beautiful. It was important for us to be on the same beach as a good wave to Surf, and this one didn’t disappoint. It’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to a great right hand point. There are also several other waves just up the road. Overall, we could not be more grateful for all that are involved in managing this property. Thank you for making our holiday a truly special one.

This was truly a magical trip in a beautiful location! The house was even more stunning in person—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every room felt luxurious and comfortable. The staff was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond every single day. They were warm, friendly, and made us feel completely taken care of. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully prepared—such a perfect way to start the day! The host was extremely helpful and communicative, always quick to respond and eager to make sure our stay was perfect. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re considering this property—don’t hesitate. It’s amazing!

¡Wow! what an amazing Airbnb experience. First of all I want to thank the host and the staff that were amazing and took extra care of me and my family. Since the minute you wake up you have your own personal at your service to cook and amazing breakfast for you. The house is amazing and felt right at home. They have a bunch of amenities for you to enjoy your stay… Tennis , pickle ball, board games. There is a nice jacuzzi in the top floor to watch the sunset. The beach is 1 minute walking distance and has its own beach club for you. Definitely I will be back with my family again they loved it.

A place to have a good time and rest

Abi’s place was absolutely beautiful! We felt so spoiled in this incredible spot. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Having Celina as a concierge was an an amazing bonus and so helpful scheduling drivers, etc. for our time there. Eli made the most incredible breakfasts and was such a warm and sweet presence to have around every morning. Mario was lovely as well and made us feel very taken care of! Couple tips! If you do not have proficient swimmers with you, bring a life vest! I was glad we had one for our toddler- it made us more easy around the pool. There is not much to walk to as far as food etc., so bring plenty of cash for drivers to take you into town if you like to eat out or get plenty of groceries for the house! The drivers are a little pricey, but all were incredibly nice and it was great to have a guaranteed ride to where we needed to go. The beach was insanely gorgeous snd the beach clubs was a nice bonus! They were a very easy walk for our whole fam!

Very nice house, the hosts' service was extraordinary in every aspect. We had a great time and were very comfortable, an exceptional place to rest and connect with nature.

What an extraordinarily beautiful stay we had in Abi's listing. My family and I were so warmly greeted by the host and Eli, Sergio and Mario! We had a little difficulty finding the location with our google maps but when we arrived it was like being in paradise. The house and property is more beautiful than the pictures show. The white sand beach within 5 minutes walk from the house was incredible! Eli and Sergio and Mario went above and beyond with their breakfast preparations and service! The loveliest people! Would love to come back again!!!!!

Amazing stay with our family of 12. The daily breakfasts and support from the staff (Elizabeth and Sergio) was top notch. The space was perfect for a large family. The layout of the villa allows for great common spaces, but also other areas of privacy. The villa is near the entry to La Playa Estates, so it was easy to call Ubers for pickup and dropoff. The walk to the beach front area was easy and the very nice. The beach itself is one of the best in Puerto Vallarta. We also used the available gym and pickleball courts every day. Highly recommend staying here.

Where do you begin to describe a vacation that immersed us with such a warm welcome and attention to detail? This Villa provided a true retreat for 7 guests with Celina at the helm helping to coordinate our entire experience. She set up transportation not only to and from the airport but for day trips to Sayulita and Punta Mita with special thanks to Andre our wonderful driver who kept us safe during our rides. We had wonderful meals prepared by Chef Angel and a variety of cocktails by Rodrigo. Celina also arranged, groceries delivered, in home massage therapists, and complimentary breakfast each morning from Eli and Sergio which elevated the experience. The Villa layout merged out and indoor living organically with multiple areas to retreat to all during our stay. It’s a beautiful home. Things to note: One of our adult guests ended up sleeping in the TV room which is better suited for kids/teens and the hot tub upstairs never got above 32 degrees. We thank you for a wonderful stay

You never know if pictures are accurate. The house was fantastic and beyond what any of us expected! There were 6 adults and 4 young children (3 under 2yrs) and all of us loved our home for a week! Close to the one of the best beaches, if not the best that I have ever been to. Eli and Sergio were absolutely the best! Great food! We miss them already! Safe community and a short ride to restaurants and markets. Can’t wait to go back❤️

There are not enough words to describe the absolute beauty of this villa. Well decorated, pristine! Just gorgeous! I felt like I was walking into an architectural digest. I loved every aspect of this house. Elizabeth and Sergio were absolute loved. Elizabeth spoiled us with her incredible cooking. I am already trying to find a way to go back! I just left this past weekend and would be overjoyed to immediately return!

The villa is better than pictured! Eli and the on-site staff are wonderful. The concierge was challenging to communicate with. I suggest a car for this location. If scheduling taxis in advance, be sure to have plenty of cash and cc’s are not accepted. All groceries must be provided including for breakfast. It was odd to receive menus in advance to select breakfast without the context of a shopping list. There is nearly nothing in walking distance. The hotel next door is an all inclusive, however they do have a little store you can purchase from. The beach is beautiful and has one restaurant and a massage tent to the left. It would have been nice to have been informed of this, especially after asking. Selena was extremely rude upon checkout. Our guests mentioned this independently as we drove away. The service of a concierge is a bonus, however not when they are rude and slow to engage. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

This house & location is great & beautiful! lHousekeeping is very conveniently done by very pleasant employees who prepare daily breakfast, food cost not included. They are helpful & easy to work with. Private chefs can also be arranged, if wanted. We booked for Xmas, several months in advance & as time passed I contacted the host (Abi) a multitude of times because we had many questions & planning requests as time got closer to our arrival. Abi’s willingness to help was unwavering. I have never experienced a better host in my life! The owners of this location have to feel a great relief in having her in charge! She goes far beyond expectations to help the guests have a memorable experience & making sure everything runs smoothly. Our vacation was very expensive, though. Mexico isn’t cheap anymore, especially during the high season, but the weather was great. The welcoming details were always outstanding. They do a superb job!

We had a wonderful time staying at Abi's place. It was beautiful and spacious for our adult family of 7. The beach was very close and all the pools were refreshing. The breakfast every morning was wonderful so we highly recommend it. Make sure you go shopping on the way in as the grocery stores are a little far away. Elizabeth and Sergio were incredibly nice and helpful and we loved seeing their smiles every morning. We were in contact with the concierge everyday and she helped us with all our needs including a boat trip. We highly recommend a car when staying here so you can get around for surfing and dinners out in Punta Mita. The BBQ did not work so that was a little disappointing as we were planning to use it. We also really enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball which are just out the front door. Don't forget your own equipment (especially tennis balls) if you are a serious player. Overall, it was a beautiful home and worth it if you want a great vacation!

Our stay in Punta Mita was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning and fully equipped for our group of 11, spanning three generations. Celina went above and beyond, organizing transportation, recommending restaurants, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Ellie and Sergio were incredible—our kids adored helping them cook, and the breakfasts were unforgettable. The beach out front was ideal for the little ones, and the pool options were fantastic. We can’t wait to return next year! Highly recommend!

The house is AMAZING! Way better than what it looks like on pictures. We always try to go out and see other places, but this time we stayed in the house the whole time. There’s a lady who cleans all the time and cooks DELICIOUS breakfast. Both of the people who work there super nice and responsable. Definitely we are coming back, and we’ve already recommended to our friends. Im so glad we didn’t go to a hotel and we stayed there instead.

The house is new, modern design, clean, comfortable, convenient, has nice views, 2 swimming pools (1 in the rooftop), access to the beach club and beach, gym, tennis courtyard. Aby and Celine were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. During our stay in the house Sergio and Eli were very attentive and friendly, they took care of us and cooked breakfast for us daily, the enchiladas suizas were delicious. It was a family stay and we really enjoyed it.

Beautiful villa walking distance to the beach. The concierge, Valery, was extremely helpful setting up activities, outings, transportation, chefs and groceries. Ellie and Sergio made us breakfast each day and tidied up the house while we enjoyed the pool. Overall even better than expected experience and we will be back!

This home is beautiful…a perfect spot to relax for the week. Very picturesque setting and the staff, Elizabeth and Sergio, were so accommodating& friendly. We kept leaving the area to explore only to find out we were already staying in the best spot! Would definitely recommend.

Our group had a lovely time here! Abi was responsive and helpful leading up to the trip and Eli and Sergio were a delight. Eli and Sergio were very sweet with our curious son - a toddler who understands and speaks spanish :) The layout of the house worked great for us. The area is quiet and the beach is ideal for families.

This property is a beautiful gem with extraordinary hospitality to boot! Our family enjoyed the red carpet treatment from the concierge team and villa staff. Ellie and Sergio welcomed our tired travel crew with a snack and refreshments upon arrival, helped unload luggage and groceries, and prepared a delicious breakfast daily. Abi & Celina were responsive to help us evaluate airport ground transportation and an offshore boat excursion with captain and crew. The rooftop pool has a birds eye of the bay and whale watching. Feeling adventurous? Rent a Jeep with tires to manage the road to explore Punta Mita proper and Sayulita or head into La Cruz for local groceries and the marina. We can’t wait to return and spend more time here.

This place is all of the above and then some! We have stayed at MANY Air B&B's in the area over the last 12 years including in Sayulita and this is hands down the best one we have ever stayed at. The description is accurate and even better in person. The house is in a gated community, so it is very safe. The beach is excellent and short 5 minute walk within the gated community. The morning sunrises and sunsets are outstanding and the beach is soft sand, level, and very walkable and safe for families! We were a group of ten with combination of elder adults (60's - 70's) and children (7yrs - 13yrs) everyone was comfortable, had accessibility, and had a blast! Thank you Rogelio & Elizabeth for your delicious breakfast and courteous service everyday! Abi, your communication is impeccable! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this breathtaking air bnb- the layout, decor, and cleanliness were all top notch. The beach club was lovely and very close to the air bnb. Celina was an amazing concierge and Eli and Sergio could not have been nicer or more helpful. We walked in and were all thrilled to be staying here-wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

Where do I start with this home... WOW! We just stayed with family and friends and let me tell you this house was a treat! Upon arriving I was amazed at the main entrance. Home was exatcly as pictured and surpassed our expectation. This house is beautiful. The bedrooms were awesome, the pool was amazing amd the staff was next level. We opted in to have home made breakfast every morning and boy was that a treat. The food was amazing! They were always ready to help with whatever we needed. Store runs, service, etc. Would highly recommend this home. Gabe

The place was a paradise! You will not regret choosing this place to enjoy your vacation. The service was incredible - the two people in the house making food and cleaning are probably some of the nicest people Ive ever met. Plus, the main point of contact of the Airbnb was incredible, super accommodating, and answered all of our questions! My brother and I couldnt have asked for better hosts! They will make you feel so special! The jacuzzi, club house, and easy beach access were definitely highlights among our group. Since this house is essentially between Punta Mita and PVR, be ready to have some cash! We didnt have the best of luck getting Ubers but the hosts helped us find solutions! With that said, make sure you bring pesos/cash since all the extra services you can request are easier paid in cash. The host was super flexible and patient with us as our group exchanged dollars to pesos throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach gateway

We just completed an incredible 6 days at this spot. The home is pristine and gorgeous - even nicer than the photos. And we were incredibly well taken care of by the staff - including our host Abi, Valery the concierge who helped us with activities and meals, as well as Ellie and Hugo who kept the home spotless with daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. The beach club access for the private pool was such a treat, and the quick 2 block walk down to the ocean couldn’t be beat. One consideration - it was really nice to have rental car to get into town, as there are limited options for meals and entertainment within walking distance. I can’t wait to come again!! Thank you!!

We were a blended family of 8. This place worked wonderfully for our needs. Ellie and Hugo took such great care of us, their meals and hospitality were top notch! A rental.car was super useful to head into the shops and to hit the surf spots...but by the end of each day...we couldn't wait to get back to our own wee oasis!! Bliss!

Ellie was exceptional in keeping the house clean and organized. Hugo made the surroundings always look clean and well-cared for. They were VERY kind, helpful and willing to do anything to make our stay perfect. They were really wonderful and so was the house.

1000% recommend!! This place is like a dream. The property is absolutely gorgeous, in pristine condition and in a perfect location. We always stay at a different property but it was booked and we’re so happy it was because this house was WAY BETTER and we enjoyed our stay much more. We brought our two young children with us and the staff, Hugo and Ellie, treated our kids like they were their own. Breakfast every morning was far superior to any restaurant, the pool and the rooftop (shallow) pool was warm and perfect for kids. Shaded areas to protect from sun and every space was so comfortable. All areas of the property were gated, locks on all doors and we felt so safe here. It was perfect. We’re already planning our second trip back!!!! Thank you!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stunning house; well situated in Mita w a quick walk to the club and beach. Abi and her team are super responsive; and the staff at the house were absolutely lovely . They make breakfast - just be prepared to pay for the ingredients (not pricey, but it wasn’t made clear in advance). A really nice property and a nice stay.

100% recommend this place! I can't say enough about how great it was. The perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation! The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, well stocked and extremely comfortable. The open floor plan is definitely different and took some getting used to, but the beauty and sereneness of it all was amazing! The pool, outdoor patios, and living spaces were peaceful and welcoming. The roof top patio with the (semi warm) hot tub was incredible. The other pool isn't heated but that's typical for Mexico. The staff, Ely and Hugo were out of this world, so friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Ely's breakfast every morning was a treat! The beach club was probably our favorite part. The only thing that would have made it more perfect would have been a bar or restaurant, but it's just a quiet beach club for the residents so we brought our own drinks and snacks. There is a fridge there you can use. You won't regret booking this place. We hope to return!

Don’t be hesitant to book this new listing .We just returned from our family vacation with 6 adults and 2 small children and loved it .You won't be disappointed with this beautiful home and they have undersold the fantastic service they provide you when you rent . From the English speaking hosts ( Valery and Abi) and the house staff (Ely & Hugo) who cooked breakfast , cleaned and maintained the house during the day we couldn’t have asked for more ! They all went above and beyond to help in every way possible. The 3 main bedrooms are very comfortable, and the unique multi level design allowed privacy for each couple. We used the TV room as a 4th bedroom for the kids & the service bedroom in back would be fine for teens or adults. No shortage of space here. The views are beautiful especially from the rooftop pool. The transportation and Chef services they can arrange were top notch and are highly recommended. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home, we'd love to come back soon .

This is a dreamy home, meticulously and beautifully decorated. An open air concept, no hallways, nothing to attach the kitchen or living room to the rest of the home. The property is confined by walls and 3 gates that you must have the combination to enter or exit. Your bedroom doors do not lock from the outside so anyone could potentially enter if they climbed a wall or came through the lower garage door (which was unlocked and open when we arrived). Valery was beyond amazing. Coordinating the chef, the transport and our outings. The house staff of Ellie and Hugo were so sweet. It is not required but recommended to tip your staff and we did so daily. There were some bumps in the road…the listing at time of rental claimed 4 bedrooms in addition to a maids quarters with a separate entrance. Upon arrival we were told 3 BR. They then altered the listing to include the maids as the 4th. The hot tub is more of a roof top tepid pool, and the swimming pool is not heated.
