The host was very friendly , the location was great and close to everything…we had issues with the living room Ac turning off on timer for two nights but it was addressed , the house doesn’t have clothes dryer and the host doesn’t offer an iron , both rooms lack Ac as the temperature was very hot and the claim that Shade helps cools the house doesn’t apply in the current climate . If you don’t mind sleeping in a hot room then you ll be fine staying here .

Magaly, I took some time before responding to clarify important points for future guests. I'm surprised to get a bad rating for services that were never advertised. As a host, you know that Airbnb allows you to define the amenities available in each home. We never advertise an iron, a conventional dryer, soap or a smart lock; even so, we managed to get a complimentary iron, but it seems that wasn't enough. We also don't offer self check-in, since we prefer to personally welcome our guests since we opened our Airbnb and show flexibility with schedules. Katherin waited until 10:15 PM on the day of your arrival to give you the keys. The air conditioning problem was taken care of immediately. The listing clearly indicates that it is in the living room and that the bedrooms have fans. Reviews must be based on what is actually offered and advertised, not on services or expectations that were never part of the reservation.

The cabin is very nice— the AC in the living room is a nice touch, and cools down the entire apartment significantly. Karol is very nice and helpful, and the accommodations and quite nice and exactly as described. Location is good, a little more quiet part of town and a very nice place to rest.

Great place, no issues at all. The host was super flexible, communicative, and even offered to extend our stay if we needed it. Location was great too. Would definitely come back!

Karol was a wonderful host who made a booklet for places to visit, eat and explore. The house had all the amenities that we would ever need. 10/10 recommend staying here.

This stay was absolutely the cutest, such a cozy and comfortable place to relax. The home had a serene, quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind, while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the outdoor grill, we made great use of it, and it was a huge bonus that charcoal and lighter were already provided. Communication with the host was excellent, and the place was fully stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend to stay here !

We stayed at Casa Flor for 4 nights and loved it The house was in great condition, with a really nice kitchen and bathroom The location was great too ,a 5 minute walk up the hill to the main road where there are supermarkets & restaurants (including a really good local soda 'el angel') plus there's a bus stop for the local public bus from Quepos to Manuel Antonio beach , which runs regularly through the day and is only 375 colones 1 way Finally Karol was a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive . as an example - one day the water went out all over manuel antonio , but karol got some water brought round to our door incredibly quickly

Very nice house right in nature. Not directly connected by foot, but distances are ok. No problem by car. no traffic, private parking, large rooms, barbecue, porch, washing machine, ... Everything very good.

Karol was a wonderful host and so helpful! The place had so many thoughtful touches and you are around nature - very nice! She helped us accommodate for my broken ankle I had a few days earlier and it was really appreciated! Definitely recommend Karol and her casa!
